Great
GGuest UserIt was a very cute hotel! A little old but the rooms were nice and the bed was comfy! The staff was extremely kind as well! The only issue we had was the elevator, one of the was broken and we were at the second to top floor so everytime we used the elevator it was a long wait then the ride down/ up was super long too. But it really wasn’t too bad over all! (I don’t have pictures of the Hotel lol)

EExpatAnnual trip to home city, and it doesn’t disappoint ! Still indifferent towards the red tone windows, so I put make-up on in the pool lobby lounge. Restaurant and reception staff quite well versed. Hot water and coffee machine in Lobby. Breakfast choices good, but the beverage buy simply prompts a tip for staff. Suggest give option to charge to room. Lots of banquets or private events going on. Sports TVs on the spot. Location best for my own purpose. Walked to 18b Arts District to see friends within 30 minutes. Souviniers shop 3 minutes. Local amenity shops within 2-5 miles on the same road. Mutual friends of friends were a nice surprise to run into. Late checkout was granted due to another room having a late-night disruption mid-sleep. Great bikes and art on display. Really col video in Lobby about the Ahern family and businesses. International ATM appreciated 😍 Suggestion: Those with local ID or residency can get a lesser room deposit. Aside, refund was fast for international banking upon checkout. Luggage storage very convenient. Cleaning staff nonstop efficient. Happy Chinese New Year of the Horse!

EExpatI chose to stay here after the Ahearn hotel because the price was good for the time. I can say the staff is really accommodating and kind. The bell desk with luggage and the check in process was very simple and easy. Lobby location awkward because I really don’t like how it makes the drivers go through the Cosmopolitan lot first. Everything else is perfect, and although the first time I stayed at the Jockey Club was 40 years ago with my parent’s timeshare, this place has been maintained quite well and is now the home base for the Sapphire properties. They have a really nice business center and simple pool, while at the same time you can go to the big ****** and utilize some of their amenities. I love the decor and the space within the rooms, and it’s definitely a place to go to if staying on the main boulevard. The walking score is perfect. I specifically requested a room that did not have a view of a building wall. I have just enough Sky view to get a solid picture of the Eiffel tower. You could stay here a couple of weeks like it’s an apartment. My suggestion is to do grocery shopping at Walmart and bring your things back to the room, however there are eateries within the Cosmopolitan venue. I suggest Henry’s. Was really happy to spend a couple of nights here during my stay, as it was a retro-memory visit for me. I will check out in the middle of the night due to a domestic flight. I’ll stay here again if needing to do so long-term, but my second week here will be at a friends house locally. Definitely a good time share location choice if utilizing such a benefit.

GGuest UserI left the phone somewhere around 330pm at hotel and someone maybe staff in restroom I think, keep it for me and keep at lost and found dept. Thank you so much for great kindness. Room was great bed and pillows very soft and super comfortable. In room has no fridge and kettle. Only electric drip coffee maker with charge coffee ground if use. They have 2 starbucks and food court downstair and Walllgreen nearby so it's ok. The view was awesome can see both Sphere and the high roller closely. Will definately go back to stay here. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserAmazing value for money. All staff we met were friendly , helpful and had a sense of humour. We ( my sister and I)got the basic room for a 2 night stay on a trip to see the Eagles at the Sphere. Location was perfect for restaurants to suite all budgets, a Walgreens to get supplies and most importantly for us a 10-15 walk to the Sphere. We were on the first floor, and although the decor was a little dull, the room itself was of a good size. It had a large king size bed ( as sisters we were happy to share the bed). The bed was comfy with lovely plush snuggly pillows -I had 2 good nights sleep. Bathroom was an adequate size with a decent shower and plenty of hot water and a good water pressure. The amenities that were in the room were great - little shampoos and conditioners, tea/coffee making facility with a separate little sink. A good sized fridge, that worked which was great to keep our water cool and there are ice machines on each floor. There was also a good hair dryer, a safe in the wardrobe, that had plenty of hangers and hanging space and there was also an iron and ironing board. Another bonus of the room was plenty of plug sockets and USB charging points. We used the pool ( private entrance) which was clean and had the comfiest sun loungers I have ever laid on. There weren’t many (8 I think) but the pool was quiet. There was also what looked like a disabled pool lift. Would we start again - too right we would!

GGuest UserThis is my go-to place; I've stayed here many times. Whenever I'm in Vegas for a convention, I usually stay at the Luxor. It has everything—food, drinks, and entertainment. The bar downstairs is a must-visit every night. It's a shame how expensive Vegas is getting, though; a drink went from $11 to $18! 😥

GGuest UserThe Excalibur was a great choice. The rooms were clean, spacious and the pillows were great! The staff were very friendly in helping you with just about any question you had. I didn't care for the buffet. Way over priced, limited hours and the food not so special. Nothing open after 10 p.m. to eat and no fridge or microwave in the room.! Also, no comps for reward players. This is the down side. Otherwise it was a good time.

GGuest UserFine for a motel. But breakfast was spotty - open on sundays but not open on certain days, depending on occupancy. One has little choice but to pay a higher price at the bar for the breakfast menu. They do not clean rooms daily. only on the 3rd day, despite leaving the ”pls clean room” sign hanging on the door handle. Carpets in the room are filthy. Walk barefoot in the room, and the soles of your feet turns black. Good new aircon though. Bedside lamp not working. Overall ok, but can improve on the carpets and daily bfast.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s amenity and facility are great. I don’t understand why people put low rating for this hotel. They do set up bottled water in room for you while the 4-star hotel i stayed with in Las Vegas before didn’t. They did their good job at OYO!
