Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

1. Location - very conveniently located. The street has lots of convenience stores, restaurants and food carts especially at night time. The food carts here were slightly cheaper but equally if not better than the ones in the more popular Muslim quarter. We had one of the best hot and sour dumpling soup in one of the food carts down one of the alleys. Went there twice. 2. The Muslim quarter is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. We went there all 3 nights of our stay, to eat, to shop, to sightsee etc. it was very lively and lots of shops open until midnight. 3. The ground floor has direct access to the mall next in the same building during the day where they open the door between the buildings. 4. There are 2 metros very close by. You have to walk a lot inside Zhonglau station. 5. The breakfast was simple and filling. We had it for one of the days when we had an early start. The other days we ate from the places open on the street below. There is also McDonald’s across the street. 6. It is walking distance to the Xian city wall. 7. The room is on the smaller side but not cramped. Enough room for 2 of us. It was clean and modern. We booked one of the rooms that didn’t have a window to outside. The hotel had a setting where two rows of rooms had a gap in the middle with windows facing one another. 8. The staff were really helpful and helped us through translate apps. 9. They also give you a small gift of some Chinese snacks on your departure which was very nice.

The hotel's convenient location makes it an excellent option for travelers. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is incredibly helpful, and the free laundry service is a thoughtful amenity for guests. These conveniences will surely enhance any stay, making it a fantastic place to consider! While the breakfast provided a diverse range of options, and I appreciate the thoughtful decorations for my anniversary trip and the complimentary room upgrade, the only aspect that fell short of expectations was the absence of an automatic toilet bowl. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Queen (舒洁），小宋（志洋），子方for their gracious hospitality and exceptional service.

Recommend hotel. Located in the city area and 10min walking distance to the nearest mrt station. The room rate is worth the amenities and cleanliness! They do provide daily makeup room service by changing all the linen,thanks to the room attendants 小影. Besides,they also provide self service for landry,which is super convenient! From the front desk staff,room attendants to the restaurant are friendly and helpful and they even check on you if an extra request is needed. They do provide extra water for us throughout the stay. Thanks to 小影 check on our stay and provide us with free breakfast on our last day ! The breakfast is wide spread. The front desk staff 樱樱is friendly and helpful by accommodating our request. Will recommend friends and family as well as come back for the next trip. (However small hiccups that forgot our request for utensils one of the day)

The room was decently clean and the hotel staff were nice. However, the room is clearly quite old and this negatively impacted our stay. When we arrived, the room was freezing because the windows were left open, and even when closed they did not seal fully, and some cold air still crept in. The veneer of the bathroom cabinets was peeling off completely, and the shower water was lukewarm at best. The breakfast included was ok. I understand that some parts of the hotel are currently under renovations, so perhaps the quality will improve once those are complete.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the recent stay my family and I had at zhonglou Center Hotel Xi'an (Bell Tower). From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth and exceptional service that your hotel provided. I must extend a special thanks to Miss Zhong, the Customer Service Officer, for her outstanding service, particularly in catering to our needs as foreigners. Miss Zhong went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to address any concerns or questions we had. Her professionalism and dedication were truly commendable, and she made us feel right at home. Additionally, I would like to thank our room manager Ms Xie (谢立琴）for the fantastic laundry services provided during our stay. Our washed clothing was returned fully folded and in impeccable order, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Such attention to detail truly reflects the high standards of service that Center Hotel Xi'an（Bell Tower) strives to maintain. The overall experience at your hotel was memorable and delightful, thanks to the efforts of your entire staff. The comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea and excellent amenities all contributed to making our stay truly enjoyable. Thanks to the previous feedback. We selected this hotel by the cleanliness, location and the hospitality and it is all true. Walking distance to mall, lots of eateries, the city wall and famous morning market too. Highly recommended as the place is not on busy street so you can get a peaceful sleep. Really falling for the exec room, it is spacious enough. Also taking cab is also convenient, taxi passes by frequently like one every few minutes. Lastly a big thanks to the team who welcome us during the check-in on 10/10/24. I had an overnight flight and arriving hotel at 12 noon, the front desk is kind enough to allow me check-in earlier for a rest. Also, to the front desk team who manage our check-out on 15/10/24 around 10am. I need to apologies that did not note down your name. I hope that the management are appreciating your effort. Definitely will recommend whoever wants to visit Xi'an to stay here. Hope I can return to this wonderful hotel stay again, cheers.

Room is big, bed and linen thick and comfy housekeeping did a splendid job. However ventilation was filled with cigarette smell throughout the night. Reception very helpful to change a room but nothing much can be done as the structure of the ventilator can't be changed. Very contemporary statues for memorable photos at the entrance.

The good: Location: Very convenient location , near metro station ( about 100meteraway) and near to the drum tower and muslim quarter. Booking for short trip away from city can be made easily area the area. Services: Receptionist and housekeeping is courteous and polite, friendly too. They are helpful whenever you asked for anything and direction. Facilities: Bed is comfortable The bad: The hotel is simply too old and run down. toilet has such strong mushy smell. We booked room with bathtub but we never even use the tub as the smell is quite turn off to stay in toilet area for long. Basin has cracked but not fix. Shower is erratic. Pass midnight and the shower become so weak and small. Room is big but too dim. breakfast is extensive but it is so so only. Laundry room has 2 washer but only 1 dryer. Water is provided daily for both room and take away. Conclusion: For location. friendly services and comfortable bed, stay here. If you need a comfortable room, look elsewhere. that is my honest opinon on this hotel. We nearly check out on the first night if not for the services, location and the comfortable bed and the hassle of looking for another hotel.

Hotel is clean and location is quite near to the attractions. We are particularly impressed with Mr.何為秋's hospitality. He showed patience with my rusty mandarin, provided clear and succinct explanations and went out of his way to call us a taxi and guided us to our new hotel which was closeby. He really exhibited a level of professionalism which his fellow colleagues should emulate.
