"This isn't a large hotel, but the service and cleanliness are excellent. They offer an onsen from 5 PM to 10 PM. Although it's only two stories high, there's an elevator, and free parking is available. I also noticed a hotel shuttle bus, which seems convenient for guests who don't have a car. It's a small hotel with comprehensive services. You can even see the top of Mount Fuji from the accommodation!"

DDayazhouThe 15 sqm room with two beds felt surprisingly spacious, thanks to the cleverly designed compact bathroom. Bringing a large suitcase might be a challenge, though.
The room and the hotel overall were spotlessly clean, and the staff's hospitality was exceptional; they'd proactively greet you.
Located right on the main road at the south end of Kawaguchiko Bridge, the hotel is a convenient ten-minute walk to Yagizaki Park by the lake if you turn left upon exiting. It's a great spot for an early morning stroll, where you might even catch sight of white swans foraging by the lake.
A frequent shuttle bus service runs between the hotel and Kawaguchiko JR Station, making transportation very easy, and the driver's service was top-notch.
Breakfast options include Japanese (Hall A) and Western (Hall B). Both are simple but feature fresh ingredients, and you're welcome to dine in both halls.
This hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI had a great stay at this place. The room was quite big, we were a group of 3 adults. It had a 711 right infront of it so you don't get hungry. The bus stop was just a few steps away. You have to take the red line from kawaguchiko station and it stops almost infront of the place. And they had bikes for rent with a discounted price for their guests. The downside was they had no elevator so it was quite a feat to carry your luggages but they only had 2 floors anyway so it was still all good. Even if it was very cold outside, the room felt very warm and cozy. They had a small table tatami style where you can eat your food.

Bbrayden_foongIt was definitely an enjoyable and worthy experience of traditional ryokan with tatami and futon with the best view of Mt. Fuji from the room window! The hotel itself overlooks parts of Mt. Fuji with Lake Kawaguchiko, and we even added on dinner and breakfast during the stay! They are simply one of the best meals during the trips in Tokyo! The onsen is another bonus to enjoy while seeing the view of Mt Fuji, even though it is public hot spring which might be a culture shock. Definitely worth to try it out again to enjoy the traditional Japan vibes around Lake Kawaguchiko.

NNaqueyaFor some reason I was not sent a QR Code to my email to check in. I was sent a pin number which was not necessary or utilized. We arrived at the villa several hours early and called to see if we could check in early, they apparently have a strict after 3pm check-in. We found a place and paid to store our luggage and then came back to the villa at 3pm. Again, still had not received the QR Code. Called again, was hung up on. Called back, was told it would take 10 minutes. Called back and was asked for my email, was put on hold then was asked for my email again (which was already provided at booking).
Then was asked to send them an email, they didn't get it and then was asked to send to personal icloud email. They finally found my email and sent the QR Code to me at close to 4pm which was an hour after check-in and we had to stand out in the sun the entire time. This was so frustrating and ridiculous. My email address was in the reservation, why it took so long is crazy. The process needs to be updated so this doesn't happen to other people.
There was a huge spider above the TV in the corner, we got rid of it but it was creepy.
The view from the villa was great!
The beds were nice!
Loved the double showers! The body sponges are so clever and left our skin feeling smoothe!
The clothes drying was very innovative and did work effectively, needed to turn the heater on twice to get the clothes dry.
Towel rack on the wall was broken on the right side, the rod wouldn't stay in.
The one pot in the kitchen was burnt on the bottom inside, we tried to clean it to use it but could not. We did use the grill to make dinner and it was a wonderful touch!

GGuest UserThe staff at Fuji Premium Resort went above and beyond to help us when we had some difficulties.
When we went it was snowing hard and had been involved in a minor car accident. The staff kept registration open late, got us food at no extra charge from the gift shop because the dining area was closed, and arranged transportation for us to get back to our car the next day because it was not able to get up the hill in the icy conditions and no other cost.
The rooms were nice and comfortable and the buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious.
Would absolutely stay with them again.

GGuest UserTraditional Japanese hot spring hotel with beautiful lake side view and experienced front desk. The hotel is located just near the famous Tenjozan cable car station and quite easy to access to other attraction site on foot or by riding a bicycle. A 90 min all-you-can-eat hot pot buffet is provided during the stay as well as the delicate Japanese style breakfast. Hot spring can be found in each guest room and on the 2nd floor for public use as well. Overall, I am quite happy with my visit to the Breezy Bay hotel.
