"Disadvantages: It takes around 10-20 mins walk uphill to a bus station, which is a bit tiring on hot days. There are some restaurants and cafes nearby, but many of them are closed, so the choice is very limited.
Advantages: Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel a lot. We stayed in the main building, and were lucky to be on the first floor with a direct entrance to the pool. There is one indoors pool and two outdoors as well as a hot tub. The breakfast choice is not very wide, but it perfectly matched our taste and we loved it. The staff is nice and helpful. We would like to return to this hotel next time."

"Everything was great, except for the distance to the airport – it's an hour's drive away. We had a very comfortable stay, and our window offered a lovely sea view. Housekeeping was on an 'as-needed' basis, which we appreciated as they didn't enter the room proactively; fresh towels and water were hung on our door daily, ensuring great privacy. On our departure day, we had an early flight and asked the front desk to help arrange a taxi, but they informed us they don't provide that service. A local person kindly helped us call one using an app, and it arrived quickly, which was nice. A taxi costs around 50,000, but there's also a direct bus available. Overall, it was a very good experience."

"Nice hotel but far from the airport and Jeju city, best to stay here if you have a car or are happy to pay for taxis as everything is far even though the island has a good bus networt. Couldn't fault the hotel though , they and the room was great (although the single room is small , but thials seems to be everywhere in S.Korea)"

"The reception staff were very kind and my requests were processed quickly.
The rooms were also clean as they were newly renovated rooms and there was a microwave so I was able to use them comfortably.
However, the only regret was that there were only Ashley and BBQ restaurants so I had to go outside when I wanted to eat something simple. However, if the pool is open in the summer, I would like to come back to this resort."

"I stay at the Parev Hotel every year when I visit Jeju. This year, I stayed for four consecutive nights. It's conveniently located near E-Mart and a great meat restaurant in front of the hotel. There's also a convenience store on-site, and I was able to use the sauna, which was a nice touch."

"Checked into this apartment because it was just a 10-min walk to the Jeju World Cup Stadium, where the Transjeju event was happening. Host was very helpful, helped us to carry up our luggage. Note that there is no lift so you will need to climb stairs. Ample parking."

GGuest UserI booked a standard single room. It felt like the room was a little small, but it was spacious enough to stay for one person. There was everything you needed. I went to Jeju just for a walk, ‘Olle Tracking’. The reason I chose this hotel is because this place was within walking distance of Olle 1, 2, and 3 courses. The other thing is that they had very different kinds of stores, so you didn’t need to go outside for food. This time I finished only the 2nd course, but the wind and bad weather made it hard for me to finish. But even though it was hard for me, I was happy with it. Next time I’m trying to decide to finish 1 and 3 courses, I wish it was good weather at that time.

The facilities are excellent. They even have indoor playground for kids. My son enjoyed playing there. They even have fitness and game room, library. So nice.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good overall, quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast is also good. Opposite is a golf course, and many guests staying in the hotel go there to play golf. The guy at the front desk is very handsome, speaks very good English and is very elegant, as if he is an Oppa in a Korean drama. There is also a forest exploration trail next to the hotel.
The disadvantage is that the place is a bit remote (but quiet, the natural scenery is good and you can't sacrifice some convenience), there are no shops nearby, and you must eat outside before returning to the hotel.
The hotel is close to Hello Kiity Island, a few hundred meters walk, and other attractions require driving

GGuest UserBook for 3 nights here. Check in late at night 10pm and it was prompt. No deposit collected. There is a CU nearby if you would like to get stuff. They have some simple supplies on ground floor as well. Easy for those who drive but parking in the compound can be challenging as it’s small tight and it normal to park on slope. There is a nearby collect place which is known for its quality than view. Youdong coffee.

HHagga03The room and the property are very nice, the location is ok for some attractions, although a little far from most of the bars and restaurants. The service at this hotel is bizarre. They are incredibly strict about the check in and check out time, and quite rude, they welcome you with a very passive aggressive rules document which threatens several ways you can be fined or kicked out of the hotel, the bar/restaurant was closed 'forever' I was told, the elevator and corridors constantly have a smell like someone has farted in them. The breakfast food is poor, unseasoned and flavourless, even the butter is unsalted, poor selection, you have to compete with the staff for the best bits of the food as they eat in the restaurant at the same time and don't restock items, although they claim to do breakfast until 10 with last entry at 930, they tidy up around you at like 915 without asking if you're finished, and seem to expect you to clear your own table. If you put do not disturb in the morning they don't come clean later but just leave a carrier bag of towels outside, if you use they glassware in the room they don't clean it at all or replace it. Overall a very strange experience, maybe it's a cultural thing but from a western perspective this hotel has some of the worst service I've ever experienced, and I found it quite unwelcoming. For the money you'd be better off booking something from an American chain or similar.

AAnonymous UserFirst day we arrived we check-in at this hotel, the photos that is shown in their page ain’t really what you get photos are much nicer, but at the end of the days we are tourist we don’t spend that much of our times in the hotel room, apart from that the hotel is close to Main Street and all the tourist spot, so at the end of the day it is a great place to live for tourist, not giving it a really bad review due to the great location it is plus it has parking.

KKseniya R.Even though the room was spacious and overall the location was convenient for daily trips, the service leaves to desire more. We would appreciate a bit more if the front desk staff didn't just reply with ”I don't know” to our questions. I understand there might be a language barrier and we tried our best to use Korean or Google translate to simplify the communication, but we received very involved service. Hotel doesn't provide any shower towels, only face ones, so make sure you bring your own. There is also no additional items available on request (e.g. we booked for 5 people, but all the amenities were always set for 4, even when we requested an extra cup, the staff told us it wasn't possible).

GGuest UserGetting here from the city center involves taking bus 510 and then about a ten-minute walk. However, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it very convenient for exploring attractions near Seogwipo. They offer luggage storage, even utilizing a disused restaurant space specifically for this. The sea view rooms are well-located; I'd recommend requesting a higher floor for the best views, as my room was on the fifth. The room itself was just average; it felt quite cramped with two suitcases opened, and the plush carpet looked a bit tired. The bathroom had a shower, which I actually liked as it's quite uncommon in Jeju. There's an infinity pool on the 7th floor, though it does incur an extra charge. While the front desk staff's English was passable, most communication was still in Korean. Overall, it felt like a domestic budget hotel with a sea view, which is understandable given the price point.

CConstancecwkWe checked in very late at night at about 11pm and we had to change room twice before we finally got our room and settled down. First room, the bin was not cleared and there were used men underwear in the bin. It was not a very good experience especially for two girls. Made us feel like the room wasnt cleaned.
We then went down to have our room changed. The receptionist who is so nice (in service) gave us a new room and new key. We went up and the key wasnt working. At this point we were already very exhausted. We went down again and informed her. She then gave us another room which we walked passed and coincidentally notice that it was DND before. She assisted us all the way up to the new room and opened the door for us. It seems fine but it was late so we quickly accepted it and checked in. Once we are settled we realized that the main door could not be locked from the inside.
We settled in anyway because we didnt want to go through all the trouble and spoil our vacation. But on a lighter note, the receptionist is very nice and promot is trying to fix our issue. This place can do better.
