I had an incredible stay at Angsana Phoenix Bay Zhuhai! The room was beautifully decorated for my birthday, making it feel so special. The staff were fantastic, especially Hedi, who was exceptionally attentive and kind. I loved the photoshoot gift, and the buffet had a great variety. The spa experience, with a generous discount voucher, was amazing and truly relaxing. I’m definitely looking forward to returning!

It was an amazing experience staying at the Kingward International Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of hotel staff, especially the Front Desk and Breakfast dinning restaurant staff, they were well-trained and really passionate in helping their guests. There were so many (close to 100) oriental and western style food varieties available for breakfast buffet, fresh and professionally cooked. It was one of the best breakfast buffet that I had around the world. The hotel is strategically located on the shoreline of the ocean on the famous Lover's Road. Both our rooms had ocean view, and one room can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. It's very close to the GongBei border crossing to Macau, and minutes away from the Bridge Customs to Hong Kong. There is a bus stop right on the door steps of the hotel. The hotel has a very impressive crystal sculpture collection and other mineral collections exhibiting on the first three floors. Both the interior and exterior decoration are well designed with ancient palace styles. We are Chinese Canadians. My family was on a one-month tour to ShenZhen, ZhuHai, Hong Kong, Macau, GuangZhuo and SanYa, staying at Kingward was the most memorable experience among all hotels. My family also want to specially thank Ms. Feng Ya Li (丰雅丽) who work at the Front Desk, she is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks for making our trip to ZhuHai so pleasant and memorable! Friendly and professional staff is a indication of good management. I can see great success of the hotel. It also offers really good value for the room price. I booked this hotel casually because the free pick-up service was very convenient for me as I arrived in Zhuhai late at night. The pick-up driver was very enthusiastic. Although the hotel had just been renovated, it didn’t smell like decoration. The lady at the front desk helped me for free. I upgraded my room. The room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and the price is quite affordable. I am very satisfied! !

Zhuhai Sea Spring Bay Hot Springs and its hot spring manager Roy definitely deserve praise! This hotel is in a closed health park, and not many people stay there even during the National Day holiday. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and proactive, the hotel rooms are luxuriously decorated and comfortable, and the mattresses and pillows are particularly comfortable. The 180-degree sea view room has a good view, but the disadvantage is that there is a building in front that blocks the view a little, otherwise it would be perfect. The hotel breakfast is very delicious and can't be missed. The swimming pool is outdoor (most of the hotels in Zhuhai are outdoor swimming pools), 45m long, and there are not many people. There is a tent camp next to it, and many people set up tents for barbecues, which looks like a check-in point. The disadvantage of the hotel is that there is no supporting facilities around it, and takeout is refused. It is far away from the Hengqin commercial area (more than 10km), and taxis are 60-80 yuan/one-way, and no one is willing to take you without a surcharge.

I stayed at Gree Dong'ao Nanshazui Branch. The difference between Nanshazui Branch and Nanshawan Branch is that one is close to the beach and the other is halfway up the mountain. Nanshawan has relatively complete facilities and the beach is right next to it. Nanshazui Branch can also be picked up by the hotel car. The waiting time is not long. Every time you go out, the staff will help call a car. The car will arrive in a few minutes to 10 minutes. We chose to walk to the beach and arrived in 15 minutes. The scenery along the way is very good. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the concierge Wei Jie was responsible for receiving us and recommended strategies to us very considerately. We patiently answered our questions and helped us with the places we didn't understand. There is also the concierge Ye Weijie, who has a very kind smile. Every time I see him full of intimacy on his face, he personally helps us with our luggage. Special thanks to the staff here, who have a good attitude and work seriously and responsibly, and the environment and sanitation here are very clean, providing dinner and breakfast, and there are many buffet styles, which are very appetizing. If I have the opportunity to come again next time, I will still choose here.

Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.

After we searched for a long time, we came across the Pullman.  It is the only hotel connected to the shopping area FuHuaLi. It is literally right behind the hotel and there is a lot of shopping and some good restaurants. It is an outdoor mall so coming in winter was perfect. The attached photo shows the view from our room. The service was also very good. Evelyn at the front desk was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with our room. They were also able to accommodate our request for a higher floor and late check out. All in all, a great experience and we would stay here again.
