Nice of hotel to upgrade my stay to a new room. Spacious new room. Changsha is very hot in Sept and caught a fever. Hotel allows me to extend until 2.50pm. Buffet is mainly Chinese style - with bread/buns and toaster. To reach hotel from subway underground maze, head for Exit7 (all stairs), walk 150m as the hotel entrance is on the side road. Main shopping street for ladies 黄金街underground is 10mins walk- must bargain! Go to the large 茶颜悦色 on 2nd floor of 7mall (a mall block besides hotel) for food tasting before buying food souvenirs home.

Nice hotel environment, free upgrade at the front desk, mini-fridge and make-up mirror and sterilizer, smart, convenient, well equipped, prompt handling of issues at the front desk. Reception is on 6th floor. Even the staff don't speak English there was no problem to communicate with little help of translation app. Hotel located in great area close to Wuyi Square. I could walk around comfortably. Stayed for a few days and will return when visiting Changsha next time.

Very good service , the hotel accommodated all my requests! Breakfast was great ! The location is a little far from everything but is in a quiet place. Lots of places to eat around. I wanted to do laundry but the laundry room was quite humid and scary looking so I didn’t go! Otherwise pretty good hotel. Shampoo , conditioner and body wash are amazing.

My flight to ZJJ got cancelled and I had to stay for a night near to the train station. Booked last minute and was thankful that the staff upgraded our room for us. We had a restful night. Room was well kept and there is laundry service downstairs. The staff were highly responsive, kind and helpful. Other than the noise level and crowd even at late night… this hotel will be perfect if you need a location near the train station. 🤩💕

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes' walk to the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Right downstairs, there are well-known milk tea and coffee shops, and it's also next to a modern shopping mall, which was perfect for quick bites and shopping. The hotel service was excellent, with delicious breakfast and even evening snacks, which made us feel truly pampered. The room was clean, comfortable, and especially ideal for families with teenagers, as they could enjoy their own private space within the room. We highly recommend this hotel for both its convenience and hospitality!

Stayed 2 nights. Strategic location in a quiet & less busy neighbourhood. 3 mins walk from the Nanhu Metro Station. Take exit 1 via the elevator & the hotel is just across the road on your right. Take exit 2 via stairs & escalator and the hotel is on your left upon exiting the metro station. Room is clean, the staff replenish plenty of drinking water and there is free laundry service too. Reception was helpful and we felt comfortable during our stay and highly recommend this hotel in Changsha.

After many years, I went to Changsha on a business trip again. This time, I stayed at the Xi Hotel, which gave me a big surprise. I originally thought that it was the same as other Internet celebrity hotels, with only a good location and some good-looking publicity. However, after I made the reservation, before I arrived at the hotel, I had already felt their professional and thoughtful service. The front desk lady added my WeChat, introduced the booked room type and driving location to me, reminded me of the parking floor, and upgraded my room type. After checking in, the environment from the lobby to the room was amazing, with American and Italian decoration styles. The river view room has an invincible view, and the beautiful scenery of the Xiangjiang River is unobstructed. The layout of the room is also very good, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sofa is arranged just right, making people feel very comfortable. Coupled with the blessing of smart home, the hotel is also equipped with a laundry room and a gym, with strong privacy, not to mention hygiene, and attention to detail. I will stay here again when I come to Changsha next time.

The hotel is just perfect! Good location, very friendly and helpful staff and they provide a lot of additional services such as free laundry and free evening congee which above standard and a very pleasant surprise to us… we hope to come back soon 😃

Satisfied with the hotel and accommodation experience, the hotel service is really good, the location and environment are good, the attitude is warm and considerate, the hygiene is good , it is very convenient to enter and exit, and it is very comfortable to stay , Xiao Fang is very considerate.

CSS was a pretty decent hotel. It is outside of the main tourist areas, so it was quiet, but it is still pretty convenient. There are a few nice restaurants close by. The river view is very nice. The hotel was okay overall.
