The hotel is also close to the airport and shopping district, making it convenient for both business and leisure travel. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this is a great choice and highly recommended! I'll definitely be back!

AAnonymous UserSurrounded by many restaurants around the hotel, the kebab skewers smelled quite heavy. The beauty at the front desk may be a newbie and indifferent. Later, the attitude of the two white shirts was kind. After registering, I received two small gifts, local walnuts and jujubes, which was very warm. The room was clean and odorless, equipped with a humidifier, the bath water was large, and the shower room would seep out. The laundry room was a bit disappointed without a dryer. The breakfast was plentiful, there were noodles made first, and the breakfast service staff was warm and polite.

We made up our own room, but it was not properly cleaned at first—maybe because the hotel was fully booked. However, the cleaners were quite helpful and responsive when we asked for assistance.
They also have a laundry room, which was very convenient for families. I just wish they had a small playroom for kids, as that would make the stay even better for families with children.

MM283948****This hotel is comprised of individual villas, nestled at the foot of General Mountain. It's just a few minutes' walk to the ski resort, and they even offer Mercedes shuttle service, which is incredibly thoughtful for tired skiers like me. Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming; they greeted me before I even entered, helped with my luggage, and immediately offered a warm cup of jujube tea. The room's design and decor were very tasteful and elegant. Lounging on the large armchair, looking out at the snow, was incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely be booking here again next year! Extremely satisfied!

GGuest UserThe heating is sufficient, and the hotel also provides airport and ski resort transfers. Overall, it is good. However, there are major problems with hotel management. During my stay, I returned to the hotel one night and found two low-quality guests smoking in the corridor, and one of them was only wearing underwear on his lower body, which was disgusting. During the Chinese New Year, the passenger flow was already large, and this disgusting person exposed his underwear to snow friends, couples, couples, and families with children. We immediately reported this problem to the hotel front desk. But nearly 20 minutes later, the two people were still smoking in the corridor, still wearing only underwear. I am very dissatisfied with the hotel's handling of this matter, or not handling it.
Secondly, someone set off fireworks in the small garden with less than 20 parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel. After the fireworks exploded in the air, the scattered cardboard fragments were all over the garden, hitting my car and the corner of my eye. Fortunately, my eyes were not injured. At the same time, the fireworks placed on the ground also blocked the only entrance and exit of the hotel, and vehicles that wanted to enter the hotel were also helplessly blocked at the door. During this period, no one from the hotel came forward to interfere with management.
Regarding the above situation, I am very disappointed with the hotel's standardized management and hope it can be improved.
