"This beautiful hotel is located in the heart of Kaleici, prime location for exploring the old town, and in close proximity of many excellent restaurants and bars. The breakfast was decent and the hotel restaurant serves good food. Service was excellent - staff/front desk were friendly and helpful.
My only gripe is, some of the rooms get very, very loud music from the next door club. Usually this is not a problem for me, but even with earplugs this time, it felt like the DJ was in the room with us, and impossible to sleep as it went on till 3-4am. Hence we had no choice but to ask for a room change, which thankfully was arranged by the accommodating staff - very much appreciated!"

"Amazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant.
Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!"

"Housekeeping were smoking somewhere in the morning and it came in the room. Spa office a guy was smoking inside spa that is unexeptable !! I booked 3 room and it was a very hard things to get it right at the reception where the young people are not trained well to sort any trouble. Thanks Burhan was there and helped us !!"

"The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is easily accessible. If you need to get further into the city, there is a taxi station 80 meters away from the hotel. The structure and architecture of the hotel is very interesting and well thought out when designing.. A green courtyard with a well-designed landscape. The pool is very comfortable. The sun is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The pool is cleaned and all scheduled pool procedures are performed every morning. There is a pool in the courtyard under a canopy with basic exercise equipment for those who want to lose weight and keep fit. They try to make check-in as fast as possible, even if you arrive early in the morning. With early check-in, we expected only 30 minutes of room cleaning at no extra charge. The breakfasts are plentiful and varied. A good coffee machine. You can choose a place for breakfast in the courtyard, in the restaurant, or even on the hotel's outdoor place. The room was cleaned every day. Very carefully. We changed towels and slippers every day. Since this is the old town, late in the evening you can hear the restaurants and bars in the old harbor and on other streets, but this is in all the hotels in the old town. But this problem is solved quickly. just close the good windows tightly. The view from our room was on the old harbor. Very picturesque. I really liked the hotel, we will return to it on our next visit to Antalya."

"When we arrived, we were given not the room that we had booked - the one right behind reception (traffic) and with terrace next to the smoking corner... We were told that the hotel is fully booked (yeah, we know - by us, the room was fully paid in advance). Thanks to the intervention of Trip.com, they promised to move us the next day to another room (originally, it was in two days...). Next day, they waited for my parents to go out - only to tell me that I need to move immediately to a new room if I want, so I needed to move all the luggage alone, while I'm general it was only circumstantial that I was in the room at that time.
One day, the guy told us that they had a coupon for breakfast in the nearby cafes. The next day, when I asked for it, another guy - no coupon... And the list goes on.
New room was nice, though. Much more quiet as it was facing the swimming pool, not the road. Overall, it is OK, but there are cheaper one in the area with the same quality, and I would recommend not pre-pay option. Only choose room on arrival."

Outstanding
AAnimacorsaI would highly recommend this hotel for a short rest before or after your trip. It’s an absolute must for some relaxation and recovery either after a long flight or in preparation for one. An oasis amid dusty roads, yet just 7 minutes from the airport.
I tried the spa and didn’t regret it — the service was excellent. Just be aware that the prices are comparable to London, but well worth it.
My room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a lovely view of the outdoor pool. I also used the indoor pool, which was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was a delight, especially with the company of a fluffy resident cat. The staff were professional, polite, and spot-on with taxi timing.
One more thing worth mentioning — the hotel offers a very comfortable transfer service, even late at night.

GGuest UserLovely boutique hotel located right in Old Town near all of the main attractions, restaurants, bars and tourist shops. The staff here can never do enough to ensure you are comfortable and satisfied. The service was just fantastic and the breakfast spread is amazing!!! I would come back over and over just to eat here. They serve an apricot liquor at breakfast that is just delicious and not to mention all of the home made goodies and local Turkish delicacies. My room was upgraded for free and although a little noisy in the morning due to thin floors and walls, it was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge! All amenities provided in the room were excellent and daily housekeeping was provided as requested. The pool and patio lounging area is so cute and quaint. I spent a whole day just working and relaxing outside in the sun and shade. Overall, I loved it here and highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely not thought out territory, everything is very uncomfortable, bad pools and areas next to them, very bad mattresses and pillows, poor soundproofing of the rooms!!! You can only go here as a business hotel for 1-3 days!!! For the third day, we ask you to make us play a volleyball court, but only promises, everyone has already been crippled on it !!! I do not recommend this hotel for a beach holiday!

QQIQINo breakfast, about a week before the trip, you need a credit card reservation room. I didn't see some hidden instructions. The result was deducted 10 euros. The city tax does not know what the ghost is, but the location of the hotel is very good. It is inside the Hadrian Gate. The street is very clean. The old area is very charming. My friend can let the front desk help with parking. Otherwise, the technology will be bad.

GGreen ladyI stayed there 3 nights with my friend. It was nice experience. The location was good.It walked 15 mins to MarkAntalya shopping mall and the old town bazaar just walked 25mins by the hotel. There were so many shops nearby. We felt great there.
The first day the room was small and warm as face to sun after 1pm till to evening. It was too hot inside the room but we requested to change other room. The second room was spacious and cosy. The breakfast was local simple food but it was good and healthy.
Overall it was good, cleaned and staff were very friendly and helpful.

RRongshengI stayed in a luxury B&B for 2600 yuan, but it lacked the management and service of a star-rated hotel. I don't know if there was blood or coffee on the bedsheets, and the coffee machine in the room should have never been cleaned. The only comforting thing was the beautiful view, and the hotel's own beach. Basically, I paid 2000 yuan for the view and 600 yuan for the room.

Disappointing Experience at this Hotel, Antalya
I recently stayed at here, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations based on the information and images provided online. Here's a detailed review of my stay:
Accommodation (3/5): The room at Spa Hotel was not as advertised. The hotel lacks the amenities shown in the images, such as a pool and beach access. Additionally, the room did not offer any outside views as depicted in the promotional photos. This discrepancy was disappointing and misleading.
Service (3/5): While the staff was polite, the service did not fully compensate for the hotel's shortcomings. Check-in was efficient, but when I raised concerns about the discrepancies, the staff was unable to offer a satisfactory resolution.
Facilities (3/5): The Hotel does not have the advertised pool and beach amenities. This was a major disappointment, especially since I chose the hotel based on these features.
Overall Experience (3/5): My overall experience at this Hotel was disappointing and not reflective of the hotel's online portrayal. I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others seeking similar amenities.

MMagnusNice hotel with limited functionality of my aircon. Worked for two hours and then auto switch off. Told staff, no cure. Air con was not able to lower room temp to comfy level but it was hot outside (41C).
Elevators broke down several times during my week. Elevators did not go all the way to second floor
Apart from those troubles, restaurant and pool bar staff are super. Reception staff, kind of ignorant/nonchalant approach to complaints. It was kind of my own fault that temp was not comfy in the room because the room type I had chosen!
Hotel is nice and clean and modern. Pool is great.

AAnonymous UserI had a very enjoyable time at this hotel. It was very clean and private. The staff was friendly and hospitable and it is centrally located in the old town of Antalya. I would stay here again! I will definitely tell my friends to stay here if they have the chance.

DDanish ShadabNot very satisfied with the room size and other services. I booked my room inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Set breakfast with minimum spread. Dinner was also set with only three options to choose from.
