GGuest UserWe traveled as a group of three and chose the two-story bedroom. The location was very convenient — from Chengdu, we got off at Lidui Park Station, which is connected to the famous Bear Selfie spot. As soon as you exit the station, you’ll see the building shown in the photo, and the accommodation is on the 2nd floor of that building.
The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The only small downside is that there is no elevator, so we had to walk up to the room. However, the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage, which we really appreciated.
Upon check-out, we also received a small souvenir from the accommodation. If we have the chance to return, we would definitely stay here again. The surrounding area is very convenient as well, with restaurants, clothing shops, and convenience stores all nearby.

AAnonymous UserThe service attitude is super good. I am very satisfied. The front desk staff is super good. I like the bar environment very much. I go there almost every night. The price of cocktails is a bit expensive. It is about the same as the pricing level in Shanghai. The hotel corridor looks very ordinary. The room is generally very good and clean. The location of Huapaifang is very convenient. Wenjiaxiang and other places nearby can feel the atmosphere of the old community in Chengdu. It is very relaxing and comfortable. I like it very much. I spent a wonderful May Day holiday!

We stayed from 5/11 to 6/11, and by the time we arrived at the hotel, it was already 1.00am on 6/11. We are a family of four with one-year-old twins, and after a long flight we were completely exhausted. Upon arrival, front office staff kindly assisted us with our huge luggage and two strollers. Their warm service immediately made us feel welcomed, and we truly appreciate their kindness.
The check-in process was superb and very fast, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a family room, which was spacious, wonderful, and beautifully designed with a panda theme. I absolutely loved it!
The next morning, the front office staff again impressed us with their helpfulness. They assisted us with storing our luggage in the luggage room and provided various transportation options to the Panda Base. They even helped arrange a tricycle ride, and the driver was very attentive. All of this made us fall in love with the hotel’s service once more.
Later, when we realized we had accidentally left our passports, we contacted the front office for help. Instead of simply calling the tricycle driver, the staff went above and beyond—she personally offered to bring the passports to us after getting our permission. We were incredibly touched by her dedication and kindness. This was the third time we fell in love with their outstanding service.
Additionally, after our lovely family trip to the Panda Base, we returned to the hotel to look for dinner options. As it was getting late and visiting a halal restaurant would require taking a DiDi, the front office staff kindly assisted us by recommending nearby dining choices with suitable menus. She personally coordinated with the restaurant staff and chef regarding our preferences, took our order, and ensured everything was prepared exactly as needed. Her thoughtfulness truly won the moment. The food spread was superb & big potions for 4 of us and we will definitely come back. This became the fourth time we fell in love with the hotel’s exceptional service—so much so that we decided to extend our stay for one more night (6/11–7/11)!

GGuest UserNice design room. Clean room. Good location near to taikoo li...15 mins walk. Friendly front desk staff and clean ladies. Lighting in the room was dim but sufficient. Perhaps it is a design style to keep lighting not too bright but cosy dim. Best to install more lighting so guests can freely turn on more lights if desire. Shower is good. I hope they can install thin bright curtains at the room facing the opposite apartment building to enhance privacy for the rooms. Breakfast is just mediocre but not outstanding. They should provide drinking water at breakfast. It is 5 mins walk to the great restaurant 多半館館showed at the photo here。

__WeChat274480****You definitely get what you pay for, and I absolutely loved it! 🤩 If you have the budget, don't even think twice – just book this place! The staff are all incredibly friendly and, impressively, they all speak English. Daily breakfast and coffee are included, and staying for two days was absolutely wonderful. I would genuinely stay here every day if I weren't so short on cash and out of loyalty points! 😭 The courtyard is incredibly comfortable for relaxing, and even a sudden evening rain made for a cozy atmosphere. Wenshu Monastery is also just a short walk away, which is super convenient!

郭郭双双Room is pretty small with no window is not recommended because the period I visited cannot turn on the air conditioner so it’s very uncomfortable. If possible I suggest to request for the corner room so it is a little bigger.
But the location is superb, very closed to IFS, easy to reach by foot and there is very convenient to call the didi in front of the hotel.

