My first time staying in a hostel and it surpassed all my expectations. I stayed in the mixed dorms which are modern, spacious and so clean. The bed was very comfortable with good individual lighting. The showers were nice n clean with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available for guest use. The Japanese styled toilets were also very clean. The location of the hostel is spot on with everything within few mins walking distance like restaurants, cafes, spas, 7 eleven, family mart and even the Viacom Centre mall! All the people at their smile station are super friendly providing some great inputs and suggestions specially Marcus, Harry and June(you guys were great and made my stay more relaxed and enjoyable). A superb experience and really looking forward to staying at Meander Saigon again during my next visit.

Because it was an early morning flight, it was not troublesome to eat because there is a restaurant nearby. The staff was also feeling good and said it was possible to respond at any time. For businessmen...!

Stayed in King Room with View. Room size is quite big and clean. Many light switches which can be confusing to operate. Very friendly front desk staffs. One thing I don't like is the sofa with no back rest. More like a bed instead. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Pho Thin beef noodle is just few shops away but does not taste good to me and expensive though with a 4.3 star review.

First hotel in VN after arriving from the US. A&EM is a chain and the Petit Hotel located on 179 Ly Tu Trong is one of a few that’s in the Ben Thanh Market, a very vibrant part of the 1st District (Quan 1) which is close to many sites like the Independence Palace, Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, Caravelle Hotel, Bitexco Financial Tower with an impressive of the Saigon River and the city below. You can book ride from the Tan Son Nhut Airport to the hotel using the Grab app (which overtook Uber) and cost is about $15-20 depending on traffic. Hotel serves not too fancy a breakfast but it does have a daily hot meal item. But you’re also close to hundreds of eateries so no worries about lack of sustenance here. We really relied on the staff for everything from getting cabs, phone services like SIM card purchases, money exchanges, laundry. They really take care of you. We really enjoyed the warm and friendly staff— shout-outs to Hien Pham and Luan who really made us feel at home. BTW, the rooster next door does wake you up early. Besides that, we enjoyed the hotel’s location in the middle of everything.

But everything else was ok. I was very pessimistic given the bad reviews that I have read. But I was VERY surprised. The receptionist did speak English and helped with my luggage. The room was as pictured. There was even hot water. There was no drinking water provided though but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Walking into this hotel @1am after finding our original was fully booked. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, from the minute we walked in we was greeted by the manager who was so friendly and helpful. We ended up staying for 3 nights, room was clean and tidy. Cleaned every day, hello from front desk every time we walked past. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, good bed & reasonable price. We stayed for a few hours until midnight then checked out for the bus to Dalat. The guide in front of the hotel assisted us for baggage to the room until checkout was a good service. We booked two rooms. 1 room was good. Our room at level 1, the sink is quite smelly so we have to close the door frequently. Very close to Msian street for halal food & Ben Than Market

The reviews were mostly very good, and since I had been staying at a nearby hotel until recently, I decided to visit and found it to be clean, so I chose this hotel. However, when I checked in, there was a motorcycle parked at the entrance, blocking my way, and the front desk staff remained seated and did nothing to help. The room showed numerous signs of a hasty and amateurish renovation, with walls simply painted white, and the bathroom door was still broken. What ultimately made me lose faith in this hotel was that, the day before my check-in, two one-star reviews were posted on Google Maps, and the next day the hotel's listing was completely removed from the map. Due to the series of problems mentioned above, I became distrustful of this hotel and asked via chat why they had deleted the hotel's information from Google Maps, but I was ignored. Additionally, on the second day, the entrance was blocked by a motorcycle again, preventing me from entering, while the front desk staff sat there playing with their smartphone. On the last day, they came to my room directly to ask if I was going to extend my stay, and during check-out, they didn’t say a single word, not even a ”thank you.” This hotel seems to be owned by Indian capital, but the staff look down on and mock their guests, making for a very frustrating trip. I ask once again, why did they remove the hotel information from Google Maps? This hotel is deliberately removing bad reviews to deceive new guests by only showcasing good reviews. It appears to be managed by Indians, but they should reflect on their disgraceful actions as human beings. Deceptive acts towards guests who trusted and stayed at your hotel are absolutely unacceptable. I will never use this hotel again.

The room here is not only clean but also very comfortable and fully equipped. Having a Jacuzzi tub and sauna really makes for great relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. Not only that, in-room projectors are very convenient for enjoying movies or entertainment experiences. But what made my experience even more special was that the staff were extremely sweet and provided quick support. They are always ready to help and make sure everything goes smoothly for customers. I am really satisfied with every aspect at CUPID HOTEL and will definitely come back again!

The shower room smelled like sewage and was unpleasant. The location is great, close to Saigon and Bui Vien Street. I asked for the room to be cleaned, but when I returned, it was still the same. For those who want a good location and a room with the bare necessities.
