5-Star Hotels in Zhuhai

I chose this Marriott a few days in advance for my business trip to Zhuhai, and it was excellent! Every staff member was super friendly, efficient, and very capable. Serena and Jane were especially wonderful; their attitude was fantastic, and they followed up on our check-in throughout our stay. The views, environment, location, and cleanliness of this Marriott are all great, and the breakfast is pretty good too! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhuhai. Looking forward to my next visit, and hopefully I'll see Serena and Jane again!

The overall design of the hotel is quite good, making for great photos. After booking, they contacted us in advance to remind us to purchase ferry tickets and inform us about hotel activities, which could be booked ahead of time. Once we disembarked, there were clear signs guiding us to the shuttle bus, making the whole process very convenient. [dancing emoji] Cassie from Guest Relations was very responsive. When I was checking out and nearly missed my ferry, she specially arranged a vehicle for us. I'm really grateful to these enthusiastic staff members, especially Cassie, Brian, and Colin. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Five-star review! It was my birthday yesterday, and my stay at the Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay exceeded all expectations! The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Upon learning it was my birthday, they proactively upgraded my room for free and even surprised me with a delicate birthday cake. It was full of pleasant surprises. The service throughout was impeccable, with attention to every detail, making it a truly unforgettable birthday. The room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhuhai. Many thanks to all the staff for their thoughtful hospitality!

This stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Zhuhai Hengqin was even better than expected, and I especially want to commend Shawn at the front desk. His attitude was excellent during check-in, and the complimentary cookies were delicious. Whenever I had a question, he was quick to respond and resolve it. The room was quiet for both nights I stayed, and the bed was comfortable, making the whole check-in process quite smooth. It feels like the service here is very attentive, with staff thinking of many small details to help guests. Shawn comes across as reliable and patient, which significantly enhanced the service experience. I would definitely choose DoubleTree by Hilton Zhuhai Hengqin again when I return to Hengqin.

We stayed at the Penguin Hotel with our two-and-a-half-year-old and the experience exceeded our expectations. The butler service was attentive, proactively informing us of activity times. The hallway lighting was soft, so it wasn't harsh on the eyes when walking around at night. There were plenty of power outlets in the room, making charging very convenient. The hotel shop offered a wide variety of items, with many souvenir choices. The park shuttle directions were clear, so it was hard to get lost. Housekeeping regularly patrolled public areas, and trash was promptly cleared. Staff greeted guests proactively. Check-out was quick. The blackout curtains worked very well. Overall, it's perfect for family vacations, and we'll choose it again next time we visit Chimelong. The Penguin Hotel butler (No. 1) was very thoughtful and attentive. The staff were also happy to give balloons when asked, I was worried before that if they didn't give one, my baby would cry. Because the baby was too young for many of the rides, she was still very happy in the 'Snow House' room. Plus, we could watch penguins from the breakfast restaurant, which made the baby super happy. A great experience!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just about 50 meters door-to-door from Hengqin Port – incredibly convenient! It's also easy to get to other places from here. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and is great value for money. The hotel's laundry room with a dryer is a huge plus, especially for cleaning up after traveling in hot weather! All the staff are super nice, particularly John and Tumiy, who patiently answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable during our stay. Overall, it's a great place, highly recommended!

I booked the Hyatt Regency Hengqin for the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, and the experience was excellent! 👍 First, a big thank you to Nicole for her warm hospitality, the welcome fruit, and the room upgrade. I prefer quiet, high-floor rooms, and Nicole chose a great one for me, which made for a very restful stay. Much appreciated. **Location:** Ideal for travelers heading to Macau or Chimelong. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Hengqin Port and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, making border crossing very convenient. The hotel is also connected to the Novotown shopping mall, so dining and shopping are just downstairs. **Room:** The guest room was spacious with good natural light and well-maintained overall. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the toiletries were of good quality. **Dining:** The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, including Cantonese congee, noodles, and dim sum. The live cooking stations produced good quality food. It can get crowded during holidays, so I recommend going early. **Facilities:** Features both indoor and outdoor pools, a well-equipped gym, and Camp Hyatt children's playground, making it family-friendly. I particularly loved their outdoor pool; it was beautiful at dusk. **Summary:** Overall, the hardware is excellent, making it suitable for short trips to Zhuhai and Macau, and for exploring Hengqin and Macau. Once again, a huge thanks to the beautiful, kind, and responsible Nicole for her hospitality, and also to all the staff at Hyatt Regency Hengqin for their service. I hope they continue their excellent service and wish the hotel thriving business!

The Zhuhai Marriott Hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Sun & Moon Bay and Love Post Office. It's also very convenient to get to the beach and there are plenty of dining options at City Balcony. The front desk service was attentive, and Sicily was particularly warm and helpful, earning a big thumbs up! She proactively introduced the hotel's facilities, including the pool and gym, as well as nearby attractions. It's a five-star standard hotel with a great price, a pool, and free, convenient parking. They even offer taxi discount vouchers.

As a resort hotel, the Hengqin Bay Hotel boasts mature and comprehensive facilities. Its proximity to the resort area makes traveling to and from the attractions very convenient via shuttle bus. The resort's security management is well-regulated, with complete security facilities and diligent, responsible staff who conduct regular patrols. The parking lot offers ample spaces with clear pricing, and vehicle guidance is orderly. Luggage services are efficient, and the handover process is straightforward. Guest rooms are clean and tidy, with thorough housekeeping. Bathrooms feature wet and dry separation, and towels and bathrobes are clean, ensuring peace of mind. Toiletries are comprehensive, and slippers are non-slip and durable. Hot water supply is stable, and shower products feel gentle. In-room internet signal is stable, and air conditioning is easy to control, making it simple to manage room temperature. The hotel's buffet offers a rich variety of dishes, catering to different tastes, and food quality is consistent. The pool has lifeguards on duty to ensure safety, and the water quality is clean. Gym equipment is regularly maintained, meeting basic fitness needs. Staff members are patient and helpful, always ready to answer questions. The resort's landscape design is thoughtful, making strolls around the grounds very relaxing. Overall, the stay experience is highly commendable.

There's a large shopping mall just a 5-minute walk away, and a variety of food stalls right downstairs. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the Gongbei Port, making it the perfect choice for a trip to Macau. The room facilities are very new, clean, and hygienic, providing a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. Highly recommended!
