I am a K-pop idol concert promoter who travels around the world. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments and have flown more than 1,000 times. I have stayed in many accommodations, but this is the first time I have experienced such a nice accommodation. 1. I always need ice, so I checked if there was an ice tray, and this place already had a lot of ice prepared. I am amazed at their consideration. 2. Spoons, chopsticks, scissors, etc. are neatly organized. You can see the detailed consideration of the host when you see this. 3. There is a washing machine and dryer. 4. There is a clear TV and Netflix is ​​played. 5. There is an extra key that we always wanted. (2 card keys) 6. There are 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It is surprising that there are 2 bathrooms at this price. 7. Shampoo, cleanser, liquid soap, 2 detergents in the sink, hair dryer, iron, microwave, coffee pot, electric rice cooker, etc. There is nothing that is not there. My house. 8. It is close to District 1, District 2, and District 7. 9. The dishwashing is clean. 10. The swimming pool and fitness center are basic~ I will book only this place when I come to Ho Chi Minh from now on.

We stayed 3 nights in Roseland Centa hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, extensive breakfast buffet, good location. The greatest brightness of this hotel is the reception staff. They shall do everything in their power to make the stay as pleasant as possible. For example, Long advised us to go to look at the firework from the roof of Roseland Sweet Hotel and reserved a VIP table, we asked 2 additional heads and were brought in an eye-spot, ... From the moment I arrived for my initial 4-night stay at this gem in M Village Hai Ba Trung, I knew I had made the right choice for my visit to Ho Chi Minh City. However, it wasn't until I ventured out. I canceled another hotel after stayed there for just 1-night and returned as I truly appreciated the unique comfort and hospitality offered here, leading me to extend my stay to a total of 11 nights. Room Comfort and Quality: I stayed in a Deluxe room. Each room here speaks volumes of luxury and space, with proper kitchen, constructed with the high standards in mind. The spaciousness provided a much-needed sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. Staff Excellence: The heartwarming and helpful staff made communication a breeze. Their attention to detail and eagerness to assist were evident in every interaction, making my stay even more pleasant. Prime Location with Serenity: Nestled in a tranquil part of the city, the location strikes a perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and convenient access. The array of dining options, particularly the vegetarian restaurants located both in front and behind the apartment, added a delightful culinary aspect to my stay. Final Thoughts: This place is more than just a service apartment; it's a home that warmly welcomes its guests. The harmonious blend of simple but decent facilities, exceptional service, and a serene yet convenient location makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Ho Chi Minh City. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next trip, and without a doubt, this will be my go-to accommodation. Thank you for an unforgettable experience and the outstanding hospitality!

Very good location with walking distance to Ben Thanh market, and super spacious bathroom which is seldom found in this area. Love the breakfast with so many choices. Sure will come again when visit HCM.

Loved the services provided and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating! They even prepared a bouquet of roses and a bottle of red wine because my husband and I were celebrating an anniversary during the trip. I had a lovely time and the rooms and facilities seemed clean! However, on the last night before checking out, I had a glass of the wine with the glasses provided in the room and I had a major case of food poisoning (puking everything I ate, fever) which I’m still recovering from 2 days after returning home. Pretty sure that it was caused by either the wine or the wine glasses provided since my husband did not have any wine and he did not get any food poisoning. Thank goodness there’s a pharmacy nearby which helped me stopped puking long enough to take my flight back home. Disappointing and sour end to an otherwise lovely hotel :(

Nice location nearby convenience store, coffee shop, and restaurant. The Bay Hotel good value for money, and breakfast was fine with freshly cook egg upon order, the PHO noodles were simple but yummy. We will definitely come back again next time.

The room appeared good as should be expected but the free breakfast disappointing. Only 2 choices. Beef or chicken Pho. Coffee un drinkable. On closer inspection in better lighting, there were water leaks and stains on the walls and the shower needed siliconing replaced due to mould. Safe did not work either Compared to Australia and what you would get for $60AU, reasonable value for money. Better quality room than Le Saigon around the corner.

Roseland Sweet Hotel is a value for money hotel; and there would be many other similar hotels easily found online. But what made Roseland stand out was one of their staff Kiet Anh, who is a bellboy, front desk, concierge all rolled into one. The week I was there, he was working everyday and all hours, I practically see him all the time whenever i'm at the lobby, whether I am going out or coming back. His bright, cheerful and friendly demeanour plus his very personal touch is on par with the service found only at the 5 or 6 star hotels. He was what made the difference for me staying at Roseland; which otherwise would be a good but pretty average hotel. Roseland is indeed very fortunate to have employed a staff like him; and given time and the right grooming would make an excellent management personnel in the hospitality industry. My choice of hotel will still be Roseland for my next coming trip, but only if Kiet is there. Thank you Kiet, for making my stay so pleasant and memorable; and thanks for helping me send my cracked handphone for repair; you really saved my life!! See you soon!

Cute, modern and clean boutique hotel in District 1. On a busy vibrant street with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's in the older section of Ho Chi Minh City, so you get to experience the more ”authentic” part of the city versus the newer, more modern areas. Check-in was easy and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I was at first a little concerned with the hot and stuffy elevator and hallways. But once in our room, it was really nice. Large room, simply but nicely decorated and very clean. In room safe, large TV, fridge. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. A/C kept the room cool, but will turn off if you remove the room card from the room. If you go out, your room will be hot when you get back, but it cools down pretty quick. Beds were a little firm (which I prefer) and very comfortable, with comfortable pillows and sheets. I slept great here! Bathroom was modern and clean, and we appreciated all the provided amenities like toothbrush/toothpaste, Q-tips, shower caps, comb, lotion etc. Very nice! One negative; there's no shelf in the shower to put your soap, shampoo bottle, wash cloth, etc. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of Western and Asian choices. Lots of different fruit juices, teas, coffee and there was an omelette station as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would gladly stay here again.
