"Very good! Hardware: very new and clean. Each room has a balcony and fireplace, especially the bathroom is large and fully equipped. Service: warm and thoughtful. You don't have to worry about parking and luggage. Every staff will greet you warmly and provide free drinking water and kettles. You need to call the service center. Location: excellent. The hotel has its own private beach, Lake Tahoe is right outside the door, and the South Tahoe business district is just outside the hotel. Dining: delicious. I had 2 meals at Bistro, both good. In short, although the price is not low, it is worth the money and is the first choice when going to Tahoe."

"Upon check-in, there was an additional charge of approximately $40, plus a credit card hold of around $120, which they said would be refunded later. So, it's essentially the Trip.com price plus an extra $40. After checking in, there was absolutely no service. No toothbrushes or disposable slippers were provided. Even worse, when we got back around midnight, we found there was no shower gel. We tried calling for nearly half an hour with no answer. Then, after 1 AM, we went down to the front desk and waited a while before finally seeing a staff member. All they could say was "sorry, sorry," but they couldn't solve the problem, claiming they didn't have any. There are so many hotel choices here; definitely do not book this one."

"The check in at the front desk took 1 HOUR, we were part of a group and they gave our reservation and RATE to another party with the same last name. I took two clerks and a manager to correct the problem as we waited. No compensation was offered. The room was dingy and sparsely furnished, needed to be updated, the windows were dirty, the bathroom was extremely small, the tub looked like someone beat it with a chain. The bed sheets were like sandpaper. Even though we requested a late checkout housekeeping knocked on our door waking us at 8 am. Overpriced!"
