Environment & Facilities:
Location: The hotel is very far from the city center, perfect for a pure ”staycation” where you do everything on-site.
Architecture & Room: The hotel architecture is magnificent and very pretty. The room I booked was spacious with a balcony. It was very comfortable, and the bed was large and very comfortable to sleep in.
Abundant Experiences: There are many experiences to try within the hotel. I did candle making, cocktail making, and wine tasting. My boyfriend loved the wine tasting session, which offered very rare wines to try, and the assistant sommelier at the Buffalo Bar was very professional.
Piece of advice: When enrolling in classes, do not pack your schedule too tight, as transit between locations takes time.
Staff & Breakfast: The reception staff were very friendly. The breakfast wasn't bad at all. While I was unable to sit at the very iconic balcony side, the food in the VIP lounge area was quite good.
【The Unpleasant Parts】
A Disappointing Birthday Celebration: This was the biggest letdown. I was there for my birthday celebration. The hotel had initially agreed to decorate my room beforehand, but perhaps because we checked in a bit early (around 2 hours in advance), it wasn't done. No other birthday offers or gestures were provided by the hotel, despite my boyfriend emailing in advance to inquire about possible special arrangements. It was the most un-birthday-like celebration in my life. I wasn't asking for anything extravagant, but the complete lack of acknowledgment was truly saddening.
Poor Bathroom Setup: The bathroom setup is very tricky. There is no shower curtain, so taking a shower sprays water all across the room. This makes the floor very slippery and dangerous. The toilet ventilation is poor.
Logistics:
Buggy Service: The buggy service requires booking 10 minutes in advance. However, if you are on the ”Earth” level, the actual waiting time is way longer. The best way is to take the tram back to the reception area and get a buggy from there to avoid prolonged waiting.
Dining Experience: The Tingara restaurant was fine—the food was great—but again, there was zero birthday vibe for me on my special day. I got a better celebration at a local dining compared to here . Also the menu served at the restaurant does not align with the website information. Furthermore, the staff serving us was a bit clumsy and inexperienced, though she didn't make major mistakes.
In conclusion, this is a hotel suitable for travelers seeking impressive facilities and a wide range of activities. However, if you expect thoughtful, personalized service, especially when celebrating a special occasion, you will likely be disappointed.

CChris LMYI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the building’s cozy and comfortable design, which immediately made me feel at home. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and welcoming, creating a relaxing environment after a long day of travel.
Breakfast was another highlight — fresh, tasty, and with a good variety to start the day right. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, excellent service, and thoughtful design made my stay both enjoyable and memorable. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at Radisson RED Da Nang. My ocean-view room was spotless and waking up to the sunrise was a highlight of the trip. The hotel is in a great location and has a stylish, modern feel.
The staff were all welcoming and professional. A special mention goes to Vicky, who was incredibly knowledgeable and shared excellent café and local restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my visit.
I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to Da Nang.

GGuest UserIt is hard to express my letter of disappointment with Hoiana at this moment. While this had previously been one of my favorite hotels when visiting central Vietnam, I can’t help but wonder what went so far downhill to cause service failure after service failure after service failure. Frankly, the entire seven night stay should’ve been completely complimentary after the experiences I’ve had.
And, when requesting a meeting with the general manager, there is no one available to see you. A brand new watch went missing from my room. But there was no investigation. No one looked into it at all in fact. 
The bellman, the front desk staff, the restaurant staff and the in-room dining staff were friendly, kind and genuine people.
The management team on the other hand should really be re-trained or given more tools to resolve guest issues.
When I tell you about a service delivery failure, I don’t need or expect something for free. But, it seems that is all they are authorized to do.
What I need and expect from a “five star resort” is service that meets the international standards for 5 stars, not excuse after excuse: we’re understaffed, it’s so busy during the holidays. (I know it is a busy time, you increase your prices to reflect this but not your service; in fact, you have lower service standards and higher prices. Disgraceful.
A few of the issues:
-disturbed at 9 pm while I’m enjoying my Christmas Day dinner and drinks with my friends and friends
- held hostage for 40 minutes in the resort cigar language because they do not have a working credit card machine and apparently don’t accept room charge for this property, only the Beach Resort, Hotel or Residences
-ignored by the Downtime Relax Spa because they are “too busy today to respond” — I phoned and no one available to take my booking; they said they would call me back. 60 minutes later, still nothing. I even emailed the previous day; no reply.
Quite honestly, I’m not sure what the benefit of staying here was — it was a waste of time, money, energy and was a frustrating Christmas rather than a relaxing one.
Overall, just beyond disappointed. And a missing watch with no follow-up when reported.

EELL❤️The hotel was clean and tidy, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. There is also a lovely swimming pool on the rooftop where you can enjoy a magnificent view of Da Nang. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance! Thank you to everyone for making our stay wonderful!

