We came for a funeral we were under a lot of stress. The staff was wonderful helpful and accommodating!  I have to say with the exception of the lady that checked me out. She was short and I felt as though I was bothering her. She will not cloud my opinion of this fine inn!!  I will stay again when I visit the family in North Carolina.

Came to Charlotte on a business trip and stayed near the factory. It was very clean. I will stay here again next time.

Breakfast has a small variety, but is clean. The cleanliness of the accommodation was very good. The condition of the bed and pillows was very good, and the staff were friendly.
