Courtyard Stockholm Kungsholmen

I wouldn't say it was bad, you have options, but don't set your expectations too high. When we arrived around 6 PM, our room wasn't ready yet, which led to a few issues with the hastily prepared room we eventually got. Also, I think because there are so many rooms, the front desk often gets overwhelmed, leading to long queues – we waited almost 20 minutes once. Except for one blonde staff member who had a lukewarm attitude, the other two Black ladies were very nice. The transportation was quite convenient, and breakfast was decent. However, if you go late, it gets crowded with limited seating. On our last morning, the cleaning lady's friend joined her at our table and was incredibly loud, chatting and laughing, so we quickly finished our meal and left.

The room was spacious, the hotel's location was convenient, and it was clean. The only downside was that the heating wasn't strong enough. I hope they can improve that!
