Need to have the ice machines serviced so a guest doesn’t have to walk the hole way around the building and then be told to go find another one and it didn’t work and if that was didn’t go up the stairs and there is another one there and it didn’t work so we had to walk the hole way around the building again on the second floor to find one ice machine that worked. Then while walking all the way around the stairs outside to go to the ground floor and parking lot were closed (Saftey Issue if there was a fire). The service desk employees were very polite.

The hotel is located a few kilometers away from the university. It is more convenient to go to the university. The service is quite satisfactory and the facilities are okay. I stayed in the hotel for a week and overall I felt good.

It was indifferent. We’ve stayed before and it was fine. I did however book an exterior room and was provided with an interior. The breakfast was great, good options. The bathtub was a bit dirty, but it rinsed off. The bathroom amenities were small compared to most places, but a better brand than most .

Booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub and both were closed. Desk worker told us if we didn’t like the fact it was being worked on, then we could cancel our stay. Then, in the room, we only got 3 pillows and asked for more. They brought us 1 extra, told us it was our max, and that they couldn’t give us anymore pillows or else we’d be suspect to be stealing them.

The hotel yes is a little dated but it’s otherwise clean and in a good location. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast. Easy parking and clean rooms. Wifi worked well also. The pool was nice as well.

Bathroom was dirty. No shower curtain. Fixtures broken. Will never stay here again. Would only recommend if it was last place available.

The room was super small for the price i paid. The shower was clogged so you had you stand in 6 inches of water to shower. The beds were super uncomfortable and made tons of noise when you move. The room was super hot when we got there and didn't cool off until early morning. The staff seemed very nice so that was good. External access was nice as well. Just not what you should get for $300
