Reviews of Cala Rosa Club Hotel

We were there with 2 children and chose junior suit which was situated next to night bar where old singer was "singing"from 9 to 12 pm. That even wasnt singing, that was screaming and roaring. 2 years ago we visited 3 star hotel on Ischia and every breakfast and dinner were celebration of eating but Cala Rosa is disaster. Plastic cups, water in plastic, big disappointment. I am not fun of wifi during vocation but just bar and hall wifi. Whats more, you have to log on via strange webpage which doesnt work for foreign oprators. I was pretty disappointed from Sardinia. Italians want to pay for everything but they dont guarantty anything.

We stayed for one week at Cala Rosa in August 2024. A very big GRAZIE to all the staff. Excellent service, it felt like home. Thanks to Matteo and the girls at the reception and thanks to the waiters. A special mention to Emmanuel, our waiter, and to the pasta girl who wears the glasses. Guys like these are what a hotel needs. Nice animation team as well, E20. Highly recommended.

it was a positive experience from all points of view: rooms, cuisine, friendliness, welcome etc.. I would however like to give PRAISE to the entertainment that for hours and hours was always present in quality and professionalism WITH AN UNSURPASSED SYMPATHY FORMED BY: THE DIRECTOR MICHELE (SRATEGA), ILENIA, GIULIA, ANDREA AND MANUEL... We will carry them in our hearts... THANK YOU.. I missed my Gazzetta dello sport.... but every morning I went on foot to Stintino and got it....

The strong point of this hotel club is the professionalism of Ornella who followed me from the reservation to the last shower of the last day! The structure is a bit dated, but well-kept in the gardens and common areas, the breakfast is very varied and of excellent quality. The cost of the club card is worth it because one of the services included is the private shuttle that takes you to the nearby beaches. I strongly advise against the affiliated beach because it is artificial and it is absolutely not worth spending time there when a few meters away there is the Pleosa or the beach club il Gabbiano!. If you have to ask for a room, ask for them in block 500 or 600 because they have a splendid sea view, while the one assigned to me, 126, was spacious but very sunken.

Short vacation from June 7 to 14, 2025. The structure is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, we were satisfied. Good staff, entertainment, cleanliness and cuisine. Not all services were active, as it was low season. The bazaar was not open and it was not possible to have newspapers, despite the presence of shuttles intended to transport customers to the beach, and the short distance from Stintino, just over two kilometers. A 4-star hotel must guarantee this service even in low season, without forcing customers to use public transport that observes an interval of one hour for each passage. A waste of time of more than two hours dedicated to buying newspapers. Demanding the payment of a club card in addition to the price of the stay, with such a disservice, is a discourtesy to customers. Last note: the affiliated beach is not a real beach, the sunbeds and umbrellas are placed on a terrace of gravel, but there is no shoreline, there is no possibility of walking in contact with the sea on a real beach. The professionalism of the director, the friendliness of the director and the kindness and availability of ALL the staff accompanied us during our stay in this wonderful structure! It all started with a room upgrade that was NOT REQUESTED and above all NOT DUE, to apologize for a very small "error" that occurred during the booking phase. They also knew how to listen to all our requests and fulfilled them, exceeding our expectations! You have won us over and we will be back very soon! THANK YOU!!!

I was here with my husband for 3 days and what can I say... We fell in love. Spectacular location: meters and meters of greenery, plants, flowers, perfect grass, rattan chairs and white tables scattered everywhere so you can sit in the cool in the middle of the lawn, an open-air restaurant, a swimming pool and very comfortable, clean and well-equipped accommodation. private bathroom with shower, fridge, TV and air conditioning. We spent €69 per day with bed and breakfast (international buffet), which therefore also served as lunch, it was so varied and plentiful. Then we decided to also have dinners (always buffet style) adding €18 per person per day. Consider that the meals are very varied: at least twenty starters (including raw, baked and stuffed vegetables; cheeses, cold cuts, olives, mushrooms, breaded mozzarella, veal, many types of flans, couscous, slices of pizza, stuffed eggs, caprese etc etc etc) at least 3 first courses and 3 hot second courses (always including fish), and 4/5 varieties of different desserts every day. Only drinks are paid separately (at the end of the stay). Furthermore, the structure offers a free shuttle bus service (every 10 minutes, but we never waited more than 3 minutes) which takes you and picks you up, either to the first beach (exclusive private only for those staying in the hotel), or to the beautiful beach La Pelosa (3/4 minutes from the hotel). So very convenient for those who don't want to take the car and pay for parking (€1.5 per hour during the week and €3 per hour on weekends). The swimming pool is very large, equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas and various games for children, a shallow area for the little ones and obviously a lifeguard. Availability, kindness and competence on the part of all the staff: from the reception, to the waiters and maitre d', to the cleaning ladies, to the shuttle bus boys. Super recommended and we will be back for sure.

Ho soggiornato con un'amica dal 28 giugno al 4 luglio 2026 . Non è la prima volta che ho deciso di soggiornarvi, visto le due precedenti esperienze positive .la struttura è immersa nel verde e curata nei minimi particolari. Grande e bellissima camera fronte mare pulita e con tutti i confort. Tutto il personale gentilissimo professionale e sempre disponibile. Il cibo ottimo di qualità e vario. Servizio navetta per la Pelosa e l'Ancora. Punto forte l'animazione per piccoli e adulti, i ragazzi coinvolgenti ma mai invadenti. Adoro Stintino adoro soggiornare in questa struttura la suggerisco.

Siamo stati in vacanza una settimana qui con il nostro bambino. Tutto il personale è molto gentile sorridente e disponibile ad ogni necessità. Il nostro bimbi ha amato la piscina e la baby dance alla sera con gli animatori. Ottimo anche il servizio navetta per le spiagge senza dover spostarsi con la propria auto. Il cibo sia a colazione che a cena ottimo, vario e sempre di qualità con un’ampia scelta.

Abbiamo alloggiato due notti nell'hotel e siamo stati in modo splendido, dall'arrivo la cortesia della direzione e del personale è stata splendida, pranzato benissimo, giardino splendido, piscina splendida complimenti

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo a Stintino per motivi di lavoro e mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. La struttura è bellissima, curata e in una posizione splendida. Tutto è stato praticamente perfetto: il cibo ottimo, il personale gentile e disponibile e, cosa per me importantissima, il letto comodissimo. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, anche se breve. Assolutamente consigliato!
