Curtain was too short, they had to improvise and add clips to shut the middle part and glue with take the sides so sunlight didn’t come in the morning. One of the days asked for cleaning service at front desk, they said it was gonna be done but room was not done when I came back at night.

I liked the location and the front desk and lobby staff were so friendly!

Do NOT stay here if you have an early flight and want to enjoy breakfast. We tried to go to breakfast at the Coral Cafe at 6:00 am only to find out that breakfast doesn't open until 6:30 am. I stood by the hostess because it said wait to be seated and she just looked at me rudely and said, ”uhhh...? Do you need something or...” I replied, ”Yes, I wanted to get breakfast.” She responded rudely, ”Well, it doesn't even open until 6:30 so you're gonna have to wait.” We are diamond members and we tried to use our food and beverage credit to grab something quickly. We only had 5 minutes to eat so we couldn't sit down and eat. We only wanted a croissant that we were willing to pay $15 for and It was literally just sitting at the buffet to grab easily. The hostess was so freaking rude and argued with me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. She said I had to sit down and wait to be served. We had already waited 30 minutes for her to tell us this. She told us to go to Starbucks instead. I informed her that I wanted to use my food and beverage credit and she said, ”oh well. I don't know if it works there, but you'll just have to go there because that's you're only option. I can't give you a croissant here. You have to sit down and wait to be served.” Pretty ridiculous that I couldn't buy something to go. They also charged us $18 for our Turo to be parked in the parking lot for only a couple hours while it was waiting to be picked up! We didn't even have the car parked over night. Also, I NEVER received a receipt after checkout which is not normal for Hilton. I had to find the receipt online via the app. Will never stay here again! Super rude and terrible customer service! I have stayed at many Hiltons all over the world, but I have never been treated so poorly!

Room, convenience store and everything is nice. Unfortunately the free shuttle takes time to reach the airport since I had to call and wait them to come to pick me up. It takes around 15-25 minutes for them to get to the airport. If I didn’t had a US cel number, which I hadn’t many times as a tourist, it would be hard for me to call the hotel.

a new experience staying in this hotel with all its features, starting from self checkin and adjustable beds that you can't find in other hotels. the room is quite spacious, clean and close to conveniece stores, restaurants and also the station.

Great hotel, we stayed here before catching our cruise. Lovely rooftop area and very clean throughout. Only criticisms (which I hope can be easily rectified) - 1. Staff were unnecessarily slow at the rooftop bar serving drinks 2. The touch screen on the gym monitors didn’t seem to work properly, one of the running machines also played up

The experience was very good. Although we arrived at the hotel very late, the two front desk staff, sweety and mia, were still enthusiastic and took the initiative to upgrade the room, introduce the hotel's business premises, and take the initiative to guide us to the elevator after checking in. They were very considerate. The room is also very spacious, with a wide view, smart facilities, good air conditioning, and clean sanitation. It was very comfortable to stay. The various beautiful scenery in the garden, coupled with the artificial lake, is stress-relieving and relaxing. The hotel swimming pool is super large, the water is clean, and it is very enjoyable to swim. The breakfast on the second day was also very complete, with many Chinese and Western choices and good taste. When checking out, they will take the initiative to ask about the check-in experience and remind you to scan the parking ticket. The location here is also very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi without driving. There is also Metro Line 2 next to it. Overall, it is very cost-effective, and the stay is very pleasant, the service is good, and the environment is beautiful. I will stay here next time I come to Xuzhou.

The Elser Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Jonathan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing room and took care of all our needs. Mustafaa and Francisco were also incredibly helpful and resourceful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close to Bayside and offering plenty of walking areas around. We loved exploring the nearby attractions and the convenience of having everything within reach. The hotel itself has a contemporary and trendy vibe, which we absolutely loved. The cleanliness was top-notch, and it was evident that the management takes great care in maintaining the property. Overall, our experience at Elser Hotel was exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami. The helpful staff, beautiful location, and contemporary atmosphere make it a perfect choice for a memorable stay. Five stars all the way!”

The hotel is very good, very new, the facilities are also very complete, there is a washing machine dryer open kitchen, etc.; there is a balcony facing the street view, but sleep is not noisy. The entrance to the hotel is also very well laid out. We are a little more expensive for the price set on the same day. It should be more cost-effective in advance.

In Augusto 2022 in our vacations: 8 days 7 nights from 18 to 25 2022 in Miami Florida we choice every year this Hotel because is near to everything and the Front Desk Persons are excellent and make easy our stay here. We want to mention specially to NIKKI, Chris and DAVID. Nikki She is a wonderful friendly and help to Us a lot. Big rooms and cleans. The restaurant is very good breakfast and the attention for Luz, Vivienne and was very nice. Thank you. We will be recommended this wonderful hotel. Cecibel and Francisco.
