LLam7123I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The owner - Mr Kien was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The room was cozy, spacious, and well decorated.
The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet, yet super close to the beach. I’d happily return in a heartbeat!

AAh LayThe rooms are standard and clean, located near the food street. I stayed here again during a business trip. The facilities are all good, and the breakfast is nice. Important is the view are very beautiful!

AAle08Just one night in this place; the room had plenty of space and the bathroom was very nice and clean. Just something to note: I booked this place because it appeared available on the app, when I arrived the hotel was closed due to the tet, a little bit of pressure as it was late at night; but, one guy from another hotel (within the same hotel company), opened up the hotel for me and my partner. It was a very weird experience, in the morning I talked with the hotel through whatsapp and told me I can message them as soon as I arrive, there would be somebody at reception. Anyway, they solved the situation at the end.

GGuest UserRoom is superb clean. Facilities are good. Location wise is far from tuan chau harbour & Bay chai harbour. Do not trust the transport that arrange by hotel's lady! Is not even taxi nor hotel's car, is a personal car who trying to charge high price. (1) We requested hotel to pick us up at 14km away from. Pre-comunicate via WhatsApp is 200k vnd, and when we arrived hotel, the guy intend to charge us 250k vnd but lastly we show him supporting proof & called hotel then only allowed 200vnd. (1) we also ask the hotel lady to book taxi from hotel to 6.1km away for where our bus pick us. Same guy again, with same trick. We ask the lady how much will be the cost , she ask us not to worry as is meter will 1km 12k vnd. Then we insist and the price range then she mentioned range 100k-150k. When end of the trip. We are asking to pay for 150k vnd without using meter. Conclusion, very nice & clean hotel but do not ask hotel reception for taxi. Or if want, insist them to book a proper taxi for u with pre-agree price. Not personal type car.

YYoyoyclThe crews on board are fantastic, friendly and caring. The cruise is new and cozy. Food are nicely prepared and sumptuous. According to the crew manager Bruce, we have to board a smaller boat for 45mins to head to the cruise due to their territories issue. However, it does not affect our trip experience at all.
The events arranged such as kayaking, squid fishing and bright cave are interesting and less crowded, my family had a great time during the trip.

GGuest UserEl Hotel en sí mismo, es un edificio renovado, completamente re hecho y con un estándar de calidad muy bueno. Tanto la zona de la cafetería como la zona propia del Hotel, son y tienen un criterio de construcción moderno y sobre todo muy limpios. La habitación es espaciosa, luminosa. Cama, agradable, ancha y además con colchón muy cómodo y cuatro almohadas. Minibar con lo típico, servicio de lavandería en el Hotel, y los servicios que se esperan de un Hotel de esta categoría. Lo mejor del Hotel sin duda es el personal, sobre todo el personal de recepción, es increíblemente amable y muy resolutivo, sin lugar a dudas, son el alma del Hotel. Las políticas del Hotel son algo peculiares, sobre todo, a la hora de los desayunos, ya que el café aparece como un extra y no está incluido, cosa que realmente me sorprendió bastante. La carta de desayunos tiene que ser pedida antes de las 8:00 de la tarde del día anterior para que se elabore en consecuencia. La localización está en un barrio muy cercano a la bahía, a la cual se puede pasear, y cerca del único mall que realmente funciona del lugar, el Wincom.

GGuest UserReally good experience. We got upgraded to honeymoon suite which was amazing. We actually extended our stay but the second night had one of the suites which wasn’t as spacious or clean. But the excursions and the views were just out of this world. Highly recommend doing the 3D2N as you can go to one of the local villages on cat ba island and cycle around. The staff were friendly especially Jannie. She spoke the best English.

EErdenetuyaThe hotel is well located within sea shore. You can walk and reach the Ha Long bay shore in 10 minutes. Breakfast is delicious with pho soup, english breakfast and yogurt. Seemed a bit pricey comparing to similar hotels around this area considering our budget.

The price is cheap, 144. There are quite a lot of guests staying in the hotel, including Europeans and Koreans. The hotel is quite popular. Support support.