DDAVID KHOOThe service and facilities are absolutely excellent for the kids and family. Our kids have had a great time not only @ the water park, beach side with sand play but also the hotel room with bath tub allocated @ the Balcony including varieties of mouth-watering food serving during breakfast. The hotel receptions and the crews, especially Ms. Anna, had been very much accommodating and considerate in attending to our needs and inquiries pertain to the hotel services & activities available during our stay. Would highly recommend the Hotel for families that wish to visit Danang for holiday in future. Staying @ high level with sea view is a must to say.

I stayed here recently and unfortunately there are several things that made the experience disappointing especially for club guests.
What I Didn’t Like
• Breakfast restriction: One of the biggest letdowns was that breakfast for club guests was only available at the club lounge. Most hotels usually give you the option to choose between the main restaurant (with wider selection) or the lounge. Here, that flexibility was missing.
• Early check-out: The hotel enforces an 11:00 AM check-out time, which feels earlier than many other comparable properties.
• Outdated TV: The in-room TV is very old only analog channels, no smart features, no streaming options, and you can’t even connect your smartphone. For a resort-level property, this was quite disappointing.
What I Liked
• Nice beach: The beachfront area is genuinely beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing.
• Friendly staff: The staff were attentive, polite, and did their best to make up for the shortcomings.

CConnieknI was so impressed when I stepped in the hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room wa very decent and clean. The ocean view was good. We picked the oil massage at the spa and it was very comfortable and relaxing.
The swimming pool and the private beach were well established and new.. Highly recommended to you and we will back with kid next time.

My family and I recently stayed at The Pearl Hoi An for a week in mid-September 2025, drawn by its convenient location just a short drive from the enchanting ancient town of Hoi An. This made it easy to explore the lantern festivals, bustling markets, and tailoring shops while having a relaxed base to return to. The pool was a definite highlight—spacious, well-maintained, and surrounded by tropical greenery, it kept our kids entertained for hours with its fun shallow areas and loungers for us parents. The staff in the common areas were generally friendly, and the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options to suit everyone’s tastes, blending local flavors with familiar Western dishes.
However, the experience wasn’t without its frustrations, which highlighted some operational shortcomings. On our first night, the air conditioner in the master bedroom completely broke down, leaving the room uncomfortably hot and humid. We called the front desk, but their response was lackluster—they seemed disorganized and unempathetic, taking far too long to send help. A maintenance person finally arrived but worked noisily on the issue until 11:30 PM, disrupting our sleep and the kids’ bedtime routine. The front desk team really needs to improve their customer service skills; simple things like clear communication and a sense of urgency were missing, making us feel undervalued as guests. Overall, incidents like this left us with the impression that Vietnam, while beautiful, might not be fully prepared for the demands of international tourism in terms of infrastructure and service standards.
That said, we’d still recommend The Pearl for its value as a family-friendly spot near Hoi An’s attractions, though it could use some updates to match its potential. One tip: Avoid the nearby coconut forest boating tour—it’s overpriced and chaotic, with pushy vendors turning what should be a peaceful ride into a stressful money-grab, complete with questionable safety like inadequate life jackets and unstable boats. If the hotel addresses its maintenance and service issues, we’d consider returning; for now, it’s a solid but imperfect 4-star choice in a stunning region.

AAngelalafuwe arrived at the property in the evening after a full day of sight seeing. The property were paid already through the app and we wanted to arrange a BBQ at our villa, i tried to inform the hotel to arrange the BBQ but they want to credit card confirmation before, I told the lady that I am travelling and not convenient to print out the authorization form. Then she told me that with the payment the accounting department will not allow them to but the necessary for the BBQ. All I wanted was a BBQ buy the pool for my family and friends of 8 and she was giving me a hard time. I paid 3 nights of the Villa and it is hard to imagine that the hotel will need payment for that. So at the end we end up ordering Grab food delivery.
After we check in the hotel, I wanted to ask for more water as i like to drink a lot of hot tea. the Villa is for 8 people so i asked for 8 bottles of water, the lady on the phone said she will need to charge me for that. That is absolutely absurd and never heard of. So i ordered a case of water from Grab food delivery.
My friends who were staying at the hotel room in the main building she told me that construction work was started at around 7 am and woke them up. Then the work stoppped in 30 min and star again in 15 min. That is totally not acceptable as the resort is meant to be relaxing and calming.
The next morning we saw the manager and told him all the unusual things that we encountered, I feel that he was sincerely apologetic and tried to make up for the rest of our trip. I forgot his name but he came to visit us at the villa and i saw him every morning during the breakfast service. I feel that he is trying his best to help us th=o better our stay.
The breakfast was very good indeed and we all enjoyed it.
The drawback is that the river next to the villa is not so clean. There is not much activities to do at the villa except for the infinity pool. The wave at the beach was too strong for us to swim.....
But the property is very close to the Marble Mountain (5 min walk) which is an added bonus.
Overall the staff seems to be inexperience and try to rectify the problem after it have occur. They are not able to handle many hotel related issues as these are just very minor issues.
