Reviews of Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall

Overall great resort. Very clean, rooms are nice size, resort is huge and food is magnificent. Food at all restaurants are 10/10 and they have many fire pits around and hot tubs for late night chillin. I will recommend this resort to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.

Environment: I stayed in three hotels in Jamaica, and this hotel ranked second. The overall decoration of the hotel is rich and relatively old. It is not very innovative, but it is very big and has beautiful scenery. The pool room on the first floor assigned to us was very large and beautiful. It is connected to the hotel next door and shares meals. But to be honest, the taste is average, especially in the buffet restaurant in the morning. There are so many people and it is very disorderly. Service: Very close to the airport, but there is no free pick-up and drop-off service. The overall service gap is very big. The service attitude of the staff who received us was very good. When we went to the restaurant to ask for directions the next day, the staff walked for 15 minutes and took us directly to the restaurant. They were very enthusiastic and greeted us along the way. However, one of the staff who prepares snacks at the door has a very bad attitude (not discriminatory, everyone looks resentful).
