GGuest UserThe service was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to the attraction's main gate and also near the Impression Dahongpao theater. You can see Dawang Peak from the hotel, and the environment is quite comfortable. The breakfast has a nice local flavor. There's a small kids' play area, which is great for children. The concierge staff provided outstanding service; they responded to an urgent request in the middle of the night within a minute. To have this level of service during the May Day holiday is truly reassuring. Thumbs up to the hotel!

While it's a bit of a distance from Sangu Resort, the hotel has excellent facilities that cater to all ages for dining and entertainment. Our guest manager, Joan, was incredibly responsible and thoughtful; she confirmed our itinerary and arranged airport pickup well before our arrival. Upon check-in, she even upgraded our room type, making our elders' stay more comfortable. She also meticulously arranged our meals and afternoon tea around our schedule, which truly put our minds at ease during our trip. The only downside was the hotel pool's temperature, which was only 26 degrees Celsius, making it a bit too cold for kids to swim in.

GGuest UserI can't imagine that there is such a scenic hotel in Wuyishan Water Village. First of all, the environment is beautiful and the air is fresh. Secondly, the room facilities are complete. The most noteworthy thing is the service. The lady at the front desk has a sweet smile, explains carefully, and even upgraded the room type for free. In a word: It was a very satisfactory accommodation experience and it is worth recommending!

XXincheIt's my first time staying in the North District, which is relatively quiet. It's within taxi range to the southern attractions. I also tried walking back to the hotel from Wuyi Palace, which was also okay. The room is spacious and clean. The picture shows the view outside the window. The front desk lady first showed us the room. If we encountered any problems during the process, we could communicate through WeChat. The overall stay was very good!

AAnonymous UserThe guesthouse has an excellent overall setting, nestled in the mountains, and it was incredibly peaceful at night. The host was very courteous, and all the staff were very kind and friendly. Overall, I was quite satisfied, but I do have two minor suggestions:
1. The room felt a little damp/humid, possibly due to a lack of direct sunlight.
2. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. However, when I went to the restaurant just after 9 AM, there was hardly any food left. As breakfast is included in the room rate, guests who dine within the advertised hours should be guaranteed a sufficient supply of food, rather than it being a 'first-come, first-served' situation.

Nestled in the National Tourist Resort, the hotel boasts elegant architecture and a stunning garden with beautiful scenery at every turn, lush greenery, and a tranquil atmosphere – truly a garden hotel hidden amidst the mountains and rivers. The rooms are decorated in a modern minimalist style, with excellent smart facilities and impeccable cleanliness. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water is consistently good, making a relaxing bath after a long day incredibly soothing. The service throughout our stay was incredibly warm and attentive. Even with our late-night arrival, the air conditioning was already on, and a dedicated staff member guided us to our room. Any request was met promptly, truly a thoughtful concierge-style service. The dining options are also commendable. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, with fresh and authentic local specialties. The Chinese restaurant serves exquisite dishes with mountain views. The facilities are top-notch, including a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and a kids' club. There's even an EV charging station and free parking, making it suitable for both business and family travelers. The location is superb, within walking distance of the Ancient Song Street and a convenient taxi ride to all major scenic spots. It's a peaceful retreat while still being close to the action, offering exceptional value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuyishan!

The beautiful clerk at the front desk personally carried the luggage and took us to the room. She kindly introduced the hotel's hot spring facilities to me. All the clerks kindly answered and helped, which gave my daughter and I a very good experience. Then there are the hotel facilities. It has its own private hot spring, which is great. There is also a Bluetooth speaker in the room, which is also great. The room is clean and tidy, and the space is large; finally, there is the hot spring. The indoor hot springs are all open, and it is very comfortable to take a bath. Maybe it was the off-season when we went there, and there were fewer tourists, so there were fewer outdoor hot springs open, which is understandable. Anyway, we took a private bath. Overall, it was a very good experience. It is about a ten-minute drive from Wuyishan attractions. I will stay here again next time I come. It is worth recommending.

Sorry, five stars 🌟. Don't book the travel agency in the hotel; don't step on thunder, because it is from Xiamen to Zhejiang, passing by Wuyi Mountain and thinking of going to play on the way. The hotel is also booked temporarily. I saw that the hotel was next to the bamboo raft departure. After checking in, I asked whether to buy tickets. I was recommended to the travel agency in the hotel and asked how to book bamboo raft tickets. I was told that there were no tickets for the next day. The tickets they had were all packages, which needed to be purchased at an additional price. We were twelve people, big and small, and the original price of 200 bamboo car tickets was increased to 260. Another 300 yuan was required to hire a tour guide. Children and children were also charged the same price. It is equivalent to 12*260+300. Originally, I came out to play and didn't return disappointed, so I bought their package. The next day, I set off to take the bamboo raft. I was told by Wuhan tourists who took the bamboo raft together that bamboo raft tickets could be bought at the bamboo raft ticket office in the morning 😂. I felt that we were fooled and shouldn't be so credulous about the travel agency in the hotel. Write for your reference
