We had a very comfortable stay at Wil’que hotel! Convenient location and nice and clean, but the real star of the show is the incredible staff! Thank you Tu, Ly, Hang, Nhan and Tuan. And a very special thank you to Nam who went above and beyond when organising our transport to Ninh Binh - he even supplied us with restaurant recommendations for when we arrived in Trang An.

The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet receives positive feedback for its variety and quality, including local dishes like pho. The hotel is near a shopping mall, the apartment is modern, and there is a swimming pool, but unfortunately I have never had time to go The room is large and clean, and the security is also good Friends who rent motorcycles can park in the underground parking lot The staff are very responsible! The hotel is worth the trip! Even if it is a little away from the old Hanoi, I would recommend it thousand times. The staff is simply exceptional. All the small care, with a smile and a very good welcome. Extraordinary is not strong enough to describe it. We really feel like at home. And yes, the hotel is a little away from tourist sites, but not panic! The hotel is a very comfortable ship that has allowed us to visit the city without worrying. Between the perfect service, the warm welcome and the practical comforts such as the shuttle, it is a safe choice for an unforgettable stay.

The hotel was clean and well appointed in that it had toiletries and towels and nice sheets but it was shabby by 4 star standards despite the nice rooms. We felt it was a 3 star overall. The grouting was dirty, the bath creaked terribly and there was no evening meal service, pool or even room service (despite a hotel guide in the room saying there was!). The shower was ok but not more than like a domestic wall shower. We had three pillows over the one single and one double in the room and the pillows were flat. We ate at the hotel on the street but it was all frog, squab and other peculiar meats, even by Vietnam standards. No veggie options in the streets around so for more digestible food walk a few streets. There is a safe in the room and good WiFi. Breakfast service was over full and chaotic. The fruit juices were from concentrate (I saw her refilling). So it was ok but isn’t a destination. The location was ok for central Hanoi but not great if you can’t walk easily. The breakfast was ok but certainly not as good as others we have stayed in. The room cleaning was very good and the hotel felt safe. I think we would have been more pleased if we hadn’t had better in Siagon, Hue and Hoi An. The air con was good but switches off after a while.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations and was designed nicely with a 5* luxury feel service/hospitality . The hotel itself is quite new as the associate had mentioned that it’s been open for about 6 months. The bedding and room was very comfortable and decorated. I will rate this a 10/10. Great service and clean. I was welcomed with a drink voucher and the bar tender made a drink that was not on the menu and even though the rooftop bar was closing, he took the time to make a special drink that is not too sugary for me as requested. The morning breakfast at the restaurant was also great! Although I did not get to stay a longer duration as I was just flying into Hanoi to make a stop to Hai Phong. I will definitely be coming back and staying here for my future visit.

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

Hotel staff is really good . Their service level is amazing. My special gratitude goes to Sally and Tienanh . They always put smile on faces and very quick on responds whenever we want ..absolutely a marvelous place to stay . Thank you .

I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. They supported us a lot during the time we stayed here with them. Hotel is clean and we love everything and of course also the breakfast. We will definitely come back and also introduce to more of our friends. Thanks again for making my trip !

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.
