Amazing
AaaronkingdomThis hotel is good, but I wouldn't call it a 5 star hotel. The facility or the building does not have that Grand vibe you would feel at a typical 5 star hotel. The building and room size are rather normal/standard compare to the other 4 stars hotel I stayed at in HCM city. Given that said, the location is good, room is clean, service was great so there is nothing else to nick pick about. If the price seems fair or a bargain compare to other 5 fives in the area you can book it with confidence.

Great
MMingwei_The front desk staff were quite nice and tried their best to help us with an early check-in. There's an ATM and a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. However, traffic in Vietnam can be quite congested, so be prepared for potential delays if you're taking a taxi. The hotel service was good, and while breakfast was just okay, the service and the views were excellent.
GGuest UserSo glad we booked this hotel. With two teenagers, this apartment hotel is perfect to have us together. The view is great, breakfast variety and quality are good and they provide plenty of water. The location of hotel is within walking distance to many of the sites and saigon centre is just right next to it. There are also a few nearby Michelin eateries within 5-8 mins walk. Great experience.

Great
SSumoedoGreat view , nice place , great breakfast , don’t bother try Nook is not good at all , better go to Hampton Village ( 5 minutes away ) there is much better Asian food … Spa is great and they do give u nice discounts … swimming pool is big and was quiet when we were so all the pool for us , so was nice . Kids club is a joke , 2 girls just playing with their phones and let the kids ( only 2 there ) by themselves … receptionist was Amaizing and very helpful …
MMic (Kiwi)Where to start. Firstly the service. Amazing! What lovely friendly people. Even walking early in the morning the gardeners would smile and greet you with a nod and a hand on their heart and they aren’t even service staff. On that point, the gardens are spectacular - so tranquil.
Next, activities. If you are into health this is the place for you. Our typical day was sunrise yoga by the lake followed by meditation. A massive breakfast, a walk along the beach then into the gym. Finally lying around one of the pools till dinner by the beach.
Food. Wow the breakfasts are awesome. They have their own baker on premises. Fruit of all varieties, western, Vietnamese or other Asian diets fully catered for. I would say though the dinner menu got a bit boring after a week.
Rooms. We had a deluxe ocean view on the top floor. Spectacular. Clean, comfortable with astonishing views for a quiet beer as the sun goes down. Beds were awesome. I’m very particular about my pillow (gives me headaches if they are hard or lumpy). The pillows were plump, soft and plentiful. Shower and toilet spotless. Water always piping hot. Night tome it was quiet, no thumping discos going off down the road.
It’s a fairly new resort and it shows. I thought the tariffs were very reasonable for the level of resort. If you have the coin go for a villa- they look awesome.
Do yourself a favour. Stay here.
GGuest UserPerfect for families traveling with elderly and children, especially those needing three bedrooms!
The photos don't quite capture it, but the three rooms are really well-laid out [crying-laughing emoji].
**Context**: When we travel, my dad snores really loudly, so it's best for him to have his own room so everyone can get a good night's sleep.
**Highlights**: All three rooms are perfectly square, there are two bathrooms, and a huge dining room + sofa 🛋️. It exceeded my expectations! The price was also very reasonable. It's essentially a serviced apartment.
Sleeping and resting were excellent. There's also an induction cooker, though we didn't use it. If you're staying long-term, I remember there's a large supermarket nearby.
**Notes 📝**: It is a bit far from the city center, but the comfort makes up for it. There are indeed a lot of Koreans at the hotel, but that's true for all of Ho Chi Minh City. Before going, I was worried about safety and if it would be too out of the way, but after staying there, I feel it's perfectly fine.

Very Good
KKuailedeyimituanziThe hotel boasts standard 5-star facilities, a beautiful and clean environment, and fairly new amenities. The staff provided good service, and its location near Japan Street was convenient. We opted for a river-view room and were able to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks from there. On check-out day, after discussing, we were unable to get a late check-out until 2 PM.
We checked in on New Year's Eve, and there was live music set up right downstairs. The hotel's soundproofing isn't great, and the party went on until almost 1 AM locally (2 AM back home for us). When I called the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do (which I suppose is true), but it was genuinely noisy that night, and I didn't get to sleep until very late.
WWuxiansenAmoiThis hotel is right by the sea, making it an excellent choice for tourists. The decor is quite unique and has a charming vintage feel with many interesting small design touches. You'll find a lot of international guests staying here. The breakfast spread is fantastic with plenty of options, and both the French cuisine and local rice noodles are delicious. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

GGuest UserThe room isn't huge, but the layout is really well-designed and easy to move around in; nothing feels out of place or in the way. There's even enough space to open your suitcase without a problem, and it's convenient to charge your phone right by the bed. You can tell they actually thought about how guests would use the space, rather than just making it look tidy.

FFloria SThe stay was a bit with ups and downs from the host, the issue was that I booked the place showing that they have a table and chairs on the balcony, which most of the apartaments has, but this one didn’t had any so I told them that I will take a chair from inside to put it on balcony but I still don’t have a small table:)) which they told me “if so, you have to buy it yourself “ . This interaction kinda put me off. After to calm down I wanted to make a tea but there was no glasses or cups.. so I had to wait the whole day until I received a cup. So yea… the experience wasn’t too pleasant. The room itself is cute but not like in the pictures, as they say , the pictures are only for “reference “.
