Great stay at Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. Gym and swimming pool were well maintained. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was so pleased with the location of this hotel, it’s in the klcc park area and across from Patronas tower, if you’re trying to avoid the humid / a sudden downpour, you can use the convention center enclosed hallways and then go down an escalator to reach the Suria mall via an underpass, you can even walk all the way to Bukit bintang using this underpass, just make sure you go straight and don’t turn left for suria. If you don’t feel like walking a buggy awaits you to drop you off at klcc suria mall, which is really convenient. I had a very pleasant check in with Amandra who was informative and lovely. The room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable and pillows so soft, I loved sinking into them after a long day of touring ( getting lost mostly) The bathroom was clean but I think special attention should be paid to the shower area, that can be cleaned by soaking it in bleach or some detergent as there was moss on the floor and water stains on the door, above the shower door is a gap that tiny flies come through and dirt falls into the bathtub besides that the room smelled good and there was no sewer smells from the bathroom. I would definitely come back to this hotel when I visit again, perhaps a better room next time with a view and a hope that shower areas are better tended too, I’ve found it lacking in almost every hotel I went to in Kuala Lumpur now. Langkawi seems to be better in this regard. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very clean room, very satisfied with da service. Call operator for xtra towel, xtra amenities, was get on da spot. Good job for this hotel. Very love it. Breakfast pun sedap, banyak varient, exec suites very very selesa, channel tv pun nice, hd. Overall, i give 5 star, but please change the mineral water. I buat susu anak 3 kali by using hotel mineral water but rasa dia agak pelik, so please hotel dont using the ro water, please use mineral water only. Thats from me.

A Comfortable Stay with Minor Issues Our check-in experience was fast and efficient, setting a positive tone for our stay. The room itself was beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained throughout our visit. One notable highlight was the doormen - without exception, they were incredibly polite and welcoming every single time we encountered them. We did encounter one issue with the room's outdated air conditioning system. Even after turning it off, the unit continued blowing cold air, leaving the room uncomfortably cold until the following day. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection, though the restaurant seemed understaffed during peak hours. On multiple occasions, we waited 10-15 minutes for basic items like milk, fruit, bread, and cheese to be replenished. The juice station attendant appeared particularly overworked, while the omelette chef - though constantly busy - handled orders with impressive speed and skill. Despite these operational hiccups, the hotel's strong service foundation (especially from the wonderful doormen) and well-kept facilities made for an overall pleasant stay.
