Helt OK hotell

Clean, comfortable and functional. Not luxurious but perfectly adequate. Good breakfast. Good transport links to centre. Vibrant locale.

20 minute walk from the central station. Felt safe enough. Room was clean and staff friendly .Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise. Limited choice but good enough for me.

Good position for everything we needed. But on arrival we were told that they only clean every 4 days unless we asked on a daily basis before 7pm . We did ask , but they "forgot " . So we thought they'd clean on the 4th day anyway. But again they "forgot" . We were in Stockholm to visit various family members and were often back well after 7pm, and did not want to spend time chasing up housekeeping. We don't mind making our own bed but by the end of our visit our waste paper basket was overflowing and mugs provided for tea were heavily stained. And the carpet in our corridor needed a good clean. On the plus side our room was very clean when we arrived, and it was nicely decorated And the breakfast provided was fine. The staff we met were all very pleasant and helpful. There is a horrible smell (drains?) As you enter the hotel, but I assume that is beyond their control.

Leaky windows and cold nights Windows cant close properly, endured cold nights, traffic sound, but rooms were fine, bed and furniture were fine. If windows got fixed I would love to stay there again.
