OOliver_Peng❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️
😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day.
😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking.
🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown.
BbdjmsqThis hotel is incredibly convenient; you can walk to all the nearby attractions. The decor has a theatrical vibe, with red lights illuminating the hallways when there's a show in the evenings, and plenty of playbills on the walls—definitely catch a performance if you can! The room was a bit small but very clean. There's also a great coffee shop just around the corner downstairs.
Plus, the rooftop bar with a pool is excellent. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was next to the train station which helped us get to the train quickly. However it is a ways from the downtown area with shopping and palace,, Taxi is needed. The staff in the bar area was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Good Wi Fi. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserMy stay at the Intercontinental Madrid was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, placing me right in the heart of the vibrant city, allowing easy access to all the must-see attractions. The service was impeccable - the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the Club Lounge experience; the exquisite service and attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Madrid.
GGuest UserThe hotel is perfect!
The breakfast is superb, the menu is delicious and varied.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is superb!!!! We walked all day! Everything is close to the hotel.
The only downside is that the large towels smell awful! It's as if they were washed and left wet for a long time; they've gone rancid and smell really bad. We need to throw them out and buy new ones.
We'll definitely be back! A great hotel.

GGustianoWent to meet a friend at their cafe and was very impressed with the black and gold colour scheme throughout the lobby and the cafe area.
The cafe has a nice seating layout with very comfortable sofa’s and some decent arm chairs.
The service is also second to none & the coffee was really nice. It also was rather reasonably priced considering the location.
Would definitely recommend it if you’re in the area :)
AancoheBeautiful hotel, warm and considerate service staff, delicious breakfast, great location, within walking distance to the Royal Palace of Madrid, Puerta del Sol, and even Retiro Park. The car rental company has a store in the underground garage of Plaza de España. You can pick up the car there. It's only a 500-meter walk, everything is perfect, and it's worth coming back. That day I went to the rooftop swimming pool and unexpectedly met a handsome foreigner waiter who spoke Mandarin better than me😄. There was also a Chinese girl in the restaurant who was enthusiastic and capable; if the price is acceptable, there is nothing to worry about.

MMickeChoBeautiful property in the middle of bustling Madrid. The personnel is friendly, attentive, and courteous, and the interior decor is creative and unusual. Great breakfast with a bunch of variety! The one negative was that we had two rooms booked facing a courtyard with no views, which made me feel claustrophobic, so try to avoid these rooms whenever possible.

GGuest UserStaff are friendly and helpful. We had problems in charging our car. We asked for help and they came in a minute to help. Carpark is just in the basement and so we could unload luggages and took the lifts from basement up to our room floor directly. Very convenient.
Room : spacious
Breakfast : not worth, only few varieties.
Cleanliness : looks clean in general. But I think the hotel should pay more attention to the 'little things'. One spoon in the room and a plate in the breakfast restaurant had dirt.
GGajdosanThe hotel is very close to the metro system, which makes it convenient for getting around the city. The design is truly interesting – each floor has a different style, which makes the hotel unique and fun to explore. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast is decent with a good selection.
However, due to the focus on design, some comfort and functionality are a bit sacrificed. We stayed on the 3rd floor, which is quite dark. The room itself felt small because of the large marble table and fixed bench that take up a lot of space and can’t be moved. The pillows are also quite unusual and could definitely be more comfortable.
Overall, it’s a stylish and memorable place, especially for design lovers, but travelers looking for a more practical and cozy stay might find it less comfortable.
