The hotel lobby is very luxurious. As soon as you enter, there is free tea and warm mineral water, giving a very friendly feeling. The hotel front desk checks is quickly and professional. The bedding is very soft and clean. The check-in experience is very good. There is also a smart toilet in the room. The downstairs or robot food delivery is very high-end. The hotel location is very good. You can walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. I will stay again next time!

Hotel location is superb, all the customer service is cery helpful and friendly.they even upgrab my room with foc, and with free complimentary snack provided. Unlimited bottle water available. Hotel breakfast is good as well and they did provide high tea and supper.. the location is very convenient, walkable to chun xi lu and tai gu li, i even come back again after my chuan xi trip, overall is very good hotel, will come back again next time

Excellent service, excellent and clean room. Very spacious. Excellent location, just 5min to chunxi road. I was considering another hotel but decided on Atour. Really correct decision, excellent breakfast and affordable price. Hotel even provide free supper, simple but comfort food. Will definitely book again. We are so happy with everything , hope to come again

I absolutely enjoyed the stay here. Bed was so comfortable, not too soft nor hard, and blanket was so warm that felt more like a hug. I slept so good and felt refreshed even though I had to sleep only 4 hours that night due to packed schedule.
Receptionists are very professional and responsive. They have provided me with all help I needed, and even more: foreigners without phone number don’t have access to China on demand services but they helped me to contact several places and book appointments. Absolutely loved it!!!

This hotel is not in the center of Taikoo Li, but not far, still convenient by DD. It is by a river and we had a nice stroll while looking for our dinner place.
Our check-in was very pleasant, the receptionist is on 3rd floor, small but very nice and homey, we love it! We asked many questions about places to visit and to eat. The staff Xiao Liu was very helpful and pleasant, we added hotel's weixin for communication convenience.
We mistakenly booked a 2-bed room, and she helped us to easily change to a family room for 3 with no fuss. We are very happy with our room! Our room also comes with a complimentary snack basket, tea set, and foot bath bucket for a good night sleep. We very much recommend this hotel for travellers who like a more relaxed atmosphere.

After comparing the reviews with my friends,we chose this hotel. When we arrived at the lobby, it was bright and spacious. We were greeted by a staff member as soon as we entered. Every staff member was smiling and enthusiastic. The overall experience was very good. There was also a butler who added WeChat when we checked in. He would care about and greet us every day. If we needed anything, we could contact him at any time. It was very convenient. In addition, we were given welcome fruit. Next time we come to Chengdu, we will choose to stay here again.

Check in was smooth & fast. But I believe they did not do a clear check/maintenance to the rooms.
Amenities in the rooms were half used or empty bottles. Aircon vent started dripping water within 6 hours of check in, in a particular room toilet only which is harder to spot due to the marble flooring. But maintenance team came up quite quickly to fix it.
Even tho the whole entire floor was ours but the service staffs just tapped their cards to enter when we were all inside which is a major lack in privacy. (Because only 1 room was able to hear the doorbell ring, the middle room which was quite far from both doors)

My mum and I had a very comfy stay. The service was good and staff were friendly. When we entered the room, we were welcomed by a panda teddy as a gift and a plate of fruits. Ther'es also a washing machine in the room which was very useful for us. The restaurant offers buffet breakfast and lunch and the view is very nice. The location of the hotel is very good too, with many local eateries and street vendors nearby. Overall, we're very satisfied with the stay and would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Manxin hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. We received a welcome gift when we checked in. Room and toilet was modern and super clean. Toiletries were also very nice with nice fragrance shampoo and shower gel. We got an upgrade to a room with bigger bed. Got our breakfast at a discounted price. Breakfast spread is good with the price I paid. Location was convenient. Just cross the overhead bridge and you are at the walking street. We also received a gift when we checked out. We enjoyed our stay even thou is just a very very short one night. Highly recommended for people who are looking for accommodation at chendu.

GGuest User”Create the wilderness in the south, stay humble and return to the countryside”, the name is full of poetry and picturesqueness, but I went there because of the zero negative reviews. I thought what kind of B&B makes everyone like it so much that I can't bear to leave negative reviews. Stayed for one night and it was a really different experience. Simple, ancient style, ancient charm and a bit of Zen. If you wander around the courtyard for nothing, you will find a lot of ingenuity, such as throwing pots, shooting arrows, teasing the parrot that can only bark but cannot speak, and writing calligraphy; you can also watch Meditate, meditate, relax, and forget the troubles of the world with eyes full of green. In front of the hall, there is a cactus owned by Mr. Gu, who is over 80 years old, and it makes me deeply moved. I ate breakfast while smelling the fragrance of books. It was a really different feeling. The breakfast and dinner were exquisite and rich, and many arrangements surprised you. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home, all in all a pleasant trip.

