Five minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou gate. Good breakfast. Staffs cannot speak English but they used translator equipment which I have never seen at any hotel before, that’s quite brilliant! It showed their adaptation in communication with foreigners.

Hotel location is near to Jiuzhai scenic area, convenient as hotel provides transport service between hotel to nearby location. If taking railway followed by bus services, bus services only stop at other hotels hence from bus final stop will have to walk a little else cab to hotel. Breakfast is ok, provides fruits & nice coffee. Only issue is the water pressure and hot water system for shower, will have to wait for long and water stops or turned cold at times,else all great. Service staff are helpful and friendly.

A newly built hotel. The hotel is clean and cosy. The room comes with heated pad beds which make us feel warm during a cold winter. A great hotel, impeccable from the environment to the service, especially the service of Bam at the front desk, which added points to the trip to Jiuzhaigou. When we checked in, we upgraded the room type, and gave us an extra cup of coffee, and asked us to add WeChat, which perfectly solved our needs during our stay. The restaurant breakfast is also very rich. As a high-star hotel near the world-class tourist attraction Jiuzhaigou, tourists eat at around 7:00 in the morning peak, and there are occasional queues. I understand that. I read the comments that Howard Johnson is a bit old, and there will be old guest rooms. In fact, the guest rooms are well maintained, and the bedding and quilts are very comfortable. After a day of playing, I basically fell asleep at night. Jiuzhaigou is worthy of being a world-class scenic spot. As a frequent traveler, I say that the scenery here is breathtaking and beautiful beyond words. During my stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room. It provided plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day. The service was commendable, with staff always ready to assist and ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences, and was a great way to start the day. Overall, the combination of a roomy accommodation, attentive service, and a satisfying breakfast made for a very enjoyable experience.

The lobby is decorated in New Year style, which is very nice. The service is still great, not as bad as other reviews say. You still have to experience it yourself. The air-conditioning staff in the room also turned on the heater in advance, so it was very warm as soon as you entered. They also gave a basket of snacks, and there were welcome drinks and biscuits in the lobby. I love this service!

This is the most cost-effective Banyan Tree in China. The environment, facilities and decoration are all excellent. The package is very cost-effective. The downside is that it is off-season and there are no drinks in the mini bar. After a day of fun, I wanted to have a SPA, but it was not open! You can still go more often, so that when there are more people, the facilities and equipment can be put into use.

The room is spacious, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and it is very clean. We stayed for 2 days. Fruits and minibar drinks were provided every day, as well as automatic eye masks. The waitress was very enthusiastic and attentive, making the guests feel at home. . But there are also areas that should be improved, such as: there is a laundry service but no iron, the water flow in the toilet shower and bathtub is very slow, and the restaurant with a view has limited seats. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet accommodation surrounded by beautiful scenery, this is a very good choice. Facilities: Except for the lack of iron, everything else is good. It's just that there is no elevator and it is not suitable for the elderly.

Manager Li at the front desk was very patient and friendly. Because my husband is a light sleeper, she patiently assisted in adjusting the room location and finally helped to upgrade the room type. Thank you very much! The airport pick-up and scenic spot pick-up arranged by the B&B were necessary and considerate. Breakfast and dinner are both worth choosing. Yak beef hot pot is a specialty. When I entered the scenic area again the next day, Manager Qin at the front desk helped and arranged a free delivery service to the gully entrance. I felt the dedication and sincerity of the overall service of the B&B. The rooms and hygiene of the B&B are very good. The environment is quiet and beautiful, highly recommended!

The most expensive hotel in this National Day trip to Chengdu, but still a treasure hotel that is worth the money. This hotel is also adapted to local conditions. The design theme is the sacred eagle culture of the ******* area.
