GGuest UserThe staff was very friendly and helpful even in late hours they respond to simple requests and even helped secure cheaper prices for attractions and grab service for our hotel switchover. They also have their own spa where the manager was especially generous with the items and products where the staff wouldnt normally use on customers on a basic massage. Definitely recommend to book this hotel. Will definitely book again when im travelling back here 👍🏻 10/10 service

NNatalya NОчень приличный отель за свои деньги. Замечательный Туан(ресепшен).Объяснил что,где находится. При выселении предложил подвезти на остановку))хотя идти 7 минут. У нас был номер с балконом(на нем 2 стула,стол,сушилка)сам балкон большой.2 кровати,холодильник, прикроватная тумба,чайник. Кладут кофе,чай.Постельное белье белоснежное.Есть отзывы про жёсткие матрасы, предлагают доп.наматрасник.Мы отказались, нам такое нравиться. Розеток хватает,кондиционер отлично работал.Тв не включали)Туалетная комната : большая душевая,напор воды отличный!Всегда горячая вода! Зубные щётки жёсткие. Жили 3 ночи от клининга отказывались, просто меняли полотенца (приличные)
На пляж так же выдают пляжные полотенца бесплатно. Есть общая кухня.Визуально много чего)))
Окрестности: до пляжа 10-15мин.Море мелкое,теплое,вода мутновата.Может начало сезона)Остановка 7-10.Магазины,фудкоры 5-7мин.Турагенство,обменник
там же с остановкой.Удобная локация от/до аэропорта на бесплатном автобусе.номер 19.Туан все подскажет.Расписание автобусов,вызовет такси...все вопросы к нему)))Вернусь ли ещё? Обязательно!!!

Convenient location, nice staff.
But it's very uncomfortable to sleep on the bed, plus the pillows are terrible.
They clean every day, but there's still a lot of dust.

JJiang LVery quiet and clean hostel, I like it very much. The owner is Russian, very hospitable, open and helpful. The room is clean, spotless and odorless. It is very suitable for living here, and the location is good. There are zoos, beaches, bars and casinos next to it. It is highly recommended to live here. The room price is not expensive. You must choose this one when you come to Vietnam!

GGuest UserOverall, my impressions were mostly positive, but there were a couple of issues.
The resort is located right on the coast, a beautiful spot with a clean, pleasant stretch of beach for relaxing and swimming, and sun loungers are available free of charge. The staff is friendly and polite. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience upon check-in: we had to spend half our stay in a garden-view cottage instead of a sea-view cottage. We were immediately refunded the price difference, but our mood was ruined, as we had booked this hotel specifically for the view! The garden-view cottage was in poor condition: the door didn't close properly, with huge gaps in the doorway that allowed debris to blow in at night. The bathroom faucet spat water and didn't work properly, and in the wind, the ceiling tiles would bend and rattle. 🙈 The sea-view cottage was much better. Overall, the hotel grounds are pleasant and clean. In the evening, tables are brought out from the restaurant to the water for romantic dinners overlooking the sea. Massages on site are inexpensive, 200k for an hour. 👍
Breakfasts are terrible, limited selection, monotonous, and nothing much to eat, at least if you're not a picky eater. 🙈

ААнна В.The villa is right in the heart of the Long Beach area. Nearby, there are several cafes, a mini-market, a currency exchange, and a bus stop, all very convenient!
On foot: 8 mins to the beach, 8 mins to the large shops at Long Beach Mart, 15 mins to King Kong, or one bus stop away.
They provide beach towels, drinking water (one 0.33L bottle/day), coffee, and tea (one sachet each).
Breakfast is available, but I didn't opt for it.
The room is large, with two showers and a bathtub.
Towels were changed daily, and trash was emptied, but the floors weren't cleaned – I walked barefoot in the room, and my feet got dirty.
Motorbikes are available for rent (at a similar price to other places).
When I rented a bike, one time I was given a bike with a half-empty tank (the administrator tried to argue that the gauge just doesn't show full immediately, but that wasn't the case!). Then, when settling the bike rental upon checkout, she tried to charge me for an extra day, so be careful. This slightly marred my overall impression of the hotel.
Nevertheless, everything else was satisfactory overall.

