GGuest UserHad a great stay! The hotel is right in the city center, within walking distance to multiple shopping areas like Xinjiekou and Deji Plaza. Hongmiao Food Street is also just around the corner. The room design is modern, and the fully smart facilities really add to the convenience. Plus, everything was spotless. The front desk staff were very friendly. What really stands out, especially for such a prime location, is the free parking – a huge relief for guests driving. Since it only opened half a year ago, all the facilities are still brand new.

PpinkshadowEverything was great except for the noise and the smoke! The kids screaming in the hallway were really loud, so I'd recommend bringing earplugs. The room itself was comfortable, but some guests were smoking in their rooms and the smell wafted into ours. It was super convenient to have outlets on both sides of the bed! Plus, there's a laundry room on the 2nd floor with washers and dryers, and even an iron! 👍🏻

GGuest UserI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

The front desk notified the cleaning lady and she delivered it within 10 minutes. The hotel has free parking🅿️ There are underground parking lots and ground parking lots. The parking lot is next to Yihua Hotel. If you need to go out after checking in, you can report your license plate to the front desk for free. There are many takeaways near the hotel. The quilt is very clean and very comfortable to sleep. There is a four-person table and sofa chairs in the room. It is very friendly for tourists. Nanjing is a good place to eat. You will never go wrong no matter how you order takeout. Nanjing's local milk tea is delicious. It's so comfortable to stay in a hotel and order takeout When checking in, I asked for a higher and quieter room. The front desk guy helped to arrange a very good room. Great~ After checking out, the hotel staff ran out and asked whether to drive left or right, and helped guide which intersection to exit. I felt warm in my heart~ I especially like the decoration style and bathroom decoration materials of All Seasons. It would be great if All Seasons also did decoration business. If All Seasons did partial bathroom decoration or house design and decoration company, it is estimated that the business would be booming All Seasons' ability to bring goods is really strong. I don't know if All Seasons knows it. For example, their hair dryer is a vgo^ brand. It is very comfortable to use when staying in the hotel. I checked the brand online and went to JD.com. They were all bought by Orange Hotel and All Seasons Hotel.

My Ctrip points saved me a lot of money and even got me a room upgrade, which I really appreciate! The popular duck blood vermicelli soup and soup dumplings nearby were also delicious.

It seems like the door to the candy room is a little broken! Not so easy to close! Then the electric cars in the park require money to use but they are too slow! And the cost is a bit high! The service attitude at the front desk is very good! Very eager to help! The road to the swimming pool is not easy to walk! Must be very careful! It's easy to fall! The locker room environment needs cleaning! The interior of the room is clean and acceptable!

This hotel chain has several locations in Nanjing's popular tourist spots. The first two times I visited Nanjing, I stayed near Fuzimiao, which offered decent value for money. This time, I wanted to stay downtown, and seeing there was a branch in Xinjiekou, I figured it wouldn't be too bad. After staying there, I certainly wasn't disappointed. The value for money, hygiene, and service attitude were all quite good.