OOoiksThis is my second time staying at this hotel. Like before, the stay in this hotel has been nothing short of amazing and great!🫰
Firstly, the airport pick up service who Yuki assisted me to arrange the day before went smoothly. Upon early arrival of my flight and I requested for earlier pick up, I called the hotel and Penny politely assisted me to liase with the driver for earlier airport pickup. Airport pick up takes 20 minutes one way. It's a pleasant experience.
Secondly, the front desk was smooth, helpful and good. Penny checked me in and Yuki and another colleague checked me out the next morning. All of them were so lovely and awesome. Penny offered a free room upgrade for me and I was more than happy and touched. 🩵
Thirdly, the room was again, clean, fantastic, all functioning and spotless. Love the toilet to have so many high tech modern features such as controllers for the toilet bowl. All drinks in the fridge and drawer of the room were free of charge too!
Fourthly, if you wish to wash your clothes there's a free self service laundry service and the second floor next to the gym. It has one dryer and a washing machine. There's an instruction on the wall on how to operate and no detergent is required. Simple to use! Gym facility is free to use and simple yet adequate as well for anyone who wishes to burn some fats after feasting on delicious Sichuan delicacies.
Lastly, the breakfast spread was again, as delicious as before. There's wide varieties of food and a cosy ambience for one to eat.
Overall, I would definitely love to come back again if I have flights to and from Chengdu Shuangliu airport. All of the staff are a gem to the hotel and the hotel facilitates are superb. It's worth it.🩵🫰🥺

We managed to check in at 4 in the morning with no hassle. Staff were fast asleep but they managed to check us in fast.
Toilet is clean and non slippery, very safe for old people. Toilet seat is heated, which is great when the weather is cold.

RRene Leonard MendozaChengdu became a trip to remember, especially because of my hotel accommodation at Nicesoe Hotel.
If you have an early return flight scheduled, this hotel is one of the best places you can find because of its proximity to the airport (roughly 20 minutes based on experience).
Dayuan subway station (Line 5) is also 12 minutes away if you are just walking. Meanwhile, Saiho Mall and Citywalk also offer some varieties for local shops and bars.
The service was also top notch for me. Shortly after the check-in, they got in touch by adding my WeChat and establishing the communication line. Through WeChat, they were able to check on me and offer assistance for much of what I needed for the duration of my stay.
When I started my holiday, I actually sprained my left foot and they were very generous in offering their ice packs so that I can treat my sprain.
In addition to these, they also suggested places of interest that I can visit around Chengdu.
My luck was on a roll and I won lots of toys in the lottery. Unfortunately, my luggage wasn't enough to bring them all. Thankfully, one of their personnel, Rose, assisted me in shipping them back to my home city.
The overall experience is amazing and I am totally satisfied with the services, plus the hotel room I got which was overlooking the city. If you are a first timer in Chengdu, I would really recommend this place! They are true to their word that they had posted in their basic information page: Any foreigner, of any nationality is welcome!

JJohn Smith99Cheap rate on this hotel through Trip.com but you can’t earn Accor points this was. The room was pretty decent and the location was convenient for me and right next to the metro station. There weren’t many restaurants around so I ended up having to eat lunch in a Pizza Hut which wasn’t great. Didn’t have breakfast as not included in my room rate. Would stay again if I got a similar room rate.

The Chinese hotel style is quite satisfactory, but I still prefer the room I live in now. The room has a large view and is particularly good. There is a large terrace. It’s so comfortable to sit on the terrace and eat snacks and chase dramas, and it really pays for what you pay for hahaha...

GGuest UserAt first, we were a bit worried about cigarette smell at the hotel based on our previous trips. However, Atour managed to keep our room free of cigarette smell which is quite impressive (especially considering some guests had no respect for rules and still smoked in the hotel premises). Throughout our stay for 4 nights, we had no issue at all with cleanliness and air quality. Plus, you can open a bit of the window to let the air in.
Secondly, hotel staff’s service was way out of this world. One of the staff, Ms. Huang, really went above and beyond to help us even cut our watermelon and delivered it to our room
We were really glad we picked this Atour and our stay in Chengdu was very pleasant. Definitely will stay here again if we ever return to Chengdu.

HHasalfaI was on 1 month vacation in China with my mom. We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and 9 nights. He hotel is on the 6th floor. We made the best choice to stay here due to following reasons:
1. The hotel upgraded our stay from non-window to window room
2. Free tea breaks provided on Level 5
3. Literally 3 mins walk to Tianfu subway station which is literally in the same floor with the Tianfu Square Underground shopping small (very cheap winter jackets a can be found here)
4. As a Muslim traveller, the mosque is just 7 mins walk, just around the other side of the Tianfu Square which is located beside the Chengdu Museum (free!!)
5. Halal food is literally everywhere near the Huang Cheng Mosque
6. Good customer service (free laundry area on the same floor)
7. Chagee is just across the street.
8. Water fountain is at the chillax area where you can fill up ur water!!
9. The cleaners, front desk ladies are just super friendly people! Even left a note card after changing the mattress and blanket.
10. Heater was just perfect in the cold weather (4’C)
11. During check out, the hotel gave us a bag of candies and fridge magnet!!
12. Chagee is just across the street, which has been my daily doses of caffeine.
So, yes!!! I enjoyed my stay here very much. Will differently come again!

EEllie_linThe location was perfect! Food, shopping and drinks are all within walking distance. The front desk staff A and cleaning lady was super helpful in finding back my rings and my husband’s outer coat when we have conveniently forgotten about it as we moved to the next destination. The room itself and cleanliness was so-so. Swimming pool and gym is in the basement of the building but you will need to pay to use it. The heater in the room was not working. Was trying to increase temperature to 28 degrees but it kept on getting stocked at 25 degree despite the screen showing the higher temperature for a while.