GGuest UserThe bungalow is conveniently located: on the main street with cafes, restaurants, markets and street food vendors - a choice of food for every taste and budget; a narrow alley about 100 meters long, along which the bungalows are located, cuts off all street noise: the territory is not large, well-groomed, all in greenery and flowers, there are comfortable areas for communication, sharing food, smoking; Two free bus routes 17 and 19 run along the main street, to the north and south of the island. The buses are modern with air conditioning. One stop to the north there is a night market, with trade and a crowd like in all of Southeast Asia, there, not far away, is a port where people hang out and from where fishing boats leave, including with tourists for evening fishing: the beach is 300-350 m. The beach is good, but not well-groomed, the workers of the first line hotel Saigon-Phu Quoc do not clean up the garbage. The adjacent, left, section of the beach opposite the Lazur hotel is cleared of garbage by the hotel staff, access to the beaches is free, the sand is yellow, medium fraction, clear (just the way I like it): the sea (bay) is warm and gentle, the surf brings garbage to the shore itself, mainly seaweed, so the coastal strip about 10 meters wide is dirty, and then the water is clean. The owners of the hotel themselves service the bungalow and the territory, daily cleaning, high-quality, bed linen is changed every 3-4 days. The area of the bungalow for two is sufficient, the bed is large, there is a bathroom, shower, kettle, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator. Safe at the reception. The latter and the presence of midges and mosquitoes caused the rating of 4 for convenience, we had to use repellents. There is no cafe in the hotel, but breakfasts are prepared to order the night before with delivery at the specified time. The menu selection is not large, but the breakfasts satisfied us: out of 25 days we had breakfast in the bungalow at least 20 times. The owners and staff are nice, responsive people, they tried to fulfill all our requests immediately, for which we are sincerely grateful to them. By the way, on January 29 we celebrated the Lunar New Year together with the owners of the hotel, at their invitation. It should be noted that the holiday cuisine was the best of everything I had a chance to taste in Vietnam, and we were there for the third time. I would like to say a special thank you to the hotel manager Madame Canh, who was always welcoming and kind to us, organized transfers from and to the airport, and is waiting for us next year. We will try not to deceive her expectations.

GGuest User강가 바로 앞이라 택시가 못들어가는 단점이 있지만 테디베어박물관에서 1분거리?라 걸어갈만해요. 1층은 카페고 숙소는 2층인데 엘레베이터가 없어서 캐리어 들고 올라가야해요 그랜드월드 내에 수상택시타는곳이랑 가깝고 분수쇼하는곳이랑은 조금 거리가 있지만 위치적으로 괜찮아요. 다음날 아침일찍 사파리투어가 있어서 하루밖에 못있었지만 방도 깔끔하고 침대도 넓찍하니 3개씩이나 있어서 좋았어요 에어컨빵빵 선풍기까지 있어서 시원하게 잘 있다 왔습니다. 아침일찍 움직이실 예정이시라면 전날 미리 말씀해두는게 좋을듯해요.7시에 나가려하니 1층 문이 닫혀있어서 당황했거든요ㅎ

VVlad NskThe apartments are good, all new. But the respiratory is not, I had to wait for a man with the key. On the first floor whether the repair or the cafe will be. I wasn't stressed, but some uncertainty was present.
The view from the window is not bad, the sea is visible.

ДДимон из НовосибаМесто расположения отличное в 2 минутах ходьбы до остановки безплатного автобуса который едет до аэропорта 10 минут и на сафари парк 1 час,также в 2 минутах ходьбы раположены дешевые кафешки,до пляжа 10 мин пешком,до супермаркета Лонг бич 3 мин,до супермаркета Кин конг 10 мин.
Сама территория отеля красивая живешь как в джунглях на даче)),есть бассейн глубина примерно 1,6 м чистый уберают каждый день.
Номер не супер но жить можно вода всегда горячая-холодная,телевизор идет на Вьетнамском,микроволновок нет,уборка за 13 ночей 1 раз ”вымыли пол”(надо самим просить через приложение переводчик тогда они ,что нибудь будут делать),воду то дают то не дают (надо самим напоминать),полотенца меняли каждый день,пляжных полотенец нет,постельное белье как постелили так больше не меняли( я думаю если попросить то поменяли бы),если что то сломалось попросите сразу чинят,завтрак не советую брать 2 яйца,порезаных 5 долек огурца и 5 долек помидора,3 булочки и холдный кофе и все каждый день,в номере есть чайник завтрак можно и самому сообразить,а потом в кафешке покушать.Wi-Fi хороший,4 раза отключали вечером свет по всей улице от 2- 5 часов не было света.
Персонал дободушный и хозян говорит по русски.
Если не обращать внимания на всякие мелочи ресорт
хороший.
