Nice hotel but a few adjustments needed to really hit my expectations for the level they aspire to be. Replacing the double barn doors on the bathroom should be the first thing. In room amenities could use a boost. Otherwise a great deal!

The facilities are relatively old, the room is relatively large, the bed is 1.5 meters, and luggage storage is free. For breakfast, you can buy a buffet including tea and coffee for 21 US dollars. You can also order a customized breakfast for more than 10 yuan. It is convenient to travel. It is a few minutes walk from the red, green and blue line tram station and 30 minutes from the red line to the airport. It costs 2.8 US dollars per person. It is very convenient and nearby. There are convenience stores such as Starbucks, coffee, McDonald's and burger restaurants. You can enter by swiping your room card at the hotel door and it feels very safe. There are many fewer homeless people in Portland. The streets are clean and tidy, which is much better than before.

Along with the iconic experience, Heathman offers dining options in the historic Library and sophisticated bar and restaurant. Very comfortable hotel in a central location. The (unavoidable nowadays, sadly) $30 amenity fee includes a daily $15 credit at the restaurant, making it an affordable option for breakfast.

The hotel is newly renovated and clean. It is located in the center of Portland, with a good location and complete surrounding businesses. However, the room is small and there is no parking garage, so parking is inconvenient.

I didn’t feel this hotel was worth the price tag. It was clean, nicely designed, and located downtown but they charge an extra $50 each night for services, don’t provide free Wi-Fi (unless you sign up for some kind of Hilton membership), and do not include parking. Also, that area is a business district. The East side of Portland is a more fun area to be based. The gym and pool were alright. Well-equipped but rather small.
I’d recommend shopping around better deals on the east side of the river.

The hotel is in a great location and is very convenient for travel. The room is also very comfortable, the design is very exquisite and practical, and the view outside the window is invincible. The service of the girls at the front desk and the restaurant is very good.

It’s an old hotel…, in downtown.
It’s close to Apple store.., like 10-15 minutes walking.
Good room.., I got a Studio King suite.
No problems with the elevators..
Very good breakfast.. (tasty omelet).
There are some beggars sleeping (inhabiting) the sidewalks around the hotel.
I’d stay again..!!

We stayed here for three nights. The design of the hotel is simple and simple like a studio. The room is more spacious and the bed is comfortable. The surrounding environment is also good to the city center. There was some problem with the lighting of the room, and the cabinet placed in the coffee machine was almost invisible. Although there are windows that can't be opened, it wastes natural air and does not meet the environmental protection concept emphasized by the hotel itself. Because it is probably a new hotel, the air circulation is not good, some taste (still acceptable)

邓邓Parking is a bit expensive, but there is a good parking space in the city center. The room is large. It is a luxury in the local area. There is a happy hour every afternoon. It’s very convenient to go out and play around. Walking distance to the dining street and several online red stores.
GGuest UserThe location is in the city center, the room is slightly old, the health is OK, the service is welcoming, but there is one piece of facial tissue in the bathroom, the replacement is not timely, the parking is $45 a day, there is a parking lot of $25 nearby, there is luggage, not willing to Ran. 10 minutes walk from Pioneer Square, 10 minutes walk to the top three Western restaurants in Portland, breakfast to line up. I stayed for one night and had no other feelings.
VVictor Sunny Wuover charge for requesting early check-in and offered upgrade which was not satisfactory. Was not welcoming; .no service available. Said free coffee! went there twice, both times was not available. There was one person in the lobby to assist customers. Did not have a great experience as had before.
GGuest UserThe room was fairly clean, and the salmon salad on the first floor of the hotel was superb. The surrounding area of the hotel is not satisfactory, there is a homeless problem throughout downtown Portland, but the problem is serious in the neighborhood where the hotel is located.
GGuest UserIt was nice and the staff was friendly !! It's downtown, so accessibility is good. Instead, parking has to be street parking, so it's a bit scary, but there was no problem.
LLaobanaidadieThe hotel is in downtown and does not have its own parking lot, but there is public parking downstairs next to the Citroen gas station opposite, about 35 knives a night. 5 minutes walk from the hotel, turn a corner at a crossroads.
The room is small, one bed, two bedside tables, plus a bathroom, very compact. The hand sanitizer in the bathroom smells good.
The front desk service is good, because the sleep is shallow, negotiate whether you can change the room behind the road, and you are also happy to help.
There is a Mexican dish 10 minutes walk from the hotel, Lechon, it is recommended. Recommended in the mushroom, grilled Ribs is not bad.
JJamisonThis hotel is in the perfect location. Very close to good restaurants (Indian & Italian), walking distance. Close to Target and CVS too.
The Hotel in general is well maintained, modern and clean. In addition, the bedding is extremely comfortable and a well thought out room layout. I appreciated the mini fridge, ironing board and state of the art iron. These small details made my experience very pleasant. Also, the gym was very clean too.
Highly recommended this hotel!
