GGuest UserSuper fun! This was one of the theme hotels that were hidden on the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street set. Appropriately, the Rosslyn Hotels' brand icon is the Landlady from Kungfu Hustle.
Upon arrival, you check in at the North Gate's Tourist Services Desk. The concierge welcomed me with a complimentary bag of fresh fruit and asking me to add their butler (Housekeeper Xiao Xiao) to my WeChat. If I needed anything, I just had to text the Housekeeper Xiao Xiao (who was super helpful with all my questions (in English) during my stay). Then the bellhop whisked me away, via golf cart, to my hotel.
There were several hidden hotels, with different themes, throughout the set.
The bellhop took me through an unassuming door among into what looked like an empty set, and up an elevator to the room floors.
The walkway offered a lovely view of the Ming Qing Palace set next door. The rooms were supposed to be themed as Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s, but could easily pass for old Shanghai.
The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has nice and hot and with fantastic water pressure. The room has some of the largest closet space that I have seen in any hotel. The WiFi worked without the need to register a local cellphone number (I've found that many other hotels, in China, offered free WiFi, but you need to verify with an ID code text to you. The texts never come through to my U.S. phone number, so I have never been able to take advantage of free WiFi; that is until I got to this hotel.) The little details were delightful surprises around every corner. They always refer to guests as ”laoshi” (an honorific of teacher, or master, bestowed to actors) or as ”starlet”. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to take home the pair of the room's bone china cups.
The stay also comes with very decent breakfast buffet that had both Chinese and western dishes. They will even make you fresh wontons and noodle soups to order. The restaurants in the park are not great and quite expensive by China's standard. I recommend loading up at the more tasty free breakfast to power through the day.
The hotel's location was very convenient for touring Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street; which had very lively evening shows. (As you walk through the streets, look at the stores' signs and test your TV shows and movie knowledge by finding the Easter eggs.) The Qing Ming Palace Set is across the street from the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street's South Gateon the other side of the park (don't worry, it's not that far). To access the other sets, you can take their shuttle, but it does not come around very often. It's more efficient to get a Didi.
Overall, it was a magical stay of being in the movies.

GGuest UserWe choose this hotel because the walking distance is 5 minit to hengdian studio. So easy. We arrive at 2am, and the hotel greet us and very helpful. The room is so comfortable with breakfast. I am Muslim, and able to eat side dish with egg, sweet potato, bun,yogurt. We check out, and hotel staff help us when they see we not able to get the Didi. He found out we are still standing outside hotel for more than 15minit. He so helpful.so, we able to catch our train for our next trip. My family so great full. Tq

GGuest UserI brought my child to Yiwu International Trade City for a business trip combined with a vacation, and specifically booked the parent-child room at Oriental Jingting Hotel. The overall experience was perfect, highly recommended for business travelers with children. The hotel boasts a prime location, right next to Districts 2 and 3 of the International Trade City. It's just a few minutes' walk to the market to finalize deals and pick up goods, saving the hassle of frequent taxis and significantly boosting purchasing efficiency. The commercial area downstairs is well-developed, with restaurants, convenience stores, and late-night snack spots aplenty. After work, it's incredibly convenient to take the child shopping and dining – a one-stop solution for food, accommodation, and travel.
The parent-child room was exceptionally well-appointed, with a playful atmosphere throughout. The space was generous and not cramped. The layout, with a king bed and a single bed, was perfect for a family of three. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the soundproofing at night was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable sleep for my child. The room featured a smart speaker for controlling lights, curtains, and air conditioning with voice commands, complemented by a smart toilet. These details really enhanced the comfort. The room was meticulously cleaned daily, with corners spotless and no odors, making for a truly pleasant stay.
The hotel's amenities are thoughtfully planned. The eighth floor houses a self-service gym and laundry room. The gym has a full range of equipment, perfect for a workout and relaxation during business downtime. The washing machines and dryers are a great convenience for long-term business travelers needing to wash bedding and clothes. The self-service breakfast is served at the ninth-floor restaurant, offering a rich and diverse selection, including Chinese pastries, hot dishes, congee, fruits, and beverages. It caters to both adult tastes and children's dietary needs. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors excellent, making every morning satisfying and hassle-free.
The front desk staff were warm and patient, and check-in was efficient and quick. They proactively prepared amenities like children's slippers, and their response to requests was timely and thoughtful. Whether you're a business traveler frequenting the market or on a short family trip, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yiwu and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

FFalukaThe room was spotless! The breakfast spread was fantastic, they even had freshly made wontons which I loved. All the usuals like toast and bread were there, and the fruit was incredibly fresh and delicious. Plus, they had freshly ground coffee, and all the ingredients were super fresh. The front desk staff greeted me every time I came and went, and even offered me tea. The room had a smart toilet and a smart speaker (Xiao Du Xiao Du), which was a great touch! And to top it off, there's free billiards, making it even more perfect!

