The hotel was generally comfortable and clean, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the location was extremely convenient. Bugis MRT station is directly accessible from the mall to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining very easy. You can also take the MRT directly from the airport. This time, I stayed on the 13th floor, and Ann Han, a Chinese lady who has lived in Singapore for twenty years, was our housekeeper. She was incredibly warm and had excellent service attitude, always proactively asking when would be a good time to clean and if there was anything needed for the room. Hotel guests also get a 30% discount at Luce restaurant downstairs. Compared to many hotels in Marina Bay, I would definitely choose this one again.

The hotel environment is beautiful, like a resort in the city center. My children absolutely loved the outdoor pool and splash facilities. When they learned that it was one adult and two children staying, they thoughtfully pulled out the sofa bed so there were three beds in the room. Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well maintained, and I'd give the hardware a high score. The breakfast quality also met my already high expectations, with a wide variety of choices and excellent quality. There's a shuttle bus every hour to the busiest part of Orchard Road. However, in terms of service, I'm only giving a 3. My disappointment lies with the check-in process. When we arrived by taxi, there was no greeter. At the check-in counter, there were three queues, with about three families in each. I picked one and waited for about 20 minutes to be served. At the time, I thought the efficiency here was a bit low, and there wasn't the usual welcoming smile or a glass of water like in other four or five-star hotels. While I was thinking this, a female manager walked back from a distance, looked at me with a cold expression, and asked, 'Are you not queuing? Look, everyone else is queuing.' Her unreasonable and unfounded accusation made me feel embarrassed and offended. Was this a stereotypical prejudice against Chinese faces? I explained in English, but she remained noncommittal. Instead, the staff member who was actually checking me in and understood the situation said 'sorry' to me. In short, this female manager's arrogance and discrimination marred my good impression of the hotel. I hope she sees this review.

I really love this hotel; it's my go-to whenever I visit Singapore. The rooms are very spacious. I traveled with my kids and requested connecting rooms, and they were ready for us when we checked in – super impressive! The bathroom had two sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. The rubber duck by the tub was so cute that I asked at the front desk if I could buy one. Turns out, you can take that duck home! When I asked for a new one, a staff member immediately went to get it for me. That was a huge plus, the service was excellent. This trip was to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel even sent a delicious cake – it was so good! 😋 The hotel is right opposite a mall, and the MRT station is very close, making it convenient to go anywhere.

Excellent location with landmark tower building on top of MRT, Raffle City Shopping Mall & lots of quality f & b outlets within walking distance. Professional guest relationship staff greeted upon checking in & out making it seamlessly smooth. A generous size bedroom with a King size bed, well designed bathroom with rain shower makes one feel on vacation. LVL 65 club lounge & LVL 70 Bar was a great place to chill with unbeatable views of the city. Both the bedroom & bathroom were very clean with quality Pillows, towels and bathrobes. Could be better to make it even better will be to provide more generous afternoon tea as compared to competitors. Certainly will come back for the unbeatable views.

This is hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had, period! It all started at check-in, where not a single smile was to be found. In fact, the woman handling my check-in would actually pause to chat and laugh with her colleagues, only to turn back to me with a straight face. Every single thing she said sounded like a robotic chore—you’d think I had personally offended her. The next morning at breakfast, the staff member checking room cards was just the same: zero smiles, pure impatience. Of course, she treated every guest with that same icy coldness 😐. The only redeeming parts were the young man who unloaded our luggage from the car when we arrived, and the one who helped with our bags when we left. Aside from them, every single staff member was terrible, terrible, terrible! I saw other reviews complaining about the breakfast, and they're right—at 52 SGD, it is seriously underwhelming and a total rip-off. How can they justify that price? But the abysmal service is the real issue here. Is being this rude part of your hotel's corporate culture?!

This was my first time bringing my mom to Singapore, and we booked two nights here. It took about 20-25 minutes by taxi from the airport to the hotel. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we felt right at home. The staff at the entrance helped us with our luggage, and a friendly bellhop guided us to the reception for check-in. The whole check-in process was very smooth, and the front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication very easy. Our room was on the 29th floor. The hotel has separate elevators for high and low floors. Our high-floor elevator was on the outside of the building, offering great scenic views. The room facilities were all good, especially the bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure and was very comfortable, and the bathtub was convenient. The faucet even had direct drinking water, which was of good quality. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including Western, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Indian, and Singaporean cuisines. All the ingredients were fresh, and I especially loved the fishball noodles and the omelette – truly unforgettable. The pool had two areas, one deep and one shallow, with clean water and a beautiful environment, offering direct views of the Marina Bay Sands hotel. After seeing the pools of other hotels from the scenic elevator, I felt none were as good as this one. The hotel's location is also excellent. You can directly access Suntec City and Marina Square shopping malls from the second floor. Suntec City, in particular, has a ton of great food options, including Song Fa Bak Kut Teh! Getting to the MRT station is also very convenient, and it's just one stop to Gardens by the Bay. I especially want to commend the front desk staff (the one standing inside the door, not the one outside assisting taxi passengers). The first time I took a taxi to the Botanic Gardens, I asked him if my pickup location was correct. He directly called the driver for me and communicated with them to come to the correct spot. Later, I asked him for the shortest way to Song Fa Bak Kut Teh (Google Maps showed a 10-minute walk around a long way), and he told me I could just go up to the second floor. He was patient throughout! It's a pity I forgot his name, but if you could offer him an award, please contact me, and I can confirm who he is. I will definitely come back to Singapore! And I'll stay at this hotel again!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Orchard Road. It's super convenient, with shopping malls like Ngee Ann City and ION just outside, and the subway station is only a few hundred meters away.

QT Singapore is a charming boutique hotel. I absolutely loved its decor, which exudes a vibrant and cheerful tropical vibe. The room size was just right, with a well-planned layout that felt spacious. Downstairs is Lau Pa Sat, a fantastic and affordable hawker center, and I found myself drawn there every day for a delicious meal. The BBQ street, nestled between the hotel and Lau Pa Sat, was bustling with local life. Despite its proximity, neither the smoke nor the noise bothered us in the hotel. Transportation was also convenient, with a metro station just a few steps away. We could even walk to Merlion Park. The hotel currently offers complimentary bottled water and small cartons of milk, which is a nice touch and different from other places that might have a water dispenser resembling an oat milk carton due to plastic reduction policies. I'll definitely choose QT again for my next visit.

We chose the Grand View Hotel for our family trip with the kids, and it exceeded our expectations! The room facilities were well-maintained, and the location was super convenient. There's a mall and supermarket right outside, and it's not far from various attractions, so traveling with our six-year-old wasn't tiring at all. The breakfast had a wide selection and suited everyone in the family. We encountered a price difference when booking, but Ctrip promptly compensated us, so the service felt very reliable. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it for families with children! 👍 They even gave us a welcome cake, which was a lovely touch.

We celebrate our wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our time at the hotel and near the areas of Sentosa. It’s like a home away from home. We appreciated the warm welcome, especially as my husband had just celebrated his birthday before our stay Keep it up and definitely will choose this hotel again💛🏝️
