KKekeThe hotel is just a two-minute walk from Ben Thanh Market, and there's a popular pho restaurant nearby. However, the surrounding area is quite noisy. The hotel service, on the other hand, was excellent. A special thanks to the bellboy at the back entrance who even helped us call our airport transfer driver. The hotel design has a bit of a 'cave-like' style, and the shower had good water pressure. It was also clean and hygienic.

YYuti_aroundLocation: super good location, around the hotel you can find everything you need, street food stands, coffee stands, cafes restaurants, convenience stores. It’s close to a nice park too. You can easily walk to a few attractions such as the independence palace and central postal office.
Staff and service: really friendly staff, very attentive and always ask for our need.
Hotel facilities: the reception floor also offers a co-working space which is really nice. The ground floor is a nice cafe too. The hotel has a 24/7 gym and yoga room and laundry room as well.
Room: we got the deluxe room with balcony and city view, it’s super spacious and the design is cute and modern. Everything was super clean.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious fruits, including watermelon, oranges, dragon fruit, longan, passion fruit, papaya, and guava. The salad vegetables were also fresh and tasty. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Ho Chi Minh Square, making it easy to get around.

SSG TravelingThe location is great with many convenience stores below. District 4 but just a bridge across District 1. The room size is decent too. However my room was a little dirty with visible dust and hair on the bed, and I spotted small cockroaches, luckily room service was responsive. Please take note to check your room condition first.

AAiri KExcellent value! We even got a room upgrade. The room was a good size, with a bidet spray and smart TV. The staff were incredibly helpful; we were able to check in early, getting our room around 11 AM. They were always there to open doors for us and even helped us track our Grab rides, making sure the right car arrived. Fantastic service all around! The location is great, close to Saigon Square, KOI cafe, 7-11, Phela, and Highlands Coffee. It's just a short walk to the main road on the other side, and you can even walk to the Cafe Apartment if you're up for it. Right next to the hotel is a souvenir shop. The only downsides are that there's a restaurant/bar across the street, so it can get noisy at night, and the bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

GGuest UserWe stayed on the 37th floor and the view was amazing – you could see the river, the metro line and the main road. There’s a 24/7 supermarket right downstairs with lots of food and drinks to choose from. Check-in was simple and super convenient, and Ngoc was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Parking was also pretty affordable. Our whole family had a great time and it was really a memorable experince.
