The room is big enough and comfortable. The shower water is super good. There is free bottled water. The bathroom supplies are also pretty good. I don't have a toothbrush or toothpaste, so I thought I'd bring my own... There are many breakfast varieties, but overall I think the price is a bit high. Of course, the room rate is also relatively expensive. The location of the hotel is really good and it is convenient to go everywhere. I won't stay here next time. Just experience it once. đđ
The lobby is just fabulous and the Cafe de Paris, which is attached to, but not owned by (as I understand it) the hotel is totally amazing. Wonderful marble lobby, friendly and very efficient front desk/concierge staff and the rooms are good, but not exceptional. For sightseeing the location is not the best - there are no good restaurants around and about and the food on the hotelâs balcony overlooking the Cafe de Paris is boring and very expensive - as is the wine, and drinks in the lobby. We would recommend the hotel highly to friends but point out that the location is not the best for sightseeing - that said there is a Hop on, Hop off bus stop right outside the door.
I booked a Ctrip beggarâs version room and spent money to upgrade.
It is recommended to book a street view room with windows that can be opened.
The details of the room are pretty good. I forgot to take a photo. Itâs the same as the picture online.
The service at the door is like this. After tipping, you will be replaced...
The front desk is quite helpful, but the quality of the doorman needs to be improved.
The restaurant is good and there is sparking wine freeflow for breakfastâŠ

Hotel service is very good, room service is always responsive, and the attitude is warm, because the anniversary of the hotel also presented champagne. Macarons are given every night. However, I returned to the hotel on the first night and found that the room had not been cleaned. I communicated with the hotel to confirm that this situation did not occur again after daily cleaning.

The hotel locates at a very excellent location. Many main attraction points around it. The restaurant for breakfast buffet has a very good view.
ALL the staff of the front desk is very helpful and nice.
I arrive on the morning and they help to check the availability of the room. They allow the customer to have early check in early when the availability of the room is OK.
Everything of the hotel is good. I recommend other people to stay at this hotel when they come to Budapest.
I will stay again in Hilton Budapest when I visit there again.

Super busy breakfast peoples were squeezed to take food and wait half an hour for an omelette as one chef had to deal with six orders at a time. Only one coffee machine. Seems no intention to improve. Rather arrogant chief chef but a very nice restaurant manager. However generally falls short of standards expected for a 5 star from hotel staff including reception and housekeeping. Positives are prime location with the gorgeous river and Buda Castle view. Very nice gym by the way!
First time in Budapest and we decided to spend our first night at the Rock Hotel. The hotel has an outstanding location, walking friendly to many tour sites and restaurants.
The room we booked isn't that spacious and we barely had enough space to store two 28inch suitcases in our room. But we still had a good experience here, memorable parts are the record player and the comfortable bed. As a five-star hotel, it is slightly more affordable than some of the others, given the price we spent, I would rate our experience a 9/10.

Nice hotel is central location. Staff well trained and seemed to truely want to make your stay a positive one. As an example, we needed taxi service several times and always could count on getting one exactly as needed. A few issues: -You can only regulate the cooling by up to 3 degrees, likely reasonable most days but we experienced one of the hottest days in Budapest's history this past week. A hot day/evening with the heavy comforters on all beds does not make for a good night's sleep. -The shower is raised by about 4 inches over the bathroom floor so anyone with a troublesome back, will have an issue stepping down from the slippery shower. -The breakfast was OK, not up to the standards that Kempinsky publicizes is their goal.

Location: It's a very convenient location to go anywhere. It's across from the Opera House.
Service: All the staff are friendly, and the breakfast quality is good.
Facilities: Since it's just opened, all the facilities are perfect.
The room size was also good.
I especially liked the bed. (I personally prefer a hard bed rather than a soft one.)
There are plenty of food options nearby, and there's a mart nearby.
I highly recommend it.
Every morning was enjoyable thanks to the friendly service of a person with a nose piercing on his head. I don't know his name, but he was the best hotelier I've ever met. I've experienced many hotels due to my numerous overseas business trips and trips, but his service was truly the best. He was very professional, working very diligently and taking good care of the guests' needs. I was very grateful to the person with a nose piercing on his head. I'll definitely come and see you next time I come to Budapest. I was sad that I had to leave without saying hello.

We stay here when on business in Budapest, and usually don't have problems but staying in 315 recently we were put next to people having a party in 317, it was really noisy, some kind of last night in Budapest flight crew thing. Why would you put business people next to party people? It just made no sense. We got moved for the night to a quieter suite on same floor, 323, which was great but the next day the front desk âmiscommunicatedâ us to the breakfast area to collect our breakfast boxes. Its puzzling. Overall the staff are super friendly and things usually go without a hitch and on that basis I would recommend. I really hope standards aren't slipping as it would be a shame.

