The hotel is fairly new so things were still being installed. The staff were great, friendly and very accomodating. If we needed anything they were quick to comply. The breakfast was awesome and ladies preparing the food were always smiling, which is a good sign The rooms were clean. The location is excellent so we were able to explore Göreme on our feet, restaurants, bottle shops and art shops close by. The views from the rooftop are spectacular. We will definitely go there again!!

I sincerely believe that it has been the best or one of the best stays of my life. The people at the hotel have been very, very charming at all times and have always helped us with anything. The facilities are great. The hotel is super cosy and they make you feel at home. The breakfast is spectacular, super tasty everything. Also, the cleaning and customer service is a 10. You find your room impeccable every day. The truth is that we could not have chosen better. No doubt, if we come again, we will come back here. I want to emphasize that all the people who work in this hotel have always taken care of us and looked after us at all times. Really, this hotel, as the name says, gives you peace ✨

It’s was one of the best hotels in Türkiye. When we checked in at about 5pm after our tour, the receptionist welcomed us with warm Turkish tea and proceeded with the checkin procedures. He even gave us some suggestions of some best restaurants with some local must-try dishes. He took our bags to our room which was a cave like. The minibar had tea, coffee and water with kettle. Amenities like shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner were provided. The next morning we had breakfast in the upstairs restaurant which was very cosy. The staff engage with the guests asking if we slept ok or if we needed anything. We had to check out after breakfast to go to our tour and they suggested we keep our suitcases in their office and to pick it up when we’re back. They welcomed us back at about 4pm and proposed we relax and wait for the transfer on their terrace to enjoy the panoramic view. When the transfer came, they helped us with the luggage. I definitely recommend this hotel.

What a wonderful experience at this lovely family run hotel. The service is exceptional, the staff cannot do enough for you and every request is catered for. The rooms are clean and comfortable, just what you need after your day out. The staff are able to get you better deals for trips out than the ones on offer. The views are second to none! Oh and the breakfast is amazing on the terrace! Can’t recommend it enough!

Staff was very welcoming and exceptionally helpful. I had done a lot of research prior and was clear that I wanted to do a balloon ride, the north and the south tours. The ones that they recommended were excellent. And compared to the ones that I had found on Viator, or Klook, of much better value. Room was lovely with a little balcony. For travelers with a lot of electronics this is a godsend. Plugs by the bed, plugs by the desk, plugs everywhere!! While it is close to town, it is away from the main hustle and bustle. There is a nice little pool area, although we did not use it. Looks great if you were a family with kids.

It was a very pleasant stay and the staff both Abdullah and Nitin all went out the way to helped us get acquainted with the place. Breakfast was simple but very good. The location itself is just right in the middle of Göreme and the terrace is a very good spot of hot air balloons viewing the the morning

The best hostel I have ever stayed in! And I have stayed in many. The hostel is small and has a cozy family feel. The team are super friendly and welcome you into their family along with the dogs Hector and Critan! Breakfast is included and includes multiple courses or home cooked hot and cold dishes with a fresh menu every day. This is accompanied by endless complimentary tea, coffee and water from 8am -midnight. You are regularly greeted with snacks of fruit or home cooked sweets if you take some time to enjoy the rooftop terrace and spectacular views over Goreme. It is excellently located just off the main streets of Goreme and walking distance from the local bus station. From hot air balloon flying to multiple languages spoken there is nothing the manager can’t help you with and nothing is too much hassle. You stay in a large cave where you are asked to remain silent and respectful. It is cool, peaceful and the beds are comfy and the room super clean. The bathroom facilities are good although there are only 2 to share so at busy times you may have to wait. Overall this is a fantastic hostel and I could have happily spent my entire holiday there. Kamelye is an absolute must when visiting Cappadocia! Private rooms are available.

We got a huge room with 4 beds for 2 people! the room was in a cave shape with a very big bathroom which was well equipped with the toiletries. We only used 1 of the beds but since there was only 1 chair, the extra beds were pretty useful. The Since our room was massive, it was located on the ground floor so we did not get a balcony but we did get a huge porch kind of thing with a motor bike parked in it which was pretty cool. For those living on upper floors, there is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. That's the case for most hotels in Cappadocia since they are built in caves and inside mountains. Toiletries included soap, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, towels, slippers, mat, toilet paper and warm water. There were about 3-4 different small terraces with different types of seating areas which were pretty cool for taking pictures. All the balloons are very well visible from the hotel terrace so you don't have to go anywhere else to see them. You can get a good view of the entire city since the hotel is on top of a mountain. There are only 10 rooms in the hotel so it's not very busy and you can get your own space pretty much anywhere in the property. It was like staying at your grandma's heritage property and made us feel very homely. The road outside the hotel is partially paved with a maximum of 2 car parking spaces and couple of scooters since the street is pretty narrow. Breakfast was Turkish platter with fruits, cheese, dips, cereals, breads, olives, French toast, tea, coffee, juice and water. We did not have dinner at the hotel so cant say anything about that. Overall the stay was pleasant because of the authentic cave room that we got as per our expectation. Disliked: The room had everything except for the tea, coffee, water and water kettle. These were only available on the roof top restaurant for free all day but not in the room so we had to climb 2 stories every time to get a cup of coffee or water. The first water bottle provided in the room is free after that you can have from the restaurant or buy your own. There was 1 tiny window in the very big room so most of the time it was pretty dark, even in the day. We had to switch on each and every lamp in the room. Although that's expected in a cave hotel but then there was no view as from the room. In general our stay was pleasant but we felt that we overpaid for what we got. We would be much happier with the same stay if it was a little cheaper. We are making this comparison with other hotels in Turkey with similar facilities.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is a family run hotel that is clean and the service is excellent. Our flight got cancelled and Abbas was able to help us out by spending 30 minutes trying to find us another flight. He went out of his way to make sure that we were OK. Excellent service, and he definitely made us feel welcome at his hotel. This is a family run business, and the breakfast made each morning is delicious. We enjoyed our time there. I highly recommend going on the rooftop terrace at sunrise to see all the hot air balloons, definitely a once in a lifetime experience. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean, quiet hotel that is located near restaurants and lots of things to do. The Hotel can organize different tours for you. I highly recommend the two hour sunset horseback, riding adventure. Enjoy your stay at this hotel!

I came with my mother from the airport and took the transfer vehicle that the hotel had arranged and took on February 11th, where you can travel very nicely everywhere in the View even lightly night. We were very comfortable as two women in the View Centre. Everything was like a close food, drink, pharmacy, bus stop. We were very happy with our room and we didn't get cold despite February. ***fish was good with everything. It was a beautiful hot old accommodation. The terrace was very beautiful. The staff were concerned,glowing, loyal and helpful. It was very pleasant to talk to Samuel, the receptionist, whoever you could talk about everything and get information, we admired his information. We could say we didn't go through our room without talking about our returns to the hotel. And Furkan was very helpful in everything. If you want to make a Capadokya tour and balloon tour or you need a taxi, they can immediately arrange. Fortunately, whoever we preferred this place, whoever came, I recommend with pleasure. Even we were very used to staying a night longer and not being sure at first. We will be difficult to leave our room. Thank you very much to all staff for everything ☺️
