Amazing
MM268733****Came to Singapore and chose the Four Seasons Hotel. The room was great, and I was quite satisfied with my stay. They even gave me a small dessert and a welcome card upon check-in. However, the breakfast was really just average, even bad, with limited variety and options. It made me frown while eating, honestly speechless 😓

XXiaolifeidao1977The room was spacious and clean, with unlimited bottled water provided. While not all staff spoke Chinese, overall they were very friendly and proactive, helping with luggage and opening doors. The breakfast restaurant on the ground floor was extremely crowded, often requiring a wait. The night view from the higher-floor rooms was decent. It's a 5-minute walk to Promenade MRT station, but getting here from Changi Airport requires one MRT transfer. Suntec City, located downstairs, offers very convenient dining and shopping. Merlion Park is quite a walk away; even taking public transport (bus/MRT) still involves a significant walk on both ends. Grab rides tend to be more expensive than regular taxis, though most taxi drivers are Chinese and can speak Chinese.

MM29042****Extremely satisfied with this trip! The room was very spacious, and there was a huge terrace overlooking the cable cars, which my child absolutely loved. The service was excellent; they were very quick to respond when the hairdryer broke or when we needed a car. All the staff were smiling and made us feel very comfortable. Plus, there was a Chinese-speaking butler available via WeChat, which was incredibly helpful. I chose the semi-buffet breakfast, and it was delicious; my child really enjoyed it too.

LLMOOLMHotel was kind to offer a one category room upgrade and welcome amenitity as i am a GHA member. The heritage room has a weird configuration in which the working desk and mini bar were 'outside' though. It didnt impact us till we ordered in room dining and realised the inconvenience.
Nevertheless everything else was great. The bed was excellent as usual. Smart tv with chromecast so we can netflix all day. Big bathroom with bathtub. Warm toilet seat which funnily enough, was only activated at night. Amazing breakfast.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our 2 days 1 night stay in Mandai Rainforest resort, the staff are amazing, we were served by Ms Sophen with welcome drink and essential oil towels, she also guided us to get early check in instead of waiting for 3pm peak check in hours. We managed to get our room by 12pm which is amazing. The room is clean and well maintained, the environment is quiet also hardly hear any noise. There is cold lemon water and guava drink with cookies conveniently located at the lobby, so everyone after visiting the parks can have a quick drink, there is one staff diligently replenishing the cookies. The hotel provided us with a birthday cake as I mentioned to them that it’s for my son’s birthday celebration. Because we checked in early, so they didn’t have the time to decorate the room, but they called in asking what time is good for them to do the decoration. Overall, I’m very happy with the stay, only downside is that there is not enough space or seats to accommodate more guests at the pool side, but there were free ice cream served at the pool side. Definitely recommend it!

YYQQStay was comfortable. Room is clean, amenities provided. Location is not too bad, outside the hotel entrance is paragon. Oppo is taka and is walking distance to MRT. To reach the room, we are required to change lift at lvl 4, walk straight once u got off lift at lvl 4(to reach the other lift lobby). Noises can be heard quite clearly when in the room, guess this is the cons I had during my stay. Overall still a nice hotel.

TTheodore QA very pleasant stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa! The room is spacious and the bathroom is well planned. The breakfast set meal at the Hotel’s Bedrock restaurant is nice and the ambience in the restaurant is wonderful. The hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just opposite the Imbiah station (Sentosa Express Monorail). There is a 7-Eleven shop at the Imbiah station.
It is very convenient to go to the Sentosa beach and VivoCity shopping mall too.

KkavanatorHotel front lack of staff, only 1 staff available all the time. There was an indian girl at the counter, when i checked in, she was very courteous and helpful.
Next day left hotel at 7.30am, came back at 9pm to find my door was opened. Thankfully my valuables were not in the room but still, i had 2 luggage bags in the room and even if it was taken by someone, the hotel staff wont even know. Upon highlighting this, hotel staff at the front desk, an Indian guy said he will give the feedback to the housekeeping. 🤷🏻♀️

GGuest UserIt was our first time visiting One 15.. Apart from the amazing location, the hotel was situated pretty conveniently with Cold Storage, 711 & Little Farms, just a stone away. The bathtub could be better, as it is very sunken and deep, and it can be very inconvenient for elderly people or those with knee problems. We didn't go for the breakfast option as it was not halal certified, not many options, and not cost effective. The gym facility was not good as it is only open till 9pm for non-members. It is 24/7 only for members, which I find quite unreasonable as even non-members paid for the hotel. Our view was excellent, it was facing the marina and we loved it. Another part of concern was that anyone could enter the hotel from the back entrance and access the lift to go up to the rooms. The lift does not have any access card system. Anyone can just come in and access the floors, which can be quite alarming for security reasons. Other than that, all was good. Our operator managed our stay extension very smoothly and even allowed us to check out at 1pm. Thank you to all who made our stay pleasant.

GGuest UserOverall the staycation was good, location is very good, set in a tranquil, peaceful and majestic plac nearby many amenities and attractions that Sofitel Sentosa offers.
Food was very tasty and great staff supporting the dining areas, especially staff at breakfast (Mr. Peter), who even remembered our names from a previous stay.
Room was spacious with all that you require for a stay at a luxury hotel, of which is also a pet friendly hotel.
I shall definitely return for future staycations, along with our
