The staff were very efficient at check in which is not always the case within China, they photographed our IDs quickly to register us and gave us our room key. All of the rooms are very quirky and different which is a nice added feature (a nice suprise as to what you will get).

I like Beichen Delta very much. This hotel is considered to be very good in this area. The lobby is grand, the service staff is very friendly, and we checked in quickly. Environment: This time I booked a river view room on the middle floor. The scenery is really good. The three halls and one hall downstairs and the InterContinental Hotel next to it, the Xiangjiang River in the distance, all the scenery is in full view. Lying on the bed and looking at the river view and the blue sky and white clouds, it is very comfortable and relaxing Facilities: The room area is OK, the bathroom is large, there is a double washbasin in the middle, the shower room on the left, and the toilet on the right, with dry and wet separation. There is a desk and a leisure sofa. The disadvantage is that such a high-end hotel TV does not support screen projection. After reporting to the front desk, I got a screen projector, but the screen projector has a delay, the sound and picture are not synchronized, and the effect is not very good. The curtains are not electrically controlled. The swimming pool is very good, the water is very clean, and there are not many people. It is very enjoyable to swim. The shower area is also large enough, and there is a stool to put clothes. This design is very user-friendly. The gym is also good, there are several treadmills, and various equipment barbells and so on. The service was generally good. There were a lot of people at the buffet in the evening, and I had to wait for a while before I could get a seat. Many food tables were not cleaned cleanly, such as food falling out or water on the table. The worst thing was that the ice cream spoon at the ice cream counter was stuck with a lot of chocolate and other things, and the whole thing was sticky. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed so far in China. The services are super good and professional. 小贺was the girl who checked us in and she was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great! If you have never been in a Chinese hotel breakfast, it’s not like anything in the US. YANNIAN has literally all options for you - Chinese traditional, western style, and even Hunan authentic style. We had the family room and our 4 years old loved it! Everything is just perfect for us! The afternoon tea is super nice, quiet and relaxing. You can sit on the couch and watch the entire city on the 26th floor. Also, the gym, my husband checked out the gym and it was good too! Highly recommend this hotel. But if you want to go to Wuyi Square, this place is pretty far. YANNIAN is close to the Changsha South train station. They have free train station pickup/drop off services. The driver was also really professional and good.

The best choice for staying in a hotel with my girlfriend in Changsha. The hotel itself is very modern and well kept, the rooms are spacious. Staff service is excellent. Location is not so bad either. There's a lot of options for breakfast but unfortunately, none of them tasted good. While I was there in Apr, they also shut off the air conditioning during the day (they state that they do this in their fine print). I complained and they did turn it on for me for the last day I was there.

It was nice of them to change my day the day before I stayed in due to the delay. They also changed my room when I didn't expect my friend to join for a few days, they also managed to help me change the room for a few days and I appreciated it. This I can really say is a five-star stay. Will I stay again, is a no-brainer. Is a yes for me.

Traveling to Changsha and staying at the Exotic Impression Hotel in Hunan Financial Center brought me a wonderful holiday memory... The hotel rooms are uniquely decorated and designed in the styles of more than ten countries, including the romantic Aegean Sea, the French palace, the mysterious Mediterranean and the passionate Africa, etc. We stayed for four days. The first day was a Japanese courtyard, warm and comfortable, and the second day was a French palace. My wife was very satisfied with this room and did not change to other styles. The hotel service is really awesome, warm and thoughtful, just like returning home. Mr. Zhou at the front desk communicated with him on the phone in Beijing and introduced the hotel to me. He also received me when I checked in. The young man is really good, special praise!

Although the hotel is a bit aged, the facility is still maintained well. And the location to the walk street central is just few minutes.

It deserve for the five star hotels. The people were very kind, and the details of facility were satisfied for me. and the swimming pool was really great. (clean and comfortable) Yes. it's quite expensive than the scale... but I would like to recommend this hotel. Next time, I will book this hotel again. I got a unforgettable memory from this hotel. so I hope to chance to visit this hotel again. Only one negative thing is that there is not many people who can speak English in this hotel. (I think most of Chinese five star hotels are the same situation after Pandemic...)