GGuest UserOne of the best stay I ever had. The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, the breakfast it's really good and has a great variety of food, the attendant's team is almost perfect, expect for the bar in the evening, the rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need. I found a very nice surprise for woman, beside the hair dryer there was an hair straightener. Very hepfull! The SPA was clean and excellent atmpsphere. I foundall service I would like to have. We didn't try the restaurant, but I saw people dining when in Budapest all the restaurants don't accept you anymore. I really felt cluddled!
GGuest UserA perfect experience
The hotel in Budapest left me with a very beautiful impression
I participated in the beer festival near Freedom Square and felt the local people's nightlife.
The hotel is quiet in the bustling city, very suitable for rest, surrounded by Internet celebrities & Michelin restaurants, meeting all your needs, suitable for all kinds of people.
It is worth recommending to everyone!

SSongyaSunThe hotel is on the Buda side, next to the Chain Bridge, and has a good location.
The room with a bridge view was on the second floor, which is a bit low. You can walk across the bridge, and the attractions on the Pest side can be reached on foot.
(But if you just want to choose a hotel with a view, this location is a bit tasteless. If you want to see the Buda Castle and the Fisherman's Bastion, you can choose the Intercontinental and Marriott on the Pest side for hotels of the same level. If you want to see the beautiful scenery of the Fisherman's Bastion, you can choose the Hilton next to the Fisherman's Bastion. There are many related recommendations.)
The hotel service is very good. There is a welcome wine when checking in. The room is very clean, with complete toiletries, slippers, free coffee, and a bottle of local Hungarian wine.
In addition to some simple buffets, breakfast can be ordered according to the menu. It is very delicate and the taste is average. There is a very famous local restaurant on the top floor, but I didn't eat there due to time.
Overall, it is a good hotel.
LLeoK0Matild Palace in Budapest is a true gem that offers an unforgettable stay. The hotel perfectly blends historical elegance with modern luxury, making it a standout destination. The rooms are beautifully appointed, offering comfort and style, with breathtaking views of the city. Its central location is ideal for exploring the vibrant heart of Budapest.

é»é»Hotel breakfast is very good, adult 16 euros, half price for children. The only bad thing is the two bedrooms, with two shower rooms, but there is only one toilet. If there are many people in the family, they will always have to wait for the toilet. Everything is fine except for this. The parking lot is also very convenient. From the garage you can take the elevator directly to the room floor.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff is unfriendly. We stayed for 5 consecutive days and were not allowed to check out for 1 hour later. The breakfast service is slow and poor. It takes half an hour to order an omlet. There are not many breakfast options. The taste is very average, but the price is not cheap. Many small details make the guests feel not warm at all.

GGuest UserWhat we enjoyed: Real question is what is not to enjoy about this hotel?! The moment you enter the hotel, it gives you this royalistic and luxurious feeling as you walk into and within its hallways. Very beautiful and charming interior design! Clean and luxurious feeling! The staff deserves a special notice of their very friendly and polite presence during our whole stay there, always ready to help and serve our needs. We spent our 2 nights on 4th floor and our room was very pleasent with all its features, bed also very comfortable to sleep on and good soundproofing. Upon first enter, we were pleasently surprised by the dessert serving, that was provided for us as a welcoming gesture from hotel! Cakes don't lie. Breakfast was good and delicious and widely provided! Little bit everything for everyone. We loved the dining area in the hotel's beautiful restaurant hall, where you could enjoy your breakfast meal while admiring the hall's luxurious design. Lastly the spa and gym services provided should be something for everyone to check out. We wanted a spa features for our few days stay in Budapest and Aurea Ana Palace hotel's servings for this need were more than satisfying enough for couple days stay. Sauna was brilliantly realdeal (coming from a finn!) and cold pool, jacuzzi pools were suitable enough for relaxing for couple days. For longer than few days of stay maybe bigger spa facility would be needed. We also took massage service in the hotel, which was provided upon request. Masseuses were very professional and caring during the massage! Gym itself wasn't big deal: 2 treadmills, rowing machine, crosstrainer for some cardio training. Strength training possibilities were very minor due to one only small crosspulley device. What we DID NOT enjoy: Overall, I would say we were fully satisfied and happy of our stay in Aurea Ana Palace hotel. We will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for luxurious experience for few days in the city withoit breaking completely their wallet. We'll be keeping in mind of this pearl for the next time we set foot on Budapest! However, few development ideas to consider for the staff: Spa should be useable also during the earlier day/morning (Spa opens by 13.00). This would give more flexibility and even more richer experience for the guest to enjoy morning bath/sauna before starting their day. Gym could use few more additions for strength training capacities. For example in freeweight section, such as: handweights, bars, etc. Elevator traffic was sometimes too crowded. During our stay one of the two elevators was out of service, which made the hotel's one and only elevator overly congested. The broken elevator was sadly out of service during our whole visit.

WWuhanningAs soon as I entered the hotel, I was stunned by the exquisite small lobby, especially the small hot spring pool. The children like it very much, and they don't want to come out when they soak in it. The room is generally small, but tasteful, I don't like to be in a daze in the room except for sleeping. The gym is good. There is a patio beside the hot spring pool. It is very comfortable to lie down in it for a while. It's nice to have a rooftop garden restaurantđ
