i got a surprise when we signed in of a $40 deposit for damages,etc this shd have been included in reservation as I did not mine giving it to them but now he told me it would be several weeks before it was cleared from my credit card. do not like surprises and it shd be handled some other way

The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. However, out of six lamps in the room, only two worked, and the television had sound but no picture. I reported it to the front desk clerk, who seemed unconcerned. When I got coffee in the morning, “breakfast” was very lacking. There were three types of cereal, prepackaged muffins and biscuits, and bananas that were nearly rotten.

Lady at the front desk was extremely difficult to work with. Terrible experience and still hasnt emailed a reciept. Multiple attempts to get my reciept and still nothing.

Room was not what I expected. I will go back to Holiday Express going forward. Bath tub was filthy and the overall location was low class in my opinion.

Had a late check in so I called ahead. Andrew the desk manager said that was no problem. When we got there, he was very cordial and quick. The next morning, the morning manager was just as cordial; we got fresh coffee and muffins then checked out.

The property is very easy to find . The room was nice and clean. There wasn't any noisy times at allso i actually had a good night's sleep. I would definitely visit this Days Inn again.

The young man who checked us in was wonderful. The room was awful. There was a mouse in the room, the toilet ran on and off all night, there were cigarette holes in the bedspreads, and the check in / lobby area was totally run down. The worst part was we paid about $400 for the room. Never again.
