GGuest UserI came to this house for one night. And, indeed, it felt like home. The hotel hostess speaks very good English and in the morning her husband can make you breakfast. I chose the common room and it was very cozy and clean. With a heart. There were pictures of family members everywhere and beautiful decor 😊. It was like I was visiting a Vietnamese family. The hostess let me stay the second night for free because my bus was 5:40. She was very kind and caring. Good air conditioning also 😁

GGuest UserReally enjoyed staying at the city bay hotel. The staff were so lovely and really helpful. The room is simple and clean, everything you need for a few nights stay. I would recommend if you want to explore the whole area to hire a motorbike because getting around/finding taxis is quite difficult without. Would recommend this hotel!

WWENLIEnglish at the front desk is very good and the people are also very nice. The room is quite big, clean, and has a refrigerator. We drank the charged water in the refrigerator. When we checked out, the lady at the front desk told us it was free. There is a square near the hotel, forgot the name. Eating is also very convenient, anyway

满满Similar to a homestay, the facilities are generally clean and tidy. The proprietress's Chinese is very good and very convenient for communication. She helped us book a two-day and one-night cruise and sent it directly to the hotel booked in Hanoi after the trip. It was great!
