The B&B is located in the bustling and quiet Duku Ancient Town. It is only a few minutes' walk to the commercial street, the Moonlight Square and Songzanlin Temple are right here, and it is very convenient to take a taxi to go anywhere. The room is largespacious and comfortable, tidy and clean. The facilities are complete, including floor heating, humidifier, oxygen machine, projection screen The owner has a battery car to pick up and help with luggage, and the puppy owner is very warm and cute The B&B does not provide breakfast, **takeout is delivered directly to the room Afternoon tea, snacks and fruits are provided Areas to be improved: The hot water is not hot enough, and it is still not hot after running for a long time.  The room design is very strange. The toilet and bathroom are in the middle of the room. It is very inconvenient to share the toilet and bathroom with one door. There are no hooks in the bathroom. It is very inconvenient to change clothes after taking a shower. The owner may think that the guests do not take a shower or wash their hair. It's really awkward to take a shower and change clothes in this room when traveling with a family. 

Customer service from 梅朵管家 was 200% super good. Her response was fast, good arrangement for taxi pickup and send us to high speed rail station, laundry service able to complete on the next day. Other staff was also super good that he used his Chinese phone numbers to help us to download the 400 overs photos for the local service （藏服摄影）that we have engaged in Shangri-la. Look forward to improve their breakfast buffet spread. Will book this hotel again

All i can say this hotel is very perfect stay for our Yunnan trip! This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The service is nothing short of excellent—they even offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the train station, which made our journey so much easier. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room is spacious, with a big TV screen and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The thoughtful amenities include a heated floor and bed, which were perfect for the cold weather. Even the toilet seat has a heater and a bidet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. They also provide additional oxygen in the room—a great touch, especially for those who might feel the effects of high altitude. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking! Imagine waking up to stunning mountain scenery, lush green grasslands, and sheep grazing peacefully—it’s like a dream come true. To make our stay even more special, they upgraded our room for free to one with a luxurious bathtub! For Muslim travelers, this hotel is incredibly accommodating—they provided us with a delicious vegetarian breakfast, so we felt completely at ease. However, please be mindful when sitting on the sofas as their adorable, friendly dog loves to sit there too and might come to greet you. Their dog is super cute and playful, adding a warm and homey touch to the stay! One of the most delightful surprises was that the hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes for free! We had so much fun dressing up and taking beautiful photos. It made us feel like royalty from an ancient Chinese dynasty—truly a unique and unforgettable experience. Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering suggestions, pinpointing locations, and ensuring we had everything we needed. A big thumbs up to the staff member whose picture I shared (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name). The hotel owner should truly give her credit for her exceptional service—it made our stay even more memorable! This hotel is located near the stunning Napahai Lake, not Dukezong Ancient City. If you’re planning to stay close to Dukezong, this might not be the best choice. But trust me, you don’t need to stay near Dukezong—this hotel is so good, it’s worth being a little further away. The peaceful surroundings, incredible service, and top-notch amenities make it more than worth it! Another fantastic perk is the nearby e-bike rental. We rented bikes and had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Napahai area and enjoying the serene countryside. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from Malaysia. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Trust me, you won’t regret staying here—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever! Sorry I don’t take too much photo, a lot of videos only. The room was very nice and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient and the surroundings were very quiet. The lady boss and the staff were very kind and cared about whether we were comfortable. They also arranged a car to take us to the airport early in the morning. I really recommend staying in this hotel near the ancient city when you come to Shangri-La! !

Highly recommended. New and very nice minsu. Excellent service. Got free pickup service to and fro train station. Walking distance to old ancient city. They have nice evening tea with fruit platter, nuts and sweet potatos. Delicious breakfast. Convenient to go to tourists spots.

The front desk staff of this famous inn was warm and thoughtful. They also helped us move our luggage in. The check-in procedure was quick and efficient. They also introduced the hotel's facilities and services to me, which made me feel warm when I first arrived. The room was impeccable! It was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout and soft and comfortable bedding, which allowed me to have sweet dreams every night. There was also an oxygen concentrator, and the sound insulation of the room was excellent. There was no need to worry about external interference, and I could enjoy a quiet rest time. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were disposable. Very clean! Every detail was handled just right. The breakfast at the famous inn was very delicious rice noodles, and you must try it. There was also afternoon tea and fruit. In your spare time, you can see the prayer wheel through the large glass. You can see the prayer wheel while lying on the bed. It was particularly amazing and even exceeded my expectations. It happened to snow when I came, and the snow scene was very beautiful. The location is inside Dukezong Ancient Town. It is very convenient for shopping. You can reach the main road right outside. Before leaving, they gave me a gift, which made me feel warm inside. I highly recommend it to everyone. I believe that you will fall in love with this place as much as I do after staying here!
