HIGHLY RECOMMEND Love love this property from the location to the staff ! Their coffee in the Ground Floor was amazing! I stayed in total of 5 nights. The room was very spacious, cleanliness and housekeeping were top notch ! They keep in contact with you via WhatsApp and willing to assist with any issues. Perfect for longer stay because laundry on the top floor is also included which saves us traveller so much time/money. My city’s local friend told me that I chose the right location to stay as it is in the middle of everything. Oh, there is a Bon Bo Hue nearby that I went two times, so delicious ! THANK YOU SO MUCH for taken care of my AirPods and reported to me immediately after I checked out, I can’t say how appreciative I am ! 🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️Kudos to this property ! Everyone has done a great job ! I will return !

The host was kind, responded quickly, and gave clear instructions. Since the apartment is in Vinhomes, there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The Central Park right in front is spacious and has a really nice atmosphere. Inside, the apartment was clean, and being on the 44th floor, there were no bugs, ants, or mosquitoes. The open view of the night cityscape was fantastic. I had a comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again without hesitation if I return to Ho Chi Minh City

Although the trip was quite short, I had a very good experience with the Village at Dien Bien Phu facility. The Village is close to attractive tourist destinations in the city center. The common living area is spacious and tidy. The private rooms are just enough, not too little, not too much. There is a small problem that the walls are thin so the soundproofing is not very good. The housekeepers are also very enthusiastic and polite. Overall, I am satisfied. If I have the chance, I will continue to visit the Village.

I always book a room with a window because I value fresh air. The reason I avoid luxury hotels with windows is because I can't stand the lack of direct ventilation. There was a window in the photo. The window is a typical Vietnamese building's empty space inside the house, and the ceiling is completely blocked. It's just a patterned window. The air of the people who stayed there lingered and it felt like there was not enough oxygen, so I wanted to jump out, but there was no option. I couldn't sleep because it was so stuffy. The room I was changed to the next day. I opened the window first, but I suffered from mosquitoes all night, so it was a long stay that was far from resting. The design is refreshing. The staff is friendly.

The hotel is situated near a construction site and a main road, with the city center a bit farther away. However, its proximity to Ho Chi Minh City airport makes it a convenient choice for travelers. Inside, the hotel features a charming ambiance and offers excellent value for stays under 50 SGD. It also provides a powerful washing machine and dryer for free use, which is a thoughtful touch. Be sure to share your feedback promptly, as the attentive customer service greatly enhanced our experience during the second night.

m village is a local cultural youth hotel brand with many locations, young style and low price. It is especially suitable for shortstay/digital nomad. The overall space is comfortable and satisfactory, but the bathroom is slightly flooded after taking a shower. If you are concerned about the separation of dry and wet areas, you may want to pay attention. Automatic check-in, no traditional reception desk, any need can be contacted via WhatsApp.

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

This hotel is quite tricky to locate since you would have to go through an alley from the main street - but not worry since they're easily found through Grab or Google Maps. The building is quite small (same with most of the other hotels in HCM), but the room I got was very well appointed and the room design is clean and minimalist - very instagrammable. Whilst small, my room came with a double bed, a cabinet, a chair, indoor plant, full size fridge, a bathtub, and a toilet with a bidet. It didn't come with a TV, but who needs a TV when you've got Netflix and free wifi? Location is really nice too. It's located near the main road and main attractions. There are money changers, convenience stores, and lots of cafes nearby. So you won't go penniless and hungry while staying here. Definitely a hotel worth booking again!

Facilities: All the facilities needed are available, but there are no disposable slippers. They are all old slippers, which should have been worn by others. There is a small refrigerator. Hygiene: It is cleaned very well, but the hotel should be relatively old, and some furniture and walls have scratches. Environment: It is quite good, and the surrounding environment is quite quiet. I live on the G floor (the second floor of the lobby) and there are customers who come back to the room very late at night, and I can hear them talking loudly. Service: The service is impeccable. All the waiters at the lobby front desk, the reception, and the restaurant are excellent, patient, and polite. This is impeccable, and any problems will be solved in time, which is great! 😘😘🥰🥰🥰
