GGuest UserChose Wyndham Garden for my Zhuhai trip and it was a perfect experience! Felt super safe – the elevators and hallways were bright, so no worries there. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a really peaceful night's sleep. The front desk lady was incredibly sweet and even offered to upgrade me to a movie screen room. However, my partner wanted to watch the World Cup and preferred using a TV, so we stuck with our original king-size room. The full-room voice control was a convenient touch.

After my kids finished their final exams, I fulfilled my promise to bring the whole family to Starryland Campsite Resort next to Zhuhai Airport for a three-day stay, specifically for them to relax and de-stress. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, with food, accommodation, and entertainment all-in-one, completely eliminating the need for any planning.
There's a wide variety of accommodation options, with RVs and cabins offering a wonderful ambiance. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were comprehensive; the kids were thrilled as soon as they walked in. The resort's dining options are excellent, with a buffet restaurant and a BBQ market offering everything you could want. The food was kid-friendly and reasonably priced, so we didn't have to go out for any of our three meals.
The core attraction, Starryland Powerless Park, was a source of pure joy for the kids. They played non-stop on the deep-sea maze, high-altitude climbing, pedal go-karts, and at the water park. The ticket allows multiple entries, so when they got tired, they could go back to the room to rest and then return to play more. In the evening, there was a bubble show, and at night, there were iron-flower performances and bonfire shows, creating an amazing atmosphere.
The resort environment is serene, with photo-op spots everywhere. The electric shuttle made getting around convenient, and the staff were warm and attentive. Our three-day trip was relaxed and enjoyable. The kids completely released their exam stress and played so much every day that they didn't want to go back to their rooms. We didn't have to travel to multiple locations; all our dining, accommodation, and activities were within the resort, making it easy and comfortable for parents with kids. It's the top choice for students relaxing after exams or for family holidays. We'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe room was excellent! The front desk upgraded us, and the staff member was very enthusiastic. The upgraded room had an amazing view, and I could even see Macau in the distance, which was a pleasant surprise. The room also had an emergency flashlight, which made me feel very secure! I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Chimelong; it's very close, only about a 15-minute drive, which is super convenient. The front desk also has a 24-hour convenience store, so even if other shops are closed, you can still grab some food there. Overall, the service was great, and the room was nice. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the amusement park, making parking and dining very convenient. Ocean Kingdom exceeded my expectations! The Whale Shark Exhibit was absolutely stunning, and the beluga whale show was so adorable it melted my heart. The evening fireworks display was definitely worth the price of admission. One day isn't enough to explore with kids, though it was a bit crowded during the summer holidays. My tip is to enter the park early.

GGuest UserThis Zhuhai Qierju hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was not only clean and spacious, but it also came with a washing machine and an induction cooktop, which was incredibly convenient for my multi-day stay. The free gym and pool on the second floor are open to guests. Starting the day with a swim before breakfast was perfect, and the freshly prepared minced pork noodle soup had such a rich and delicious broth that I happily had two bowls. You absolutely have to try the plum sparkling Americano at the front desk – it’s a refreshing mix of sweet and sour that really perks you up. I stayed for two nights and explored all the nearby attractions: Qi'ao Island offered gentle sea breezes perfect for a stroll, Tangjia Ancient Town had amazing ramen shops and cafes, and the white sand beach at Lvyang Bay was picturesque. Everything from the food to the accommodation and activities was perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Zhuhai!

GGuest UserOnce confirmed reservation, I contacted hotel for dining arrangement on 29th Jan. They said that they have ”upgrade” my room. However, the upgraded room is not what I want, so, I told them NOT to upgrade. Then they explained that there's A/C issue, trying to fix it now.
2nd Feb, they told me that my room is fixed and ready, no need to upgrade, I replied that was great!
20th Feb, the date that we check-in, I contacted hotel for the room, dinner and exact location. The hosted asked when we will arrive and I told him we will arrive 3:00pm that day.
Eventually, we arrived at 4:30pm, the hosted told me that ”oh, so sorry, the ”previous guest” didn't check-out, I will upgrade you” ＜-- I was thinking ***, AGAIN?
This hotel, only 2 types of room with hotel spring, they keep pushing me to stay at ANOTHER room.
Finally, we met the ”prevous guest”, they said they booked for 3 nights, understand that the last night the same room not available, but they just don't care and act like ******* leave all belongings let the hotel no choice but stayed the same room for them.
That means, hotel received ”previous guest” $$ and my $$ for the same room same night. Also, the hot spring was not working on the 2nd day almost the whole day.
They said it was because we didn't turned off the hot spring ＜-- they didn't mention I can't enjoy hot spring from when to when?!
Unfortunately, Trip.com will only ”listen” to user, but ”confirm” situation with hotel.
They said I did stayed in their hotel anyway, I said that location is not a usual place that I can find another HOTEL easily, I have no choice at that moment because we have 4 children!
The compensation this time was $986 but I paid $5000 for that room.
To all others, I will tell you to re-consider to stay in this hotel or use Trip.com from now on!

SseeyaxxTo grab a meal, I spontaneously added an extra night to my Zhuhai trip during the May Day holiday. I picked a place near Xiwan. Prices were quite high due to the holiday, but this one looked like decent value for money, so I figured it was fine for just one night.
Once I got to the hotel, it actually looked less dated than in the pictures. Parking was convenient, and the facilities were pretty complete. It was quite quiet at night, not noisy at all. Breakfast was served at the restaurant downstairs. Most importantly, it was really close to Xiwan!

GGuest UserSeriously exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely perfect – close to Gongbei Port and the M.O.L.L. Plaza, and right outside there's a bus stop. It's super convenient for shopping, dining, and heading to Macau. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. All the facilities were very well-maintained. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in was fast, and any issues were promptly resolved. The cleanliness was especially thorough, making for a worry-free stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. The free parking is a huge plus for those driving themselves.

The golf experience was top-notch. The caddies were excellent—knowledgeable, pleasant, and many are golf college graduates who provided great guidance, acting as semi-coaches. It truly elevated our game.
