"This was a place I booked for the purpose of visiting Sanbangsan Carbonated Hot Springs.
It was a quiet and cozy resort.
Very cheap price and good room condition. Good value for money.
It was an old resort, so the facilities were a bit outdated, but there was no inconvenience in using it.
It was great that there was a boiler in the bathroom, and the floor was warm because it was heated with ondol.
Breakfast was a little cheaper because I paid on site. The restaurant was very spacious, and the food was clean and delicious.
The swimming pool was not open because it was winter, but the lighting was pretty. When I opened my eyes in the morning, the mountain view outside the window was beautiful."

"Facilities: There is a refrigerator in the room. The shower facilities in the room have sufficient water pressure, but the disposable slippers are very thin.

Environment: The soundproofing is average. People in the corridor can hear it, but the surrounding area is quite quiet at night.
The main reason is that it is relatively close to the ICC Convention Center. It can be reached in about ten minutes on foot, and the price/performance ratio is pretty good. It's very convenient for meetings, but there are few restaurants around and the convenience store has to be some distance away."

"The rooms and lobby are clean and bright! There's also breakfast, and the long-haired guy at the front desk is handsome and has a great attitude! I lost a room card, and he proactively asked if I needed to pay for it, then said it was fine and not to worry. Before I left, he helped me call a taxi and clearly communicated our next hotel's address to the driver, which was incredibly thoughtful. There's a bus stop and a 7-Eleven right downstairs from the hotel. Plus, there's an Olive Young about 800 meters away (and it's not crowded, so it's a pleasant shopping experience). All in all, this place is perfect! The people on Jeju Island are so genuine, and everyone I met was incredibly friendly!"

"I was worried because I arrived in Jeju Island late at night with my younger sibling, but I was touched by the kindness of the staff🥹 Since it's in the Jungmun area, the location is good, and the ocean view is so good that I woke up in the morning feeling really good~! The room condition was also very clean, and it was equipped with slippers, a coffee pot, and even water, so I had a comfortable night's stay! Next time I come with my family, I will definitely stay here again~!"

"Smooth stay with most necessary amenities. My room had a beautiful view toward the water. Checkout time was stated as 11:00 am here on Trip? but the hotel kept calling me on the phone around 10:15 am, when I didn’t answer because I was busy packing, they came and knocked on my door a little while later which I found stressful. There was nobody at the reception when I went to check out and leave my key card, so I just left it on the desk."

"While the facilities seemed a bit dated, the room itself was in good condition. The owner was exceptionally kind and made every effort to resolve any guest inconveniences. In particular, the restaurant they recommended was a real gem! It was a local spot not widely known, but every single dish, down to the side dishes, was incredibly delicious, making for a truly satisfying meal."

"I trusted Trip.com and made a reservation.
The hotel location was easy to find and the price was good. The room was a little smaller than I thought, but the two beds were clean. The smell of well-dried laundry was pleasant.. The bathroom was also clean.. But they didn't give me a toothbrush..^^ It was an unmanned hotel, so I didn't meet the staff even once.
When I came back from sightseeing, there were new towels hanging in front of the door.. I wish they had given me one more pillow, but there was nothing to say.. I had a good time at a nice accommodation for a short trip."

"Very nice hotel. The boss is very responsible and nice. Free power-assisted bicycles are provided. It snowed heavily and he came to find us and told us to be safe. He also sent us to Niudao Pier the next morning for free. If I have a chance to come next time, I will stay at this hotel again. Thank you, boss"

GGuest UserThe pension house is located at a more deserted stretch along the coast. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk during both check in or check out from which we could find out more information on a recommended place for dinner or the earliest opening hour for breakfast. We found the lack of a host rather strange. We had to figure our way and ended up asking a very helpful staff at the restaurant. The room keys were simply placed at the front desk table (we returned them the same way). The soap in the washroom was very obviously used and old. The rooms are smaller than they seem in the pictures. There is a nice small balcony though. The futons were comfortable and were heated for winter so that was nice too.

MM14884****Decided last minute to hike the Olle trail, so I booked this place. It's right across from the Olle Tourist Center on Route 7. The only downside is the soundproofing isn't great, but everything else was really good. It's new and very clean. We arrived at the hotel past 11 PM, so we checked in using the machine. The front desk guy would always greet us proactively when we came back every day. I also heard the housekeeping staff speaking in a distinct Northeastern Chinese accent. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Room cleanliness was acceptable, though as someone with a sensitive nose, I did notice a slight musty smell at first. Thankfully, the owner was very helpful and quickly resolved it by spraying a deodorizer.

Xxy.fftHotel staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Everything is a bit aged but still good. Due to small parking space, the staff will help to park the car and retrieve it when necessary. As it’s located at the other end of the island, it’s quite inconvenient if you always go to the city area. Around the hotel there are a lot of nice food places and convenience stores, there’s even coin laundry just a block away.

CCarelStayed 2 nights. Freezing cold when I reached the hotel. Beautiful sea view and very windy. Chose this hotel based on info that it’s walking distance to sunrise peak and udo ferry terminal. Really simple room with no amenities and provide only small towels. No shower curtain and no separation of shower and toilet so each time you shower the bathroom floor will be wet. Luggage deposit just causally at the counter with no one around. Restaurant only cater for breakfast. Nearest restaurant need to walk up towards sunrise peak. Convenient store at ground level of hotel which is good for simple hot food, they set up an extra hot food counter just outside the store, the uncle is very friendly and can speak simple English.
Really convenient to just walk to sunrise peak to watch sunrise and to catch a ferry to udo. For udo ferry you need to go the other direction and walk about 15 mins, really need to endure the coldness and the wind.

The breakfast lady is so nice and accomoding but the breakfast in istelf is too pricey (see the pictures below) for what it is. Those have nothing to do with the pictures you seen online or at the hôtel .

I was a little disappointed that the price went down after I made the reservation, but it was still the best. The location is near Sanbangsan, so it's close to Jungmun Aewol and not too far from the airport.
It's 15 minutes away from Moseulpo Port, so it was good to take the ferry to Gapado or Marado.
The raw fish restaurant the owner introduced was fresh and the price was good.
My friends were also satisfied and said they wanted to use it again.

GGuest UserA few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.

AAnnabel03Has parking space but the lots are stacked (in a square) and another car might block you from coming out if you are parked in the inner square. it is mandatory to leave all the car keys at lobby. I assume that this is so, others can shift ur car if they need to get out of the parking (if your car is blocking theirs) Check-in was abit confusing, there is no one manning the lobby desk and the instructions are to call a phone number (so if you book this accoms, make sure you have a korean phone number that can make calls). After calling, the person answering is not able to communicate in English, he used a digital translator (tagged to the call) to communicate. I was instructed to leave car keys on the lobby desk and take my check-in key from the desk. Although the desk is un-manned, there are plenty of CCTVs around the place.
The room was spacious and nice and it was an urban room design. The toilet was also very spacious, however there is no door to separate the shower area, so the whole toilet might become wet during showers. When i first arrived, i found a roll of toilet paper on the floor, not too sure how that happened…..
The fridge didnt have a light inside, but the inside was still cold but it was also winter season so we couldnt tell whether the fridge was working or not.
The room has an aircon and heater that works well.
check out was smooth, we just left the keys on the counter and left.
