I had a wonderful experience. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its prime location. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or provide helpful recommendations for local dining and activities. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel features a cozy lounge area and a well-equipped fitness center, adding to the overall value of the stay. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a hotel with a fantastic location and all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next visit to the city.

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

Despite it being a working holiday, I truly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel and its location. When I did have some downtime, the Qingcheng Mountain was a great respite and the view at the top left me in awe even though it was overcast. Dujiangyan is also close by and easy to get to, from the hotel location. The hotel had all the amenities and more, and suited my needs perfectly. I especially enjoyed the hot springs tub throughout my stay, and the complementary fruit tray on the first day was a nice welcoming touch. Breakfast is a wide variety of Chinese food, fruits and yoghurts.

Saw torn and stained bath towel on 1st day. (See photo). Subsequent days, ok. Location is great - 10.mins walk to the railway station and around 25mins walk yo the ancient city, North Bridge, etc. Breakfast co-hosted by Holiday Inn. Disappointed - we went in around 8:15 am. Most food not replenished. No pancake available at pancake stand. Said sold out. Staffs eager to clear table. By 9am, no kitchen staff around. So we cancelled next day breakfast. Website said there is massage room. Tried to make booking, reception said no. Asked if there is massage nearby, reception asked me to search the website. Google, FB and WhatsApp were blocked. Reception staffs don't speak English. Wish they smile.

The hot spring water is clear and pure, and the temperature is just right. It feels very comfortable to soak in it and completely relax your body and mind. Especially at night, soaking in the private outdoor hot spring, feeling the warm spring water while listening to the rain, is really an ultimate enjoyment. 👩The service attitude of the hotel is also very good. From calling us to pay attention to safety when driving at night to turning on the heating in advance, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic and attentive, making people feel at home. 💤We stayed at the entrance of the hotel on the first floor. I thought it would be a bit noisy at night, but it wasn't! The sound insulation of the room is very good. I was not disturbed by any noise all night, and I slept very comfortably. The pillows and beds are very soft and intimate, which can make people fall asleep quickly and completely relieve the fatigue of the journey. For guests who pay attention to the quality of rest, this is a very ideal hotel. People who like quiet environment must not miss it! 👏 🍽️The breakfast on the second day is rich and varied, the ingredients are fresh and taste great! The red oil rice noodles and yellow soft cakes are especially delicious. As long as you don’t waste them, you can eat as much as you want until you are full😆 📝In general, this stay exceeded expectations and was very satisfactory. It is recommended to people who like hot springs and high-quality accommodation. Looking forward to staying again next time! 🥳

服務簡直不要太好啦，晚上十點半才到，車進停車場幾個美女就出來迎接啦，孩子先下車，美女們幫忙招呼小朋友，那麼冷的天，幫提行李到房間，房間兩層聯排，樓上兩個房間，樓下一張沙發床，管家提前把空調打開，進房就暖暖的很舒服。需要東西隨時聯繫管家隨時給處理，以後青城後山就來這兒啦，風景優美，房間温泉很舒服，也很方便，自助早餐很健康喲，前台美女們都超級熱情。推薦推薦，唯一遺憾的是帶着四個小朋友，沒有照房間照片哈哈哈哈，將就上兩張昨晚的夜景照吧

The location is in the back mountain scenic area. There are people to pick up and drop off when you go to play. The environment is particularly beautiful, the room is clean and the food is quite delicious. The housekeeper Lan is a super cute and kind person, always able to protect the rights and interests of the guests with the best interests. The fruit presented is also delicious 😋 It is precisely because of the environment service staff and delicious food that we decided to stay a few more nights. The stay experience is very good! 👍

I chose this homestay according to the recommendation of the platform. I will stay in Qingcheng Mountain next time. The recommended reasons are as follows: First, the location is excellent, just beside the entrance of Wulonggou, you can climb the mountain when you go out; second, the environment is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and rivers, sitting in the yard drinking tea and chatting is very comfortable; Third, the service is in place, the boss family is very enthusiastic, there is a sightseeing car to pick up guests to eat in Tai'an Ancient Town, take care of the elderly, try to meet the needs of the guests. The downside is that some facilities in the room need to be further improved. I have suggested to the boss and I believe I will be more satisfied with my next stay. Comprehensive price-performance ratio, recommended! Wulonggou is worth a visit, the scenery of the plank road area is very beautiful!
