YYuemanxilou520When we came to Shaoxing, I suggested staying at an Atour hotel, but my wife wanted something more upscale, so we booked the Tianma Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helped us with the check-in process every step of the way. They even thoughtfully asked if we needed Wi-Fi. It's definitely a step above an economy hotel like Atour. The breakfast was plentiful, and while our older child exceeded the height limit and cost an extra 88 RMB per person, the food was excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserIt was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is located on the top of the mountain. It is a courtyard-style design. There is a wonderful courtyard outside the room, with trees, rockery, flowers, and running water. The environment is so beautiful! Standing on the balcony, you can also overlook the city of Zhuji. Both the near and far views are superb! There is also an art gallery on the first floor. You can enjoy the paintings of painters for free when staying in the hotel. It is worthy of being an art hotel! The room is also spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast of the hotel is rich, exquisite and delicious. It is really worth the money to stay in the hotel. I hope to stay again next time.

The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality.
As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories.
This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. GGuest UserI recently checked in at this hotel in Shaoxing, and the experience was excellent! Walking into the room, the spacious layout was eye-catching, the room was clean and tidy, the area was large, and the bed and pillow was good, suit me.
The hotel staff was warm and considerate, especially the front desk guy was very enthusiastic and responsive.
The breakfast was delicious, the food was diverse, and both Chinese and Western styles were available.
The food served in the Chinese restaurant was superb.
The hotel facilities were brand new.
The location of the hotel is also very good, adjacent to the subway station, whether it is to go to popular scenic spots or explore niche streets, it is easy and convenient. Highly recommended to friends who come to Shaoxing for travel or business!

AAnonymous UserTop class resort that exceeded expectations on all fronts. Within walking distance to hiking trails, mountains and tea farms and village.
Butler Gerry was attentive and always find a yes to our needs during stay. 5 star service.
Hotel lift to hill could be better designed with a covered link way from hotel ground rather than having to cross road and walk up hundred steps to take lift. A link bridge from lobby level to the lift deck will make this hotel perfect. Hill lift should start operating earlier so guests can go to top and see sunrise and morning clouds. These are the omly thing worth noting for future improvement.
All in all, 5 stars. We will be back.

NNanguaxianbingtudouFacilities: The room was very spacious and new, meeting Marriott's standards. I arrived quite late this time, and they were kind enough to upgrade my room, which I really appreciate.
Suggestions: The hairdryer wasn't very powerful, and it would be even better if the toilet were a smart one.
Cleanliness: Very clean!
Service: Overall, everything was excellent. The front desk staff were all very polite and courteous. I didn't have time to go to the bar for coffee, so they even specially sent me a fridge magnet, which was a really thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
However, during breakfast, I could definitely feel the pressure of managing during a holiday period. It was very crowded; even arriving at 8:15 AM, we could only get seats on the periphery, and the environment was generally quite noisy. This is an area they might want to look into improving or adjusting in the future. Also, while the breakfast spread looked like it had many varieties, nothing really stood out taste-wise. The bread in the pastry section wasn't up to five-star standards, but the fresh-squeezed juice was a definite plus.
Despite these points, it was a good experience overall!

FFilipe C.We really felt in Italy! Rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part was the staff and the kitchen chef, they were amazing and really friendly, did their best to make us comfortable. Specially and great thanks to Aimee she was the best and always ready to help us with everything that we needed. The hotel amenities like the archery and mini golf gave us a nice experience, the outdoor swimming pool and mini golf could use some maintenance, but nothing to complain. We had a great time.

GGuest UserThis hotel is great, located right inside the scenic area. It's very convenient with restaurants and other amenities nearby. For breakfast, an auntie freshly prepares dishes like xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), wontons, and tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls). They also have local specialties like tanggao (rice cake soup) and茴香豆 (fennel-spiced broad beans). When I arrived at the hotel at night, it was already dark, and they even kindly helped me with my luggage. The service was excellent. It takes about half an hour by taxi to get to Orchid Pavilion from the hotel.

GGuest UserThere are security guards in the hotel lobby to help with guidance. The front desk is enthusiastic when checking in. The room is large enough and the bergamot cleaning products are very easy to use. The staff in the breakfast room are enthusiastic and help with seat guidance and proactively add water. The Xinchang-style spring pancakes are also delicious. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful. The tea garden in the back garden looks like there will be tea soon. According to the staff, there is also a tea picking and tea frying experience. The animals are very cute. The hotel environment is very beautiful. It is quiet in the hustle and bustle and you can hear birds singing in the morning. The health box experience gives people a simple understanding of the body. The meditation space is also very suitable for the current society. It is a very satisfactory experience👍👍👍

JJoei_yingThe hotel's location and decor were pretty good. The only issue was how stuffy it was. I stayed one night with my child, and even with the air conditioning off, it was still hot and airless. The next morning, I woke up feeling completely unwell, with a black rash all over from 'gua sha' (a traditional Chinese therapy, often used when feeling sick). When I told the front desk, they just said there was nothing they could do, without offering any sympathy or comfort.
