Got a family room. It was super big and equipped with all amenities.

The room was a little on the small side. However, the location was incredibly convenient for getting around, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely consider staying here again. Be aware that everything in the mini-bar is chargeable, but daily housekeeping was available and the service was excellent.

Incredibly clean, comfy beds, good location (right next to train line that goes to central), very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Would happily stay here again.

Amazing hotel with excellent location. We had superior room on executive 7 floor . Very quiet and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and duvet fantastic. Breakfast buffet is 5 star with diversity and equality, including very friendly and efficient staff!

The breakfast was great and with quite a variaty. The location was not that convenient but it was worth the price.

Breakfast was incredibly chaotic. It was packed with people, and unfortunately, there wasn't enough seating for everyone. We were also assigned a very run-down accessible room. Quite disappointing!

Nice hotel on walking distance from Railway station. Very small room for two people with no extra amenities.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a metro station right outside. The breakfast was superb, and the service truly exceptional.

This is an excellent hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well appointed with plenty of room and also very clean. The location is excellent with a metro station next to it just one stop from Central Station. We have stayed here on two occasions in the last week or so and were equally happy during both stays. The breakfast is out standing and was included in the price. Great value.

This morning, I checked my online booking confirmation, which read: 'Breakfast Mon-Fri until 09:30.' It was 9 AM, so I panicked. Then I noticed the fine print: 'Other times may apply during summer.' And indeed they did (until 11:00). I think they could have made the effort to state the correct times for our specific dates – it's so easily updated online. Especially since the hotel otherwise aims for high service standards. I later saw that the correct breakfast time was also listed with the key cards, but........

Everything was great at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.

The breakfast was very good, and the service was excellent. However, the room was a bit dated, and the mixer tap was faulty, preventing us from using the bathtub as the water was too cold. Otherwise, everything was perfectly acceptable.

The breakfast items are similar everyday. Would be grateful if it changes from time to time.

The front desk service and breakfast were truly excellent.
