It has a total of 429 rooms, including 38 suites, and has a well-organized Soombi Garden where you can feel the charm of Jeju's nature every season. At Soombi Garden, there is an adult pool for adults only and a family pool for the whole family to enjoy together, and you can also experience various facilities and programs from the leisure expert service G.A.O. (Guest Acuity Organizer).
There are also restaurants and lounges for gourmet travel. including all-day dining 'The Park View'. You can taste various dishes at the Japanese restaurant "Hinode", and you can enjoy drinks and snacks with exotic scenery at the lobby lounge "Badang", library bar "Ollae", bakery "Pastry Boutique", and outdoor "Fullside Bar".
"Coming from the Grand Hyatt, this hotel initially felt small and dated. The overall style strongly reminded me of the Eastern & Oriental Hotel in Penang. The cleanliness and service were impeccable. Even the mouthwash cups in the bathroom had covers, which, while I'm not sure if it serves a practical purpose, gave a great impression. Because I booked a family room, they even provided a pair of small slippers for the child. Every staff member I encountered at the hotel greeted me with a smile, making me feel completely at home. The evening pool also had a performance, creating an amazing atmosphere! The hotel's exterior is very expansive; it takes a long time just to walk around it. Inside, there's a children's playroom, and you can even feed little rabbits and birds. For families traveling with kids, there's plenty to do right at the hotel."

GGuest UserA great hotel which is really high end. Pools are great though not really great for small kids though was great they had free floatation aids. A shame Customer service sometimes lacked experience, food is great but expensive (even the buffet) and there were some strange limitations like the Italian didn’t serve pasta in the evening and 2 of the restaurants only served set menus. A strange juxtaposition as many of the people staying there seemed to be families. The last thing to mention is the play area is tiny. In the pictures it shows a big room full of toys which it seems is closed now though the website doesn’t mention it

CChihewanledetaotaoOverall, it was excellent. It's very close to the beach, and it's quiet at night. The rooms are huge, and there's a pool, making it great for a relaxing vacation. It doesn't really feel like a typical Korean hotel; it has more of a Maldives vibe, but with its own unique twist. I'll definitely go back. However, the facilities are a bit old. That's understandable, as older hotels tend to have these issues. Still, overall, I was very satisfied with my stay in Jeju. There's also a horse farm and a parking lot nearby.

ZZhangjiaying666The entire apartment was spotlessly clean, well-laid out, and exceptionally comfortable for living. The kitchen was also fully equipped, making it perfect for family trips and gatherings with friends. The front desk can arrange transportation services. Overall, it's an excellent hotel apartment. The service staff were incredibly courteous and thoughtful! The apartment complex itself boasts a very pleasant environment, complete with facilities like a slide for children. It's particularly convenient if you're traveling by car. It's conveniently located close to Shinhwa Theme Park and Water World, and the hotel also offers transfer services.

As for the interior of the room, it is average and the facilities are a bit older, but the small cookies provided by the hotel are delicious. This is great 😁😁 When I checked out, I saw fellow compatriots taking wedding photos here, which shows that the outdoor scenery is still good and very photogenic

KKarina_kkWe chose this hotel due to its location close to Seongsan Ilchulbong which turned out to be its only advantage. The outdoor swimming pool is useless since it’s right in front of a cafe and all the visitors observe the pool while having a meal, so there was no one swimming in the pool because it feels too awkward. There is no actual lobby where one can stay in case of arriving before check-in time, there’s only a small room with a reception desk which is usually no one at. So far I came to the lobby 4 times and there was no staff around. At 3 a.m. due to the rain, our room was powered off. We didn’t have any light or electricity even to charge our phones. In the morning I visited the lobby room several times, again there was no one to help. When I tried to contact the property, no one replied my calls. The service is terrible. To sum up, location and a hot tub are advantageous. Otherwise, I do not recommend this place.

11381710****Excellent value for money overall. However, early check-in was not permitted. Even if you arrived at the hotel early, you couldn't get your park tickets to enter and play, nor could you use the hotel's swimming pool. We ended up having to wait until 3 PM, which felt quite inflexible and a bit of a hassle. The complimentary park tickets provided by the hotel only cover three attractions, but you can upgrade to a full pass for an additional fee. On the upside, the mall's Basement 1 floor has discounted Arc'teryx and other sports brands worth browsing.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a perfect last stop for your Jeju trip. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Lee Jung-seop Art Gallery, Jeongbang Waterfall (inside Seobok Park), and Olle Market. Right outside the hotel entrance, to your left, you'll find the terminal for bus route 600, offering direct service to both the city center and the airport.
As an older 5-star hotel, the facilities are a bit dated but reasonably well-maintained.
If you head towards the sea from the large lawn, then turn left, there's a restaurant serving delicious Samgyetang and seafood hotpot. Turn right from the lawn, and a two-minute stroll along the coastal boardwalk leads to another beachfront cafe, perfect for snapping photos on a sunny day.
A word of caution: Do NOT eat at the black pork BBQ restaurant right by the hotel entrance; the pork had a strong, unpleasant, urine-like smell.
This hotel is ideal for guests looking to relax and recharge for a couple of days in the Seogwipo area before heading back home. Dining options aren't particularly convenient, and there isn't a convenience store right outside. (Photos p5-p8 showcase the restaurant on the left and the cafe on the right, both located by the sea.) The hotel's beachfront area is also stunningly beautiful!

DDmytro_wandererFriendly service. Delicious breakfast featuring salmon, cream cheese, bagels, salads, decent coffee, and a selection of Korean dishes. The heated pool is a great bonus for colder weather. Free parking is available, and the location is convenient—close to Starbucks, waterfalls, shopping areas, and several museums. Jungmun Saekdal Beach is about a 25-minute walk away (5 minutes by car). If the room is on the first floor, there is a terrace with a table and benches.

But I was surprised that the price was much cheaper than then
but I was a little disappointed because the staff was not there and the pool and shower room were not well maintained. ㅠㅠ
But the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and the staff was very kind. Everything else was good.
