LlwkengWe booked the family room with 2 king bed room for our whole trip in Nanjing and the hotel truly is not disappointing.
The hotel is very clean and close to the Laomendong attractions. All are within walking distance. Nearby attractions are also a lot and easily reachable in short distant. Food and restaurant is not a problem.
The room has all the amenities and most importantly free laundry service is available which is important for my family travel for longer days as we do not need to bring a lot of clothes.
The owner is friendly and provided suggestions to our places to visit as well. Breakfast is inclusive. Even though simple, good enough to start for the day without needing to look for food before going out.
Overall a good and pleasant experience with our stay.

MM227086****On this trip to Nanjing, I booked the Manxin Hotel at the Confucius Temple scenic area through Trip.com. The service was top-notch, and the room facilities were complete. Zhan Garden, Nanjing Confucius Temple, and Laomendong are all nearby. It was a family room, and originally only included breakfast for two. However, they provided extra breakfasts upon request. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

YyongkhengsReached the hotel early and the front desks staff allowed us to check in early once the room was available by several hours. The location is good and convenient, and right outside exit 11 of the metro. There is also a small eatery and a 24 hours convenience store located at the bottom of the hotel. The walk to the Nanjing Railway Station is less than 10 minutes away, the staffs are very friendly and patient when dealing with international tourists, and helped to receive the OTP needed to connect to the hotel's WiFi. Will definitely consider staying in this hotel again and would recommend to my friends when going to Nanjing.

PPere MayoralI had a perfect stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, attentive, kind and always helpful. The room was spacious and always clean, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The location is excellent, with parks, temples and convenience stores all within walking distance, and the metro just a short walk away.
Every evening the area comes alive with a parade of people dressed up and taking professional photos, which gives the neighborhood a unique and vibrant atmosphere.
Whenever I come back to Nanjing I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

MM295834****The hotel is very new, clean, and has a great ambiance – very quiet. A few things really stood out:
① All the staff, like the lady at the front desk and the breakfast restaurant crew, were incredibly thoughtful. The front desk even offered delicious fruit, and coffee lovers could get their fix too. I especially loved the mini wontons and thin noodles at breakfast.
② For transportation, coming out of Nanjing South Station, exit through the South Square, turn right past the Ji Hotel, and it's just a little further down. For dining, you can consider the Himalaya Shopping Center and nearby areas – there are tons of food options. Getting around by subway is super convenient for sightseeing.
③ The bathroom was spotless, and the terrace was fantastic! I forgot to take pictures, but you can check out the hotel's photos – you can definitely stay here with confidence!

PPengsilinMy first trip to Nanjing was during the three-day National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. I visited many ancient buildings and the ancient Jiming Temple. My husband was feeling unwell with an acute abscess in his ear, which was like a typo. I had to stay in the hotel, ordering takeout and medicine for him. He also caught a cold and a fever, which he passed on to me. The hotel was very nice. I booked a Zijin King Room, and the front desk upgraded me to a Courtyard King Room for free. The Ctrip system made a mistake, which was none of my business. Ordering takeout from this hotel was quite convenient. Xuanwu Lake is nearby, making it easy to visit attractions. We also had dinner at a restaurant next to the hotel called ”Yuejian.” The food was quite good. We ordered everything, and I felt like I was woken up before I even woke up, which was annoying, but I had a lot of fun. Waiting for the high-speed train back to Shanghai Hongqiao Station.

XXavierasyI booked a suite for 2 nights at the Courtyard by Marriott the night before I came from Xi'an because I wanted to visit Niushoushan, Jinling Xiaocheng, and other tourist spots nearby.
The location of the Courtyard is actually not bad; it's right beside the Hedingqiao metro station, and many food booths and convenience stores are just downstairs. You can buy takeaway at any time. The reception staff is nice and helpful and can speak very good English, no doubt.
The worst was the concierge. One of the concierge staff has been playing on his cellphone every single moment. I took Didi or the metro at least 4 or 5 times every day. Every time I pass through the entrance, he is playing on his phone.
The most frustrating part was when I ordered takeaway through the app. The delivery man said he placed it on the concierge cart right next to that guy, but someone took my package, and he didn't notice. YEAH, How could he possibly know if he was preoccupied with his phone ?!

Stayed for two nights in Nanjing with my elderly mother for a weekend getaway. The location is very convenient. It's just a short walk to Fuzimiao (Confucius Temple) and also very close to the West Gate entrance of the Egret Island Park Lantern Festival.
Before our arrival, they called to inquire about our estimated check-in time and informed us about the limited parking availability.
Breakfast had everything one could ask for. My personal favorites, freshly made noodles and coffee, were available, and there were several kinds of fruit. The freshly prepared duck blood vermicelli soup was quite tasty.
We received a complimentary upgrade to a family room, and it was lovely to have the morning sun shining in. The room was cleaned promptly, and they refilled our bottled water several times. Thumbs up! 👍

MM542914****An excellent experience! The hotel is incredibly grand, almost like a shopping mall when you first enter. The front desk staff was wonderful, and even helped upgrade my room. Extending my stay directly with the hotel was cheaper than booking through a platform, which was a great deal. Plus, after I extended my stay, the staff came to clean the room, which made me feel very secure. They even knock before entering, which is a nice touch. The room itself was large, very clean, and felt quite luxurious. All the facilities made for a very comfortable stay. There's a big desk that's perfect for a laptop and working, and it has a window. The soundproofing is fantastic; you can open it for fresh air and then close it for complete quiet. It's ideal for studying!
