"Considering the central location and price, it's nearly perfect. Parking is convenient at 18 a day. My only complaints are the poor sound insulation, as noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms was quite audible, and the long waiting times for the front desk and elevators."

"The room was quite spacious and offered much better value for money compared to staying in London. It was quiet and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was also very plentiful and varied. It's about a 15-minute drive from Birmingham New Street Station, with a taxi costing around £7."

"We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre and were really impressed from start to finish ⭐. The location could not be more convenient 📍. It is right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from New Street Station, the Bullring shopping centre, The Mailbox, and plenty of restaurants and bars. It made getting around Birmingham incredibly easy and meant we could make the most of our time without worrying about transport 🚆🛍️. Our room was spotlessly clean 🧼 and well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable 🛏️, the décor was modern, and the facilities in the room, including tea and coffee ☕, a safe, and toiletries, were all of good quality. We also appreciated the little touches that made the room feel welcoming and practical for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel amenities were excellent. We made use of the bar and lounge area 🍹, which had a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Breakfast was a real highlight 🍳🥐, fresh, plentiful, and delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold options to suit all tastes. Everything was well stocked even during busy times, and staff were attentive without being intrusive 😊. Overall, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The combination of an ideal location, clean and well equipped rooms, good amenities, and an outstanding breakfast makes this hotel a great choice for a visit to Birmingham 🌆. "Hotel is situated within the university grounds complex - unbeknown to us it was graduation week so they were hundreds of students and their parents celebrating their achievements it was a wonderful site to see. The hotel was a stone throw away from the city centre so there were lots of things to see do and eat. A fantastic choice"

"The Staybridge Suites are a little jewel in Birmingham. From check-in to check-out, staff were really friendly and professional. The choice at the buffet breakfast was substantial and options for all tastes. Really comfy mattress and spotless bed linen. There was a problem with the fan in my room on the first night, and when I reported it to reception the next day, to resolve the issue, I was offered a different room for my second night. Instead, I just kept the card out of the light switch when I was ready to go to sleep. As I only had one more night I did not take up the offer of the change of room but I really appreciated that they would have done this for me which shows that they really want to make customers happy. Having a fridge and kitchen items was really good. The only downside was that the shower did not drain away quickly, so if you keep an eye on this when you are in the shower, you could end up with water all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again."

"It's a nice hotel but you have to remember that a lot of people book this hotel as a wedding venue. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and the first night was awful. There was a wedding going on and the music was so loud and didn't stop until 12.15am and then it took another half an hour for the very noisy, drunk guest to leave. On Saturday there was another wedding but this time the type of people were different and so there was no loud music and I hardly heard the people leaving. My room was a family room in the coach house. Sunday morning some builders started work in the coach house at 8 am which I was not happy about so I told them and they stopped. Another thing was the lift not working so my elderly Mum found it really hard walking up to the second floor. However, the hotel was able to give us a ground floor room which wasn't a family room but we managed to squeeze in a single bed. The staff were great and the breakfast was decent."