GGuest UserFirst off, I have to say, the location of Guibinlou is fantastic. It's so convenient to get anywhere, especially popular spots like Qin Palace, Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival, and Dream Valley (the water park is open now and super lively!). Secondly, the hotel staff are all wonderful. I brought some traditional Chinese medicine with me this trip, and they let me store it in their fridge. All I had to do was make a call each day, and they'd bring it to my room, which was incredibly convenient! Also, the welcome fruit that came with the package included vouchers, so you could pick them up in the lobby daily – the kids loved it! And speaking of breakfast, theirs is actually pretty good. They have mini bread perfect for little ones and, of course, their favorite candies 🍬. On a side note, there's a small gate within the hotel that leads directly to Dream Valley, cutting down on travel time, which is super handy!

GGuest UserWhen I came here to visit, the room was very clean, with no dust in the corners. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the sound insulation was good, so I slept soundly at night. The front desk staff checked me in quickly and were very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. The hot water supply was ample, and it's very close to Yiwu Heart. The facilities are well-maintained, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.

MMMYZDFive-star rating across the board! The location is excellent – it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Santing Road Night Market, and Sultan Restaurant is right across the street. Leifeng Milk Tea is also just a two or three-minute stroll away. A taxi to District 1 of the International Trade City costs less than 10 yuan. The room is very spacious, and all the staff are super friendly. For breakfast, I have to rave about the mini wontons and the roasted chicken wings – especially the chicken wings, which taste like they're prepared in the style of the Turkish restaurants you see all over Yiwu, absolutely delicious! The coffee is also rich and strong, the perfect way to kick off a new day. The only minor issue is the soundproofing. The guests upstairs were stomping around past midnight, and it was quite frustrating to be woken up by that. At that point, I also noticed how clearly you could hear cars driving by outside.

The room's lighting and layout were just right, and the soft furnishings were exquisitely tasteful, with thoughtful attention to detail – no cheap clutter here. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly; I instantly felt all my fatigue melt away. The bathroom was wet/dry separated, and the toiletries were of high quality, clean, fresh, and odorless. The front desk service was polite and understated, efficient without being intrusive – just the right amount of discretion. The location was convenient for getting around and finding food, quiet yet central, making for a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The entire stay felt comfortable and relaxing, free from the superficiality of overly commercialized places. I thoroughly enjoyed the quiet sense of solitude. GGuest UserNext time I visit, I'll probably choose this place again. The only downside might be that you have to walk a bit to find late-night snacks, but everything else was great. The room was very spacious; there were four of us – two adults and kids aged 13 and 10. We pushed the twin beds together, and it was perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The shower water was also very nice.
The breakfast was quite ample, with hot food stations. I felt the restaurant supervisor was very responsible, constantly ensuring cleaners cleared tables and the kitchen replenished food. Even with the crowds during the May Day holiday, we always found a seat during peak times. The hot food options like mini wontons and rice noodles were good.
Most importantly, the location is excellent. It's literally just a two-minute walk to the corridors of Districts 3 and 2. Shopping for stationery, luggage, and outdoor gear is right outside the door. So, on our last day, before checking out, we spent another 30 minutes stocking up. For Districts 1 and 6, we drove. Although it's not very far, parking is convenient at the trade city, so we preferred to save our energy for walking inside the mall rather than trekking through District 2.

KKalina MomkovaI booked a room at Holiday Inn expecting a comfortable stay and the usual quality associated with the brand. Unfortunately, the hotel is currently undergoing major renovation works inside the building as well as on the front and back exterior. Although I was told the construction noise would be limited to 9 AM–9 PM, I was woken up by renovation work at 6:04 AM on my first morning. Even on the 8th floor, there was noticeable noise, dust, and construction activity. The location is good and the staff were very kind, but I would not recommend staying here while the renovations are ongoing. Guests should be clearly informed about the extent of the construction before booking.
