A decent budget hotel conveniently located near Penn State University. The room was clean and had the basic amenities like a microwave and mini-fridge. Breakfast was simple but enough to get you started—I was expecting better actually. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, it’s a good value for a short stay if you’re visiting the campus or attending an event.

They do not clean the room unless requested. I stayed for 5 nights... and overall, it is not a satisfactory hotel considering the price. It is nice that water is provided for coffee, though.

This was my second stay, and it didn't feel as good as the first time. The sheets felt a bit damp when I checked in, although the humidity is high there, but the room wasn't open, so the sheets shouldn't have been damp. There are several restaurants within walking distance, which is convenient. The breakfast seemed worse than last time, and the coffee, while not good, wasn't even available. Weekday rates are cheaper, so these shortcomings are acceptable, but weekend rates feel completely overpriced.