Back in the city, I wanted to experience a hotel with a strong ******* atmosphere, and after seeing the online reviews, I decisively booked this place for two nights. The location is great, quite close to Kuanzhai Alley. The hotel's decor exceeded my expectations; the public areas are filled with many items, yet they all blend together seamlessly and match perfectly. Where space is needed, it's never cluttered, making for a comfortable and well-balanced arrangement. The food is very simple, a mix of basic Western and Chinese options. The room is spotless and very comfortable. Both the owner and his wife are *******; judging by the decor, they seem to have an artistic background. They are both very friendly and welcoming. It's a guesthouse with great value for money.

Cleanliness was generally ok, but some less used areas were dusty and not the cleanest. Heater/aircon in some rooms were not working after turning on for a while. Still would recommend if you have a big group of frienda or family. There are restaurants, lukin coffee, lawson downstairs.

It's in a prime location with easy access, and the room's work area is well-designed with comfortable chairs that make long hours at the desk a breeze. The internet is stable and lag-free. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bedding is soft and conducive to sleep. The service team proactively offered local guides and taxi services, and printing documents was super fast. While there's no mini-fridge, it doesn't detract from the overall experience. Five stars! The front desk lady provided excellent service, offering a coffee voucher with three choices. There's also a robot in the lobby that delivers food to rooms, and the concierge service is available 24/7. Highly recommend!

SS 8 LOn the first night of staying at the hotel, after we got the room card, we immediately uncovered the sign ”No need to clean, do not disturb” next to the room number. The next morning, the cleaning lady knocked on the door and asked if the room needed cleaning? Then at noon, the cleaning lady knocked on the door AGAIN to ask. We also told the cleaning lady that we didn't need to clean, and told them that we would tell them if we needed it, and the cleaning lady also expressed understanding. Before leaving in the afternoon, we went to the front desk to explain the matter to the two hotel staff members, and explained again that our room did not need to be cleaned and did not disturb. The two hotel staff members expressed understanding and apology, saying that they would communicate with the cleaning lady. We also said that it was no big deal and did not blame the cleaning lady. On the third night, when we returned to the hotel at around 1 a.m., the front desk young lady on night shift stopped us and said that there was a small gift for us to express the inconvenience caused to us by the cleaning lady's disturbance that day. We also understood it very well, did not blame her, and did not accept the gift. After all, there was no big problem, we thought we could communicate well. It was not until I returned to the room that I was dumbfounded. The cleaning lady actually entered our room to clean without our consent! The sign on the door said ”No cleaning, do not disturb”! Both signs were still hanging, why did they enter the room without permission? ! If the guests are still staying in your hotel, who is responsible for the lost items in the room? I am speechless! You guys sent a small gift to apologize, but your cleaning lady entered the room without permission, which is very unprofessional and disrespectful to the privacy of the guests. This unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the guests really disgusts me and makes me angry!!!
入住酒店的第一晚，我们拿到房卡后，立即揭开了房号旁边亮着的“无需打扫，请勿打扰”的标志。第二天早上，保洁阿姨敲门问房间是否需要打扫？然后中午，保洁阿姨又来敲门询问。我们也告诉保洁阿姨我们不需要打扫，告诉他们如果我们需要什么会告知她们，保洁阿姨也表示理解。到了下午离开前，我们到前台向两位酒店工作人员说明了此事，再次解释我们的房间不需要打扫，不打扰。两位酒店工作人员表示理解和歉意，表示会和保洁阿姨沟通。我们也表示没什么大不了的，不怪保洁阿姨。第三天晚上，凌晨1点左右我们回到酒店时，值夜班的前台年轻小姐姐拦住我们，说有小礼物送给我们，以表达当天保洁阿姨的打扰给我们带来的不便。我们也很理解，没有责怪她，也没有收下礼物，毕竟也没什么大问题，我们以为好好沟通了就没问题。直到我回到房间才傻眼，保洁阿姨居然未经我们同意就进入我们房间打扫卫生！房号旁边还在亮着的“无需打扫，请勿打扰”的标志！两个标志都还亮着，他们为什么擅自进入房间？！请问如果客人还住在你们酒店，房间内物品遗失谁负责？我无语了！你们送了小礼物道歉，但你们的保洁阿姨却擅自进入房间，非常不专业，不尊重客人的隐私，这种不专业、不尊重客人的操作，真的让我又恨又气！！！
