GGuest UserThis was, without a doubt, the best hotel resort we've ever stayed at. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the moment we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. I initially chose this hotel for its aesthetic, but it was even more stunning in person than the photos could ever capture. Every part of the hotel was immaculate, and our room was spotless every day. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with endless photo-worthy spots—from the beach to the pool to the restaurants. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever seen.
What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the very first moment we arrived, every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and offered lunch while we waited for our room. When we got to our room, we had an incredible view of both the pool and the beach—such a beautiful spot to relax.
The staff at the restaurants were warm, friendly, and always made sure we were well taken care of. They remembered our drink preferences and were always genuinely excited to see us when we arrived. The team at the pool and beach bars went out of their way to make our experience even better, offering special drinks and assisting us whenever needed. It felt like they anticipated our needs before we even said a word, and that level of attention to detail truly made our stay memorable.
One example that really stood out: I started to get a sore throat during our stay, and the staff at the buffet immediately made me a hot drink with ginger, lemon, and mint. They even sent some to our room for later. The next day, when we went to the pool, they already had my hot drink ready for me. Little gestures like this made all the difference and showed how much the staff cares.
We became friends with the staff and were genuinely sad to leave them. They were not only incredibly professional but also seemed like real friends by the end of our stay. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a perfect experience, and I sincerely hope they are well-compensated for their hard work.
The resort has a laid-back vibe, with a blend of club music and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is the perfect spot. There are friendly staff members who offer massages and facials, but they are never pushy—just there if you’re interested.
As for the food, it was outstanding. The buffet had a wide variety of options that changed every night with different themes, and each dish was delicious. We also dined at one of the specialty restaurants for a night, and the food there was equally impressive.
I can’t recommend this resort enough. It's hands down my favorite hotel, and I’m already looking forward to coming back when I return to Sharm. If you’re looking for top-tier service, a stunning setting, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay!

GGirlGreetsGlobeI love this hotel!! It’s so clean, lots to do, friendly staff, and the food is good (the deserts weren’t so great they were just alright). My tips would be to bring a converter because only ONE plug worked and it was a struggle to keep my things charged 😆 Another thing is, I wish the waiters had table sections. This way 5 people don’t disturb your meal asking if you need a drink.
It’s right on the beach!

SSusuYumiYou can book it with your eyes closed. We stayed during peak season in April, and it was almost fully booked. All the rooms are private villas, offering great privacy. The restaurant serves freshly cooked and grilled food at all times, and the staff are impressively fast to handle the high volume of guests.
The buffet was genuinely delicious — definitely above average by Egypt standards. If you’re into diving, you don’t even need to take a boat out. Right on the hotel’s beach, there’s a free coral reserve where you can see coral, jellyfish, tons of colorful fish, and even huge schools of fish swirling around you. The hotel also has its own diving center for deep dives.
There’s a small water park right outside the villa rooms, and all the hotel bars serve drinks 24/7. As Asian travelers, we didn’t experience any discrimination — not overly warm service, but definitely respectful and neutral.
There’s also an infinity pool on the cliffside that’s perfect for photos, and the resort has its own shopping street.

GGuest UserI usually don't review hotels, but I'm writing this to prevent my domestic friends from making mistakes when they go on vacation. I booked a two-night stay, but left after one: it's at most a domestic four-star hotel (with the facilities of a fourth-tier city hotel), just a large rural apartment. If you don't have requirements for details and service (the service staff speaks poor English and is rude), you can come here if you want a lively place (the beach is shared by several hotels). The geographical location is basically surrounded by rural areas or construction sites. I don't know how Ctrip got a score of 4.7. For a price of more than 1,000 RMB, you can choose a five-star hotel near Soho Plaza with your eyes closed than this one. I stayed here for one night at Four Seasons and left immediately, and changed to a hotel of the same price, which was much better in terms of service, hardware, and location.

GGuest UserHotel is good but not the best.. it’s to boring on the evenings.. very light animation team, likes for me in Sharm El sheikh there are hotels better then this ones at this price.. also room has not good repairs..if you go close you can find a lot of disadvantages I. Rooms in swimming pools.. There a lot of people who can smoke close to you in the restaurants -nobody do something with this.. I think this hotel not cost these money!

AAbdoswissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very good, and the facilities are well maintained, especially the children's playground, which is very new. The lifeguard is very responsible and pays attention to every child, which makes people feel at ease. All the waiters are also very proactive. Fathalla cleans very cleanly and keeps the guest rooms very clean every day. This hotel is highly recommended and is a good choice for vacation.
Our room type includes three meals. We go to the buffet every day. I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about ordering. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus.

GGuest UserFirst I would like to say that I have stayed in this hotel 4 times previously and we love being there. This holiday was not the same. Upon arrival I was shown to my room that I paid extra for as it was a ground floor pool view. The room smelt of paint as it was just decorated recently. I explained I could not sleep in there with a baby with such a strong smell of paint. I was then given the option to be down graded to another room and after complaining to 3 managers I was upgraded to another room. Also we were not informed the hotel was under construction and was very noisy. The pool is right by the workers so you can hear drilling through out the day. I feel mislead as I was not informed of the work. I am disappointed in this trip and I won’t be staying there again due to the lack of professionalism by the management,
